This place is the reason I own a Mercedes. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They always do a wonderful job. They always pick up and drop off my car and always have a really cool loaner for me. I don't do business with anyone else. Here's my cool loaner. Vroom! Vroom!

Great experience from start to finish. I inquired via website and was signing and driving a week later. No pressures, no mixed feelings, and I really felt like I was heard when it came to my questions and concerns. They even had it detailed and waiting before I officially signed anything. Juan and Vijay were a pleasure to work with and Juan even took the time to walk me through all the features of my new Benz.I m incredibly happy to be part of the MB and Knauz family now!

Michael Jakus *consistently* provides the best auto service experience I've ever had the pleasure of encountering. The quality of the work he and his team provide is unmatched. He goes above and beyond to ensure vehicles are getting the best care without overlooking anything or charging for unneeded services! This isn't a one time experience. He has helped me get 2 recently purchased used vehicles into top tier condition without duplicate maintenance. Michael called the prior Mercedes service location to ensure he wasn't suggesting work that had already been completed and he followed up multiple times to validate our watch list items were well in hand.I'm incredibly grateful for his attention to detail and for his excellent communications throughout the process!Thank you Michasl and Knauz Continental Autos!

My Family has never had a very distasteful and discriminatory, whether intentional or not, experience in buying a car for my mother then what we experienced . We had been interested in a specific make of this suv and unfortunately was also interested from another buyer so we asked the policy on if we could proceed and was basically was told first come first serve since basically nothing had been signed yet. Mid process into signing for the car, and after the sales representatives were going back and forth we were told no .. considering that consumers might not know the exact policies for each business, a man s word should suffice but they did not in this case not to mention this was on Valentine s Day which is also her birthday . Ended up getting the same model same day at another Mercedes location no hassle ..

I switched my car service over to KNAUZ for their top rated customer service, and superior engineering abilities. I had a strange technical issue with my Mercedes GLE AMG 63s...and they figured it out where other Mercedes dealerships could not.Also, Ben De Garcia is one of the (Best) Service Advisors I have ever worked with at Mercedes. Ben is extremely attentive, responsive and has exceeded all my expectations at taking care of my new car. Ben De Garcia should be commended for his professionalism. When the time comes again, I will purchase my next Mercedes with Knauz.Thank you Knauz for the wonderful experience.

I met Juan Villarreal for for a test drive and I couldn't recommend him more! Juan was the best product specialist I have ever met at a dealership. He's respectful, knowledgable, patient, and friendly. He truly have your best needs in mind when he went through the options. Juan made the test drive experience comfortable and joyful! I had a wonderful Mercedes-Benz experience before I own their vehicle. If anyone ever wants to try out a MB car, just ask for Juan and you will be pleased.

Ben at Knauz was amazing to work with, he was professional, friendly, responsive. Couldn t ask for better service. My Mercedes needed repairs and he provided exceptional attention to every detail of the repairs. He consistently checked in with me regularly with updates until everything was complete. I had a great service experience on my MB Sprinter Van upgraded to a Coachman Galleria! Juliette and Eddie worked with MB corporate office to solve a tough service issue! They were resourceful, cheerful and fair. We are impressed and couldn t be happier! Thank you!!!

Service department is absolutely 2nd to none! I haven t seen customer service like this in a very long time and it s simply refreshing. I will continue traveling here rather than the much closer Mercedes dealers near my house because of the absolute professionalism from this entire facility. By far the most helpful dealership I ve ever had the pleasure to step foot in and yes I have been to many. Thank you guys so much, my GL is in tip top shape again and the knowledge and detail you shared through the process was very helpful. A big shout out to both Michael and Jim for making my experience exceed the 5 stars I m able to select!

Service department is TRASH, stay away. I went in to have the brakes replaced on my 3 year old SUV. Just a regular brake job. Replace pads and rotors. Took about 8 days, which seemed very excessive for a brake job.Got the car back, everything seemed fine at first, then the brakes started to squeak. And it was bad, much worse than when they needed to be replaced. And mind you, these were now brand new brakes! Brought the car back, service writer Ben took it for a test drive and said it's normal!! WHAT??Finally he agreed to keep the car overnight so they can check it out. The next day we get a message from Ben saying that something was done incorrectly the first time, and they will replace them again. Hurray! We get the car back, everything seems fine, and surprise surprise, the brakes start to squeak again...I call them back, speak to Ben, and he says "well you know, the Germans probably changed some things around so it might squeak a little now..." This is a 3 year old SUV with 30k miles and squeaky brakes. How is this normal?? After some more back and forth, he says that someone from scheduling will call back to setup a time so we can get a loaner car. Of course no one called back.When we do setup the appointment, this will be the 3rd visit to fix the brakes. How many more times will we have to come in to get this done? No one really knows. It seems like replacing brake pads is a very complicated and hard job... To be continued.Before you bring your car here for service, I urge you to go somewhere else first.

I would like to thank the dealership and Gary Bogart in particular for all the help I got last week with my new GLE 2022 purchase. The whole buying process was quick and easy. Me and my husband Igor enjoyed every moment of it. Gary was very nice and patient with us, since we had a lot of questions about the new car, financing and trade-in. It was a pleasure dealing with him and the financial specialist -Roxanne. He made sure we left satisfied and happy by going above and beyond. Gary, also, took some extra time to familiarize me with the technical specifications of the car, so I could operate it comfortably. I am extremely grateful for that! Would highly recommend him and the dealership in general! Thank you again!

We had a wonderful experience with Knauz Mercedes. The salesman Paul Kim was super easy going and accommodated all of our needs.The finance manager, VJ explained all of our options for warranties with zero pressure and gave us a great deal on an extended coverage plan.Finally, the product specialist Juan, was extremely impressive. He took us through every step of how to use the vehicle and really went above and beyond to make sure we were totally comfortable with how to operate the car and all its great functions.5 out of 5 and highly recommend if your in the market for a Benz!

Recently required repairs to my Benz Mr. Ben Garcia, a service writer was wonderful throughout the entire time. He was very personable and very informative. There were no hidden surprises. He is the biggest reason I will recommend others to Knauz. I could not have asked nor expected better treatment.

We bought a brand new car from here. The engine light turned on almost as soon as I fired up the engine. We were told it would go away within minutes, which didn t happen. So we took the car to their service center, which took two weeks to fix the problem. In between we were told three different reasons why the problem occurred. Finally when we went to the dealer to discuss the possibility of getting a different car , the manager of the dealership gave us attitude, misbehaved and belittled us. Clearly, the manager of this place lacks a sense of dignity, respect and compensation for their customers.

We are long-term MERCEDES AND LAND ROVER customers. Sales and service personnel are all responsive, efficient and reliable. Lee at RR and Jim Blanchard at MB service departments are always pleasant, professional and readily available for excellence in repair and customer service. Strah G. This dealer with get you done what ever you want. I was looking for a brand new Mercedes Benz with AMG package for my car but didn t find so I made a build and sent message to many dealer of MB. The Sales Person Peter Polanski at this dealership not only helped me in finding the car with all the features but also assisted me with MB financing with the help of finance manager Vijay. If you are looking to buy Mercedes Benz this is the right place to shop and buy your dream car.

Since relocating to the Lake Forest, IL area from Charlotte, NC in 2019, we have have experienced a consistently extraordinary level of service from Knauz Continental Motors on our SL63 and S560 vehicles. I've owned six Mercedes-Benz over the past 20 years and had positive experiences with Euro Motorcars (Bethesda, MD) and Hendrick Motors (Charlotte, NC) while living in Washington, DC and Charlotte, NC, respectively; but the Knauz service department operates on a level above the rest. Knauz is NEXT LEVEL service!!! Our adviser, Jim Blanchard, is the best of the best. Instead of being transactional, Jim has taken an interest in us and made the effort to develop a personal relationship over the years. Every time I thank Jim, he responds that it's the Knauz way of business. I haven't yet purchased a new vehicle from Knauz, but given the level of service we receive on our current vehicles, I wouldn't consider purchasing our next Mercedes-Benz from any dealer other than Knauz.

So happy with our purchase! More than anything it's the excellent service and the level of attention to detail that amazed us. Strah Gostovic deserves an award for best service ever! He gave us all the details we could ever need , he answered all our questions without any hesitance. He clearly knew the product he was selling and he radiated that confidence on to us! He was so good that he even answered the questions we should have asked but didn't even think off!Overall it was an amazing experience, don't think we ever have to look for another dealership!

We had a tremendous experience at the dealership. Gary B. was our sales consultant. He was very patient and knowledgeable, he answered all our questions regarding the car while we test drove it. We told him exactly what we wanted and he delivered. He worked with us regarding the price of the car and the outcome was great and resulted in us purchasing the vehicle. I had a overall great experience here with me being so young it was very hard finding a Mercedes dealership that would take me serious once I came here to Lake Bluff Strah helped me out immediately with no questions asked and treated me like everyone else not like I was some kid or someone young wasting a salesman time. With that being said since I had a great experience the first time I had to come back and buy another car from them and after that one more because of the great service and experience. I would highly recommend talking to Strah if you are looking to purchasing a car or maybe 3?

I wish I would've had a great experience like everyone else. I drove to this location from Wisconsin because I saw a Benz on their website that I really really liked. I walked around the lot for about 20 minutes and then I came in and walked around the showroom for about 15 minutes, left out and came back in and not ONCE did any sales rep acknowledge me AT ALL. But anyways, I left and drove about another 50 miles to Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates and was greeted as soon as I stepped out my car. LESS than 2 hours later Oliver had me driving off the lot with my brand new Benz. Now that's how you do business. They WHOLE team was exceptional

I had a wonderful experience at Knauz Mercedes store. I found myself with the pleasure of meeting Juan and Strah who were both presented themselves as knowledgeable and professional employees. Although I didn t leave with a Mercedes of my liking ( due to the shortage of inventory) I had a good time thanks to those two and highly recommended anyone to come purchase their next vehicle here.

We sincerely thank Mr. Juan Villarreal at Knauz International Autos for all his guidance during our experience. Juan warmly greeted us like a house host at the showroom and gave us a thorough introduction to a few cars, which lead to our love for the S450. After a productive discussion and smooth transaction with Mr. Paul Kim, we bought the car. Two days later, Mr. Juan Villarreal very patiently and comprehensively gave a wonderful demonstration of all the fantastic features the car has and answered all our questions. These gentlemen s professionalism, passion, and expertise won our trust and confidence in this car as well as this dealership. We thank them for making it a great experience.
