Since my m8comp is still under the warranty I requested coolant tank to be replaced bc there was a visible coolant leak. Cesar said that they did pressure test and everything is fine. Coolant tank on s63 engine is one of the biggest issues and can cause very bad damage and that s what I told Cesar who responded to me that he never heard about it. I tried to reach out to Cesar after I took pictures of the coolant leak but he didn t respond. Very unprofessional!

Knauz Land Rover in Lake Bluff is absolutely amazing. From the purchase of my 2021 Velar to handling any service issues this dealership has been the best experience that I have ever had. I have owned luxury vehicles before but Knauz goes above and beyond. The service center is extremely easy to get a hold of. They provide loaner car and even come to pick up and drop off my car. They follow up right away and actually provide a video of my car from their technician. I will only buy my cars going forward at this dealership they are top notch. Extra kudos to Marco in Service he has excellent follow up. I also had a friend that bought at Knauz BMW that I recommended and he said the sales guy was amazing. I highly recommend this auto group to anyone that wants A+ service!!!

Excellent service and access off major highway. Extensive inventory.Love the new feature: Knauz provides a video of service inspection on your very own vehicle. They show you your tires, brakes etc...basically the entire underside of car. We liked this feature.

Matt was amazing. He made our car purchase experience super easy and efficient. Honest and very competitive pricing. Also, he probably has the most knowledge about BMWs this side of the Atlantic!

Took in my 85 Mercedes since they claimed they had a great technician for that year and model with years of experience. Instead, they saw a light on the dash and immediately assumed it was related to the problem, which they then asked to order a part. They sent in a part for a different year which is not compatible. After all that, they could not repair the part, nor could they get a new one, so they charged me 250 for a car wash (couldn t even tell they did) and sent me on my way. I later had the part tested and it worked fine (shocker). I can tell you, personally, I will never go there again. Too much dishonestly and assumptions. If they can t test the part first to see if that s actually the problem, I can t trust them

Excellent service. A pleasant experience. Just had some scheduled maintenance service. Staff are very courteous and friendly. Usually, you receive a video report for routine maintenance. There is no high pressure. They just seem so well organized, so I guess they truly are that. This review applies specifically to the Mercedes-Benz service center. However, it could also apply generally to Knauz's BMW servicel. Well done, gentlemen and ladies!

An employee of theirs hit me with a company vehicle and totaled my car as well as injured my chest and shoulder. This was on 11/11/21 and I still do not have a replacement vehicle. I have been out of work and in pain because of them. They have been actively unhelpful. I hope they treat their customers better than those they've hurt.

In all the years I've been going to Knauz I've never had bad service. Even though I may not be driving a 100k BMW they make me feel like it and treat me well every time. This will always be my BMW dealer.

Great cuatomer service! I've had my X1 serviced here previously and now I've ordered my 2nd Bimmer! Salesperson Pedro was so helpful and helped me with all the little details with ordering my new car.

This was the most hassle-free and all around great buying experience. Bought a Mercedes and this was the easiest car purchase. My salesman josh was genuine and gave the best customer service anyone can ask for. Their prices are amazing compared to their competitors and their service is amazing. I also wanna give a huge shout out to Juan Villarreal, cool guy, I haven t owned a Mercedes before and he went pretty much in All of the details and functionality of the car. He was genuinely happy for me and even went through every vehicle setting with me. Thanks josh and Juan for making this a great experience.

Had my car serviced. Oil change, wheel alignment, waited instead of getting a free loaner. Out in a couple of hours. Always attentive staff. Worth the price.

I spoke to them about trading a Mercedes that has been serviced at Knauz ever since I purchased it, and they low-ball'd me to the tune of $6K under what Car Max offered me, and I was looking for a trade. I could NOT recommend them less to make a purchase. The service dept has been good, expensive but good, that's the only reason they got two stars.

Bought a 2016 genesis that was certified and believed them. Well the cap for the front headlight in the bumper kept coming loose. Took it back a bunch of times and it kept happening. Too it to a body shop and found out my car was in a front end accident. The bumper as replaced but it was the wrong one. How could they not see this. Stray from the repairs was in the rubber around the door also. And the wheel well cover kept coming off. That was in a number of times for the same thing due to the oversight of the certification of the pre owned vehicle . Then they argued with us about it and then provided it with facts. Then they fixed it again put the right bumper on. Now I bought the 2016 genesis because of all the options that I wanted in a car. So recently received a email from Bluelink that my was no longer available in my car as of December 32,2022. So I loose everything I bought the car for. I will have no remote start, automatic crash notification, road side assistance,stolen vehicle tracking,, emergency response and more. Called bluelink and they said nothing we can do call Hyundai Genesis and I did. They said nothing they can do. Not even offer to put in a factory remote stat. So buying what I thought was a luxury car was wrong all along when they won t stand by what they sell. We have owned 4 Santa Fe , 1 xg350, 2 sonata s and 1 genesis all perched new. No the depreciation of the car I bought just dropped because of all the things that no longer work in it. I was looking into the gv70 and the gv80 but I m giving that up and will look for other options. Will not buy a car that the dealers don t care what happens once they get there money. Beware

"BEST CUSTOMER CARE WHILE BUYING A CAR"We first went to check out the certified pre-owned LR4s' they had in stock. This was the most pleasant way to shop for a car I have ever had. At no point did my wife and I feel like we were being attacked by the typical car salesman. They simply asked us which vehicles we were interested in and then sent us on a test drive with on the car tech specialist (once was with Romy and once with Salvo) . This are younger guys who pretty much know all about the details and gadgets of the vehicles. It was great to go on a test drive without the sales personnel, because I felt like I could be more honest with the representative and with my wife. Once we decided on the vehicle we sat with Chad Holland, who is the manager of the dealership. "Chad was the best", with no exaggeration. He helped us get to where we felt comfortable with terms and was not pushy at all. I want to note that we were there about a week before and when we left that first day, Chad simply said think about it and let us know... there was no trying to change our minds about leaving and there was no chasing us out of the store trying to get us to talk to another manager, like how it is at a lot of the other dealerships.Now is when the real action comes into play. We were buying the vehicle on the last day of the year and we were the last customer out of the facility. We hopped on the highway and "BOOM" the car feels a little funny and the dash starts signaling warnings and is telling us not to exceed 30 miles an hour and that there is a suspension fault. On top of it all it was pouring rain all day and freezing out. This was a buyers nightmare. I pulled over to the side of the road (on the shoulder) got out and saw that one of the tire went flat and that the truck had lowered it's air suspension down. I didn't know what to do .... I called Chad and there was no answer (remember we were the last customers out). I left a message and proceeded to contemplate trying to change a tire on our new car or calling a tow truck??? And then less than five minutes later Chad called me back and was as surprised as me to what was going on. Chad asked where I was and said he would bring me a loaner and then wait / go with the tow truck to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to be corrected after the holiday (IT WAS NEW YEARS EVE). The next week Chad had the vehicle gone through by the service dept. and replaced the faulty tire and opposing tire as well, so they wear correctly. Once the vehicle was inspected and Chad felt comfortable he had the truck delivered to our house.Chad Holland, I am so thankful that you called me back and came out to the rescue. It was such a pleasurable experience, all things considered. The Knauz Auto Group has really proven their worth to me and that they truly take customer service to the next level.Danny D.

They are the best dealership I have been to. We had a terrible day at other places. We come here and got nothing but A+ customer service. Al was our salesman, he did an amazing job. David in finance worked wonders and saved our day. These guys here deserve the best rating possible. Go there and experience the best car buying experience ever!

I just purchased a vehicle from Knauz Auto Park and felt compelled to share my experience. From the moment I arrived to the end result of driving away with my new car, it was easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. To that point there was really not an area that was in need of improvement. If your interested in the absolute BEST possible car buying experience, travel to Knauz and ask for Matt B. You will not be disappointed!!

Bunch of clowns. I bought a 535 from them years back. It was supposed to be certified pre owned, yet it had bunch of issues that were not fixed before being soldAll 4 brake rotors were super rusty and noisy, I took the car back to them. Obviously they refused to fix it.I had to call BMW North America. Right away they told me to take it to a different dealership. Took it down to fields BMW, they replaced all 4 pads and rotors under warranty. Knauz didn t even bother to make a warranty claim.BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE.Their certified isnt actually certified. Just a used car.

For the North Shore Chicago, we never imagined an affordable vehicle from Knauz. Elegant show-room and auto-park of whatever vehicle makes and models you want. Our sales person, Neil, was not only professional, but found lenders that fit our budget. Call for an appointment, if you're looking for a new or used car. Loved the comfortable setting.

Holy Smokes! Knauz Auto Park is such a nice place to deal with in regards to purchasing a vehicle. I never once felt pressured nor once did feel unappreciated there. Matt Brueggeman was our salesman and wow did he go above and beyond to make sure we got a great deal and a great vehicle. Matt delivered great customer service as well as did an awesome job representing Knauz Auto Park. would recommend anyone to head there if they are looking to purchase a vehicle!!!

These guys are rip offs. Their prices are way higher than everyone else s. In this inflated market, my car value went down 15k in 4 months. These guys don t budget and are overpriced. Do not buy your vehicle from here.

The Benz guys that orchestrated my new car purchase at Knauz Continental Auto, Steve Chase and Daniel Forrest made it feel like I was talking to family. The complete purchase process was pleasant, informative, and I never felt rushed or pressured to "add on" more options/warranties/services to the final transaction/price of the vehicle. What is the true Knauz experience ? What does it mean when the license plate holder for Knauz says, "Experience the best" ? It means working with Dave Benck, a true honest hard working professional who has honed is craft over the course of 42 years. My wife and I were in the market for a new car and we wanted to test drive a few models. When we arrived, Dave had both cars side by side in the parking lot for comparison purposes, and ready to be test driven by my wife and I. After the test drive, we decided to pull the trigger and that's when Dave's craft really shines through. This was our first time leasing a car and he sat us down, explained, in excellent detail; the "in's and outs" of leasing versus purchasing and what the pros and cons are. We told Dave what price point we were comfortable with and I tell you what... he knocked it out of the park. My wife got exactly, to a TEE, what she wanted at a price we were comfortable with.I can not stress this enough. If you live in the north shore area, and even if you don't... it's truly worth the drive to "Experience the Best"... and experiencing the best means unequivocally, working with Dave Benck.Thank you Dave for your above and beyond effort you gave my wife and I, we will be back soon !
