Do not go here! They left my drain plug loose I was losing oil daily! Half of the oil leaked out. I wouldn t recommend this place to my worst enemy

lied about the line....I was across the street and saw there were two cars there and some waiting, and they said no one was there. waited, then after 20 minutes under the hood, they left. I had to find them. They didn't know where the oil filter was! they were "doing research". When i asked how long it would take they said they might order parts, so they didn't know....moronic.Service: Oil change

I think that was by far the quickest oil change I've ever had. They got me in and out about 20 minutes, filled up my tires with air, and filled the reservoir tank on my cooling system. Not to mention they added a little grease to a hinge because my old truck door was squeaking badly. They want above and beyond what I expected and I will make sure to be back there with my next oil change.

Decently priced and the staff was pretty friendly....However here are my issues (when compared to similar places):-they didn't check my air filters-they didn't check or fill my air pressure in my tires-they didn't show the dipstick to show to me it was full with clean oil-didnt fill or offer to fill my windshield wiper fluidOverall a decent place if you know and tell them exactly what you need, but I'd go to another place where they will actually ensure to give you the best service available.

Had my oil topped off here and they destroyed one of my tire valve stems. They let air out of my high pressure tires, then I corrected them to make them fill back up. The next morning my tire was flat. Sixty dollar fix, and they said it's not their problem. Never use this place.

I m new to the area and decided to come here. Very fast service. I was in and out within 20 minutes. Staff was really friendly and unlike other places, they gave me every option so that I can decide what I wanted. No pressure and great experience !

I had a fantastic experience at this place. They were honest and reasonable. They pointed out different things that needed to be done. They simply made suggestions that were preventative so that my car wouldn t break down further down the road. I would highly recommend this place.

Friendly service men who didn't patronize me as a woman getting an oil change. The car ports and waiting area share the same open space so you can watch your car. It's a great way to keep the little ones entertained. The prices were better then other quick stop oil places and they offer a military discount.

I brought my vehicle in that I had purchase a few months back and the oil indicator said it was time to change the oil. The guys took a look and noticed that I had only driven 1,000 miles on the vehicle since the dealership had changed the oil and then checked out the vehicle. They let me know that they could change the oil if I would like them too, although that it wasn't necessary and that I should come back in another 2,000 miles since it was still clean and looking good. I'll be back with all of my vehicles for sure. Thanks Planet Lube, you made my day!

I thought I was paying for a $40 synthetic oil change (they have listed as $51.99 - $10 coupon). They do the service then tell me its $94... They assumed I wanted the "Full Service SynPower Oil Change" - not at all what I asked for. After explaining to the on duty manager what I had thought I was paying for he argued with me about the technical terms of the oil change rather than admitting to our misunderstanding and doing something about it. Spending an extra $50 is only a one time thing but their customer service in this situation was horrible. I will not be returning to this business again.

Awesome place, firestone previously duped and left a part hanging in my car. Planet lube fixed it. Never going back to shaddy Firestone again. Totally recommend this place. Friendly and professional staff
