Got a car from the dealership and started up with problems, took it in to A&B Garage, Great service and very fast and efficient work. Reasonable Price. Definitely will be my main mechanic. After a Big Box Discount shop had mounted 4 new rims and forgot to torque the lug nuts, I immediately developed a severe wobble and vibration. I took it back, the lug nuts could be turned by hand. The head mechanic panicked when he saw how close I came to loosing a wheel. He blamed the lug nuts as being the wrong size, claimed a stud was broken and said he could not help me.I took my Jeep to AB. They checked the lug nuts. They were the right size. They checked for a broken stud, there were none. And they EXPERTLY fixed a dragging caliper I had in an unrelated problem. These guys are pros.Highly recommended.Service: Brakes

I've had experiences with several garages over the years, but none compare to the service and ethics of A&B Garage in Ladd.They have done work on one of my DJ vans and also fixed Heidi s van. Her power windows and locks went out, and she's had a vibration when she hits 35 MPH. We have taken it to four different garages to get the pulse fixed.Andy called for a part for the window, which would cost a few hundred dollars. He called me and explained the cost, and I said ok, reasonably quickly. He said, well, I thought that was too much. So, I opened the panel and cleaned the corrosion, and it's working again. What?! What garage operates at this level?! Seriously.Also, we talked about the vibration being a transmission issue. Andy said he would get me in touch with a colleague who could do the work if needed. But he said he would drive it again and see if he could figure it out.Half an hour later, I got a call. He figured out the vibration and thought it was fixed. They asked us to pick it up, drive it, and let them know. Twenty-four hours later, still no vibration.The bill for this level of service? Less than a hundred bucks.Integrity and fantastic customer service can be tough to find in the automotive world. This garage just earned some dedicated customers.

I have moved from my hometown of Spring Valley for many, many years now. My son still lives there and has taken his cars to AandB Automotive in Ladd for sometime now. I just want to give a shoutout to this business!! They have been honest, reasonable And very accommodating. Not many businesses will wait around an extra hour after closing to wait for you to get to their shop ...at least not around where I live!! There is nothing like a small town and sometimes I wish I were back home to experience this! Thank you for taking such good care of my son!!!

Dealership was going to charge me $500 in labor for a hub assembly to be replaced. A&B did it for $150. Trustworthy, skilled, and highly recommended

There is nothing like the customer service offered by your local family owned and operated business! Sat and read a book while I waited for my oil change. In and out in a half hour.
