I only talked with the guys for a couple mins as I was using someone who does PDR (painless dent removal) at the shop.Pretty sure my guy rents space there, but the guys were nice and helpful giving my keys to the PDR guy.

Eric and his crew do amazing work. He is very professional. He's done work on both my daughter's and my sons cars. When work is done, the vehicles look like they've never been in an accident. He goes above and beyond for his customers. When my insurance company recommends other body shops, I tell them that I want to go to LakeShore Collision. I was in a car accident and my car was pretty bad damaged. I had a couple body shops that was recommended to me around lake shore area but Lake Shore Collision Center in Lake Bluff, caught my attention because they have pretty good reviews. I'm glad i picked them, Eric was pretty cool and nice throughout the whole experience made it very easy. He updated me a week after my car was brought in, let me know what was going on. Told me the day my car was going to be done, and it was done on time. Very attentive. Definitely recommend :)Services: Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IT!! Eric was always in contact and stating what needed to be done and when it would be done. Great to work with. Quick and efficient. Was recommended by a friend and wow definitely worth it. Truck looks brand new!

We have had various experiences over the years with both our new and used cars and generally we have been overcharged and undeserved.Finding Lake Shore has been a real eye opener. They are very knowledgeable, fair and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for prompt and reliable service.

Eric told me be careful how you speak to someone who is working on your car, I can make it so by time you find what wrong with you car it s too late. 2 years later I find he is a man of his word. Very much condescending. Treated me the way he did because he felt he could. I took offense as a black woman, for their was such blatant disrespect, from Eric.I thank God, my children and I are still alive after what he maliciously did to my vehicle.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Body & Trim
