Went for annual inspection normally cost no more than $60 even less. Made the stupid mistake not ask in advance. The charge $120. Why ? What did they do so special? Be aware. This place is ripping off people.

Highway robbery. I hope this business runs itself into the ground. POS company! The owner should feel ashamed of his shady practices.

Worst service ever, this guy was too rude and ripping off people. BE CAREFUL!!!They charged to put 30 gallons of fuel $800 and they were 3 miles away from the truck. Amazing how some people got nerves to run business.

***Call a tow truck and have them drop your vehicle/trailer etc off at a reputable shop that will open tomorrow and get a good nights sleep in a decent hotel. I promise it ll save you money. Don t use Ernies towing.***It wasn t good service or price but when that s all that s out there on a Sunday afternoon....Blown out boat trailer hub.So.....the guy showed up after about 45min. No English, got on the phone with the boss, estimate $500. Looked at it. Left, came back 1hr later with a decent work rig. Took the hub and drum of trailer apart(15minutes), took the drum with him(still no English) 2 hours later boss called and said they can t find the part. So now we are almost 4 hours in and now it needs to be towed to their shop and can t be fixed till morning anyway. They sent a tow truck of their choice, not real friendly. Said it would be done by 8am the next morning. They didn t start working on it till we showed up at 11am to pick it up.Also! When they towed the trailer/boat the mechanic never came back to put it back together so the tow truck driver just drug the trailer/boat onto his flatbed...... my mind blew multiple ways.....Charged us $1200A hub kit at an auto store is about $50A drum is about $100Right tools, about an hour of labor... doneTrailer worked just fine after they replaced the wheel hub and drum. But they wasted a lot of time looking for parts and who knows what else. No complaints on the quality of work.***Call a tow truck and have them drop your vehicle/trailer etc off at a reputable shop that will open tomorrow and get a good nights sleep in a decent hotel. Came out to replace a spare tire was charged $550, Just to dismount and mount, Normal roadside prices rang from $110-$130 an hour plus miles and fuel, Don't call them and stay away they are a scam and will take advantage of you, Better off calling other major service companies that have set professional rate's

Over priced. They forgot to install bolt on axle and brake wires. Very unprofessional. They charge me 1500$ for installation new axle usually it cost 700$-800$

If I could possibly leave a negative 10 stars for the owner of this business I would. I had a water pump replaced, the mechanic that did repair is very professional and friendly done a wonderful job. Cleaned everything properly before putting back together. Now the problem. Door shows stickers for credit cards accepted. Can't use if over 500.00 ok so let's do a wire transfer. NOPE no wire transfer. Fine.... western union, will you do western union??? Rip off place tried charging 18 hrs labor for the job. Mechanic wasn't on my truck 18 hrs. Worked on another truck sat in office several hrs waiting on parts. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!

Had a issue. I ripped off my trailer door coming out of a dock. Used this company to fix the issue. The individual was nice and respectful but...When he gave me the invoice after fixing the issue at hand ...he tried charging 3.5 hours for labor when it only took 2 hours.I may be a company driver but I'm NOT GOING TO LET PPL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF MY BOSS. It was fixed.

STAY AWAY. They are scammers and don t do a good job. Had a turbo blown out and they so called fixed it and never changed the oil line that goes to it! 1 week later and it blows out again. They charged me $6000 cash because they don t take credit cards. I even took them my own parts. Had to tow it to a different shop where they charged me $2,500 to re-fix there screw up. Not only was I overcharged but they had used stoves stored in my truck without informing me! STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They charged me $537.05 to replace two fuel filters. They will rip you off if they know you are stuck . I had my truck towed to another shop instead of letting them touch it, and I'm sure I'll be better off even though I am paying for the tow. BEWARE!!!

These people are absolute scum!!!To begin with they charged me $738.44 to change a thermostat.No, that isn't a typo.And if that isn't bad enough, they botched the job so badly that the unit only ran 20 miles before going down again, this time for low coolant.The unit had to be towed to another (more competent) repair facility, where the same repair was made again (this time for $226.00).I spent a week trying to get some sort of reimbursement from them, with no luck.I hope they enjoy the ill gotten gain because they will never see one of our 58 units again!!!I'm giving a 1 star rating because 0 isn't an option.

I called them from Milwaukee to get my water leak fixed. He told me to com before 3:00pm as the parts shop closes at 3pm. I came 1:30pm , no body was there. I call them agin he said I will send my technician. They never shown up. I tried to call them, he switched his google phone off. They had me drive 100mile back and forth without any help from them.If they would tell me not to come, I wouldn t write this complain.They don t keep there word. I will never ever come back to them

I wish I would have checked reviews before I called them. I specifically asked what their rates for roadservice were before I told them to come out. When they called for the bill they added charges I was not told about beforehand.Despite the repair taking less than 1 hour (7:30am-8:20am), I was charged $745.50 to replace one trailer tire. The tire was $300. That's $445.50 for less than an hour of work and a 20-mile round trip from their shop.

They changed 2 drive tires that cost 450 a piece and they tried to charge me 2800 for the 2 tires. Ended up giving them 2000 for 2 tires. Complete rip off company dont do business with them.Service: TiresService: Tires

DONT DO IT!!! albert wilson said It ll take a weekend and it took a month albert wilson said it ll be 2700$ to get me back on the road and i paid 8700$ DONT DO IT albert wilson said he can charge whatever he wants because he has a license to resale parts at whatever mark up he wanted DONT DO IT no receipts whatsoever albert wilson said he ll call the cops if I refuse to pay 4 times what we agreed on and that it took a whole month what he said it was going to take a weekend so to conclude!!!STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM ALBERT WILSON!!!

DO NOT USE !!! under any circumstances. We where told we needed a new trailer hub they called and said they found a used one for $600 charged us $1700 and the used hub was ours they never changed it. Now wont answer the phone or return emails. SCAM artist at their best

Ok here is my story with this scammers. I got engine coolant level low alarm was on and my engine keeps shut down on me. But it let me drive a minute or so. So I drove to their shop and talked to manager Mike the Ukrainian scambag. Coolant level was full. So he changed the sensor. The problem was still there. So he brought his computer and tried to clear the faults. Everytime he tried he failed. I was watching the screen with him. After he waisted 3 hours I decided go to somewhere else. And then drama began. My bill was 221.61$. It breaks down like this. Sensor 35$. Ok he put new sensor even it didn t need one. I am ok with that. Labor 90$. Mmm. . . Changing sensor takes about 10minutes. But he said minimum 1 hour labor charge. Ok. I guess I am ok with that too. Then computer diagnostics 95$ plus tax. I didnt ask any computer diagnostic service man. And after all my truck problem never fixed. And he wanted to bill me 221$!!! We argued and I asked him to lower the bill. He said pay him 180$ by cash only. My guess was if I pay cash he wanted to keep it in his pocket lol. I didn t have any cash so he didn t lower his bill and still have to pay 221.61$ for nothing. So we were arguing and yelling each other and he called cops on me. Saying that I punched him. Haha. I wish I did that. So 2 officers came. And they watched the security camera footage. Thx to that. And they didn t find any punching. Only angry me holding the bill and waiving it in front of his face. When officers told him that there is no punching he changed his story. He said he touched me. After officers reviewed the footage in slow motion they were like he didn t even touch u bud. Why did u call us lol. So avoid this scammers truckers. They suk at their job. But they really good at charging ppl on job they never did

449.00 bucks used my fuel filter charged me 31.99 for my own filter didn't have charger to recharge my batterys after they run them done had to tow it to peterbilt should have read all this stuff first but you live an learn. DONT USE THIS COMPANY oh ya last thing 20.00 more bucks for shop supplies lmao they didnt use anything but my own filter dang hope someone reads this before they call these guys. Just how it to the nearest shop awhile lot cheaper an will be done right.

Screwed us over really bad. Took 4 hours to do a 1 hour job. Looked online for average pricing for work done was $370 they charged us 670. Then at pay time proceeded to tell us their cc machine was down and only could take cash. Unprofessional, dirty, slow, just insane. Never ever go here.

What honest people. I went in because my check engine light came on. The mechanic asked my what kind of gas I use. He recommended switching to premium. He reset my gas and it's been months and it hasn't come back. Instead of trying to up sell me or say something was wrong with my car when there wasn't he was very honest. I will be coming here if I do need service on my car.

Don't make the mistake the road service dept of the company of the trailer were pulling 2 car loads of police are here so we can drag the trailer into the street so another company cam fix a locked brake beware... the ransom for there trailer will be enough to replace all trailer brakes and truck brakes with an oil change and a 300 dollar tip ...1 locked up brake repair,

Needing roadside assistance in any situation is a stressful one and Mike was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I'm beyond thankful he came to my rescue and he was fairly quick with very reasonable prices. He even checked in on me afterwards to make sure I was out of the clear!

on 4/23/19 I called road service to replace semi trailer tire with spare just 3miles away from their shop. we had an aired up spare rim/tire stored under trailer. 30min job they charged $426 for just labor. Any other service would charge between $100-200. DO NOT USE FOR SMALL REPAIRS. I wouldn't use them for any repairs from now on. most shops would've brought a used tire and still been cheaper.

I DO NOT recommend this repair shop. My truck had to be towed to this shop and they completely jacked up the price of the tow and the repair bill. My truck had to sit there for a couple of days and when my driver went to pick it up, the $380 worth of fuel was gone. The CB radio and the GPS was also missing from the truck. When I tried to call (several times) nobody would answer. I tried for days to get ahold of them with no success.

WOULDN T recommend using this company for ANY repair. Serious price GOUGING ON EVERY ASPECT OF THE SERVICE CALL. The price was at least $400 more than what could be considered reasonable for the service performed. PLEASE find someone else!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires
