Ward and North Shore Auto have done incredible work for me for many years on my Jeep Wrangler. Tremendous things to say all around. Excellent service. Very fair prices. Timely return of car after service. I drive 1.5 hours from the city of Chicago to get my work done with Ward because of his exceptional service. Best mechanics and shop in the North Shore! Ward is an incredibly kind and honest person. It s so nice to have a mechanic you can trust 100%, and if more people were like Ward then the world would be a better place!

Ward is so personable and kind. Always gets our car in whenever, even if he can't work on it until the next day. He's fair, knowledgeable, and efficient. There is nothing better than having a mechanic like this. He's the best.

My entire family have taken our vehicles to North Shore Auto since they were located on Route 41. Ward and Chris are the most honest mechanics you will ever encounter. I feel blessed to have found them
