Excellent experience from start to finish as I drove 110 miles round trip. Caleb was great at selling me my Land Rover Range Rover Velar. He was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. I will definitely recommend this dealership as everyone is so welcoming like family. George gets straight to the infotainment system and explains everything. Lee the service technician is very nice and is great to have a conversation with. Best part you never feel pressured. Thank-You everyone!

I bought my Range Rover 2023 there last March. The staff was great. They were helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend them. Ask for Andreas and you'll be in good hands.

I had a great experience buying my second evogue at Land Rover lake bluff!! Service department with Lee and his crew are amazing!! Andreas sold my car to me very organized and efficient easiest car I ve ever purchased. And Kevin sat with me showing me how everything works. My experience with service was the best I ever received from any Land Rover retailer. I ll be bringing my vehicle here going forward. My service advisor was nice and knowledgeable and accommodated me well. I didn t have to wait a long period for my car to be serviced. Everyone there was nice and greeted me upon entry. I will be coming back when I choose to get a new vehicle!

The folks at Knaus performed regular maintence on my Range Rover while i looked at the new models on the market.Jack Iberle in sales was a very nice gentleman without any high pressure to sell anything. Patiently answered questions and was ver polite.Lee in the Service department was very thorough and fully explained everything to me in detail.

After waiting 3 months for a special build order to come in at another dealership, my order ended up being cancelled and I was back to square one. My husband came to this dealership and worked with Joe to surprise me with my dream vehicle for my birthday last week! Joe was informative and got everything ready to go overnight! When my husband brought me to the dealership the next morning, they had my car beautifully placed with a bow on it! It may seem like a small detail, but it made me feel so special! Joe was so quick and straightforward! We were done with all the paperwork in a matter of minutes! He has continued to be so easy to get a hold of!At the dealership we worked with Cole who got into the vehicle with us and went through every detail and helped us get our app set-up. He was super informative and made everything not so overwhelming!We live about an hour from the dealership and were waiting for our new plates to be ready. Instead of having to drive back to the dealership in a couple days, they sent someone up to us to finish the paperwork and place the plates on the vehicle! We worked with Romy and he was also so quick, friendly, and informative!Overall- we have been through a fair number of vehicles and traded in my Mercedes, who I always felt had top customer service, and this experience topped that!Well done everyone on the team at this dealership!

I recently purchased a CPO vehicle from Knauz Land Rover and couldn t be happier with my experience. Dealing with my salesperson Andreas and then finance manager Kevin, it was honestly the easiest car buying experience of life. I was able to be in and out within a couple hours. No fuss, no back and forth negotiating. I wholeheartedly would recommend Knauz LR to all my family and friends.

Recently purchased my first Land Rover product, and would highly recommend this dealership. My sales advisor Rob was extremely knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. He made the process exciting and enjoyable. Kevin is a genius and sat with me to go over every aspect of the car. The review below was from April 2023. Just had my Range Rover serviced at Knauz in March 2024 -- ditto to everything said below. Consistently great service![From April 2023...] We own a Range Rover Sport that we bought from Knauz Land Rover a few years ago. The purchase experience was top notch, and service has been the best. Want to call out Lee Brownstein, who is a phenomenal service advisor. Always spot-on and practical about what needs to be done, and what can wait. All in all, a great place to buy and service a vehicle.

Just purchased my first Land Rover product. The process was extremely streamline and easy. Rob in sales was very knowledgeable on all features and models. Peter in finance made everything easy to understand. No question was hard to ask. Kevin, the IT gadget man, was phenominal. He deconstructed all the features of the car for me and made it user friendly. Great, great experience!

Just picked up my new RR Sport. It is amazing! So many great safety and enjoyable features. I cannot wait to learn them all. I have to say that Chad, Jack and Kevin were fabulous to work with. They know it all and made the experience seamless and fun. Very helpful and patient. Great follow up after the purchase. I certainly need to mention that the service department under Joni the manager, is the best. Her crew in front and in the back are the best around! Maybe that is why I have been a customer since 1983!

My husband and I researched the Disco for months. We were happy to find what we were looking for at lake bluff Land Rover. This place is very well run. Easy checkin, easy checkout. They are very courteous and respectful of my time. The loaner was nice and clean, and my car was very clean when I picked it up. They never tried to upsell me anything I didn t need. I felt they were looking out for my best interests. Very trustworthy. I have brought my car here twice, and this was a far superior experience compared with another location I went to previously. Lee was great to work with. I highly recommend this place.

Due to high demand of cars everywhere and not being able to find exactly what I wanted Joe made it easy to custom order and track my car from the start. Once my velar made it to the dealership they had such a quick turn around (48 hours) where they installed my roof rack and prepped it for delivery. Peter made the financing super easy by having all the paperwork ready before we got there and Kevin helped me understand all the cool things my car has to offer. Purchased my new velar with Rob and it was the easiest car buying experience ever. The whole entire staff at Lake Bluff Land Rover was so nice and willing to help in anyway they could. They all went above and beyond. They did not try to screw me as a consumer for the car shortages like others dealers do. Definitely come here if you are considering a vehicle from Land Rover. You will not be disappointed.

This place is just wonderful Andreas and Kevin were beyond helpful, I got a chance to drive my dream car and they made it such an amazing experience, I was treated from the very beginning with gracious kindness and professionalism. They answered every question and I have never had an experience like this at any auto dealership...it was so relaxed and unhurried they went above and beyond what they had to. Service is horrible! Took Range Rover in for a standard service and car overheated before my wife got home. First response from service after speaking to them was, well we can't be sure whose fault it was until we get it in and take a look even though it was fine before the service. After getting the car towed back to the dealer the service team confirmed they forgot to tighten the cooling fluid cap. Of course this was Friday so couldn't get the car back until Monday. Got car back on Monday and there is a new red marker mark on the fabric that wasn't there before.

Always such a pleasure to deal with Service at this location. I recently needed a touch up on my Range Rover. I was able to simply drive into service and ask my most trusted service advisor Lee about how to get my car taken care off asap. He directed me to Omar in detail and Kevin at the body shop who took care of things for me in literally 15 minutes. Omar and Kevin even took the time out to get the exact silver paint and reapply it.The service at Knauz is beyond exceptional!

Upon finding the perfect one, Kevin was able to explain all the new features that the car was equipped with.
