Broke down on a semi truck on i-80, company responded very quickly, Jeff came hooked and dropped my truck with trailer to the shop in under an hour, Great timing and very friendly and professional service!

My husband and I were just a few hundred miles into an 1800 mile roadtrip when one of the rims on our truck came off after hitting a pothole. Senica Towing was the first company to answer the phone at the late hour. They came with two trucks after about 45 minutes and made quick work of our truck and 5th wheel. In addition, they went above and beyond by allowing us to park our camper at their facility and connect to their electric hookups. They also hooked us up with a local mechanic who fixed our rotor and wheel the next morning. This is a wonderful family business and we were just blown away at how kind everyone was. The pricing was extremely reasonable for everything that needed to be done. We were happy to patronize this business considering the service we were provided in a tough situation :)

My tire blew 976 miles from my destination late at night on a Saturday. There I sat on the side of a busy interstate with cars rushing past me far exceeding 85 mph. When the driver arrived he was fast efficient and overall friendly. He got my car on the bed within seconds and we were out of there.I was also extremely thankful because I had never known you could send your towing receipt to your insurance and they would reimburse me. So that was a cool thing to learn that made it a lot easier to not worry financially. And I am so happy the driver told me that and even went so far as to tell me if the receipt he wrote was not legible enough for insurance to contact him and he would gladly do a more neat and orderly one for me.Overall great experience.

Wow, just wow! Not only did Bubba make me feel secure with my tow to the shop. Lil Jeff as they call him, made me feel so much better about my situation. Thank you Senica Towing! I will always recommend you!

BEWARE : SCAM ARTISTS AND CROOKSMy car needed to be pulled from a 5 ft EASEMENT, these crooks came out impounded my car, then charge me an extra $1,500 even after billing my insurance. were never called. We called them to help us, as an emergency. m artists started a fight and had alcohol all over his breathe. DRUINTERSTATENK DRIVERS TOWING is what you need to change your name to from SENICA TOWING

I had an issue that roadside could not repair. Proceeded to call Senica based on recommendations from local shop CIT. Jeff Senica should up quickly, in a sweet new tow rig that made quick, short work of my loaded 53ft Conestoga and 579. Cool dude, very professional and a true family run business. Get towed with confidence.

People here were fantastic! Highly recommend! We had an issue with a load that the shipper (Nucor) refused to correct and Senica was so pleasant to work with, got the driver taken care of right away with adjusting the load. Hopefully won't need their assistance again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to call.

Had an accident on a Sunday night and they towed us and went out of their way for us in our time of crisis! They helped us get to a hotel, get our belongings and had us on our way. We really appreciate Jeff and everyone at Senica!

Horrible customer service, hung up on me 1-28-23. Called a ton of towing companies around the area and all of them, don't have anyone, and too far 50 miles. Is business so good that you turn away $$. I'm in the wrong business. I couldn't believe the guy just hung up on me when I told him as much. I don't do business with people who treat potential customers like this.

Traveling from out of town and car broke down. Jim came to our rescue when Triple A couldn t! Wonderful service. Prompt and attentive. Helped us find a local service station to possibly take care of the issue.

Top notch service and above and beyond customer service. We were very thankful for their roadside assistance especially with our 45ft 5th wheel RV. They even had hookups for the RV while we figured our our issues. Great company don't hesitate to call them.

Senica Towing are great people. In a world where towing companies all too often take advantage of truckers, it's nice to know there are still fair and reasonable folks out there. Their service is also very prompt and didn't leave my driver sitting on the side of the road for hours waiting. Nothing but good things to say about these folks! I have used Senica Towing for all of my towing needs for the past 10 years and couldn t be more satisfied. They are always quick to respond, professional, and easy to work with. The owners and guys that work for them really are experts when it comes to towing and recovery. I would definitely recommend this business to my friends and family.

Very hospitable, engine blew with rv in tow, they towed us back to their establishment in 10� weather on a Saturday night and let us hookup power through the weekend. Highly recommended!

My poor judgement led to my car being stuck uphill just over a curb, in the mud on Saturday. Called to find out how much it d be for a tow & was very surprised to hear how much it d be and let out a very stressed sigh. Guy on the phone told me it s not my fault you parked in the grass and was super rude. Work on your customer service. Bill s got my business instead.

My truck broke down with my 44ft 5th wheel and the local police said this company is the best, so they came out and took my truck to the dealer and took my camper to their shop and said I could store it there while the truck was getting repaired. Everyone in this company are super friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow.Service: Car towing

This creatures there are not people. I think it is shame for this creatures be waking on this earth. They'r greed is at level that you can even imagine. One truck flip over close by. They charge the insurance physical damage on the truck $5000, they charge the insurance physical damage on the trlr $5000, they charge the cargo insurance $5000. Then they ask me to pay $6000 on the top of all this, I didn't have the money so they make me give them to value of the freight with was $3700 and then they got payed $750 for moving the fright from one trlr to the buyers trlr.They took almost $20 000. But they want even more. They still my trlr. So they make around $25000 and I lost around $7500 just me paying the payments for the truck. I didn't have a choice, but if you do do not wok with them they will rip you off. There is still good people out there read the reviews and stay a way form Seneca Interstate Towing.

This place Is absolutely terrible, unprofessional and rude, charged us close to a thousand dollars for a 5-8 hour job that could ve been done way faster. First towing guy came without the right tools, was there for few hours just so he could charge us more, then he called the other employee to bring the right tools and still wasn t able to fix the problem, our drivers were helping this unqualified people the whole time. When we got to their parking lot, us being a car hauler company we had to unload some cars just so we can get the weight off the broken axle so we could drive to the repair shop that is located next door. We told them we will pay that ridiculous amount of money after we get those cars from their parking lot. After we left the parking lot they called the police ( who is a friend of the company owner) to arrest our drivers. Police didn t think that s the case because the towing company had leverage with those (3-5 cars). I wouldnt recomend this place even for out competitors

Had an accident in LaSalle Illinois, went to retrieve some of our things from this place which they promptly refused to let us do, I offered to pay the tow bill of 400 right then and there which they promptly refused, I list 1000 dollars in the van, my husband's tools a blanket given to me by my son to commentate his wedding among quite a bit of other items I hope they're happy with treating people like criminals

I have shipped items from state to state and overseas including China, Korea, Australia and Uruguay. If you want the job done right and on time this is the company to call! Exceptionally skilled lowboy service and the operators of the rotators are surgical.

horrible experience as they tried to charge $750.00 to tow my son's truck 45 miles away and then after charging $450.00 with a $50.00 per day extra charge - The police chose their company and then they said that they only took cash - So over $1,000 for a weather related accident - this is not cool -bad bad service - do not use - poor - stay away
