The service was very prompt and comfortable. I was having new tires put on. Dan offered to give me a ride to and from the dealership while they were being put on. I thanked him and said I lived too far and comfortably watched a movie on my phone.

Everyone was very nice and thoughtful. The wait area was well stocked with drinks and cookies. However, I wasn t told I needed to have brought in my electric car in with a low charge rather than fully charged. They needed to drain the battery before they could do the recall fix. This meant I waited an extra hour for the one-hour repair.

Had a noon appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 11:45. Didn't start working on it until after 1:30. Didn't leave until 2:45. Never heard any reason for the delay. Looking for a new place to get service on the van.

Routine oil change, tire balance and rotation and vehicle inspection. Customer service was meh. I really liked the free car wash with a scheduled appointment. Other than that there wasn't any genuine care or feedback. I inquired about viewing their pre-owned inventory because I am shopping around for a second vehicle but didn't get any assistance there. So I guess I'll probably go back to my Chevy dealership in NC to get some decent assistance and for an employee to show that they care.

Damaged my car with shoddy repair work, easily could have killed me. Made it barely a mile away to my house where the tire folded under the car pulling out of my driveway. Then had the audacity to try to deny it and say it wasn t related to the repair. Never go here!

Rick is amazing and he dealt with my crazy situation with the car not working well. I stopped about 5 times to get my car in but they stuck with me throw out everything. It was just that type of car unfortunately. But they got it fix. Really professional and will recommend them anytime.

I recommend the Chevy Exchange to all my friends and family. This place has the best customer service and their auto shop mechanics are also not only courteous but knowledgeable in their field. The guys at the service desk are also so helpful and accommodating to the customers.I have bought 2 cars from this place and have been working with Elmer in Service since then,great guy! can't go wrong with this place. :)

Dan and his team did an excellent job identifying the issues , ordering the needed parts, showing and explaining to me the risks and the scope and effort needed to address the mechanical issues. They are very conscientious and very customer service oriented, highly recommend them for any mechanical issue identification and resolution with my car.

Great team and amazing service. The interior looked spectacular from the treatment. And I was treated like a queen offer a the perfect office to work for the day with visits from team asking if I wanted lunch. So nice.FYI. I was offered a loaner since this was an after-market upgrade I purchased when I bought the Tahoe. But my preference was staying and working and the team accommodated me.

Excellent experience, they always go out of their way to accommodate me. Am always met promptly on the service drive and with a smile. Excellent communication, they kept me informed every step of the way. My car is usually ready sooner than promised; service advisor explains in detail my bill and all the work done. Car comes back HAND WASHED and cleaner then when I brought it in. What more can you ask for?

Quick and easy! Never had a service this pleasant. Customer service was 12/10 in my books! Also i didn t know I had a recall for my jack! They let me know and they switched it out for me! AWESOME! Then to finish up my service I got a sweet car wash! THANK YOU CHEVY! Happy holidays!

This was my 1st time at this location on 25 OCT 22. Alicia Service Rep basically did my inprocessing and she was great...loved her goofy professional energy. Overall the service for my Oil Change was great...didn't have to wait 3 hours.

Great service. Timely. Gave me a ride back to my place of business. And... They always remember my name! Great job Chevy Exchange.Update, I just had the battery replaced in my Chevrolet bolt. They did a great job and were very timely and kept me in the loop about the status of my repair.

Dan Hilliard is great ! Helped resolve an issue with my vehicle and got it back to me the same day. Nice modern facility with friendly helpful people Very happy with the service staff and will return again. Provided me with a ride home and sent a car to pick me up when my vehicle was done. I called in one morning and told Rick about my car issues. He let me know I could come in the same day for them to take a look at it. I arrived and was quickly greeted and taken care of by Rick. He called shortly after to let me know the findings. He was prompt, courteous, and understanding. It wasn t within my wanting/needing to proceed with the service needed to my old car but if I was to follow through- I think this would have been a great trustworthy place! Thanks Rick for your help and professionalism!
