I always manage to back out of my garage and not watch what I m doing and in the process I took off my mirror on my left side and my right side so I went to when I went to Billy and LaSalle body and Fender he always takes care of me right away and got me in and I had my car the very next day so I was very happy. He always manages to get me taken care of as soon as possible and I appreciate the effort. Would recommendTo go to him because he s very helpful and he does wonderful work. I recommend him to everyone I know and let them know what a good service he has a great business. Highly recommend LaSalle Body and Fender. The Prydes have always given quality service. They do excellent work and are very accommodating to their customers . Ive never hesitated to leave my car with them.

My car had some pretty decent body damage and they made it look like new, worked with the insurance company seamlessly, and completed the work ahead of schedule. They even cleaned the interior. Very happy with the work and the customer service!

LaSalle Body & Fender has always done fabulous body work with reasonable prices and excellent customer service. You won't find a more talented, helpful, responsible, and honest body shop. Call them. You will not be disappointed. My entire family has been using them for decades and we will never go anywhere else. Bill and company deserve way more than 5 stars!!

Had tailgate fixed dent in back bumper replaced and passenger back side fixed from damage done from an accident. Wouldn t go anywhere else for work to be done on any of our vehicles LaSalle Body and Fender is the only place to go to get things done right the first time anytime.Services: Painting, Body & TrimServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my truck in a few years ago and had a pretty poor experience. I should have written a review sooner but it's my loss now.I had some body work done to repair some denting and paint damage from a hit and run on my truck in a parking lot. After the work was done the truck looked like new. Less than a year later the paint on the wheel well they worked on was bubbling with rust under it. I brought the truck back and they worked on it again, free of charge. The reason I had the work done in the first place was so that it would not rust.Again, it looked good for a few months and then started rusting again. Now the wheel well has that paint bubbled all the way around it with some parts chipped off and rust showing. I figured if the work was done twice and it was still rusting they couldn't get it right a third time and now I'm stuck with it.I will say that the customer service is great. They really do what they can to make things right. Especially since they did the work again without cost to me. I just can't believe that it hasn't held up better. The truck had no rust when I brought it in and now the wheel well is rotting out. The only one that is rusting on the truck is the one that had the work done and the rust is in the spot where the work was done on it.Overall, I rate the customer service well and the repair work to a below average level. Maybe I just got a bad draw or something. Take this review however you want and make the decision for yourself.

My son hit a raccoon and did some major damage. They fixed the car up nice and one of the cleanest shops I have been to. We have used them in the past and will continue to use them. Never disappointed with them.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

LaSalle Body and Fender has always been my go to place for any body work on my vehicles. Even when I wasn t living in the area I d make the extra effort to bring my repair work to them. I always new I d get a quality job and they would take care of me. On this last experience they did a beautiful job of make my new truck look just like new again after some significant damage to the passenger door. I d recommend LaSalle Body and Fender to anyone needing their car repaired. They don t cut corners they do it right. Great job!

These guys are awesome. I came in about a broken door and they were very honest with me -- I could have paid them $300 for the repair, or go to a scrap yard instead and get a new door on the cheap.Their recommendation worked out and before getting the new door on, they screwed my broken side mirror back on to my old door as a temporary fix for free.It's hard to find honest body shops/auto repair places, but these guys are are trustworthy.

We used Body and Fender for their towing Svc. The fee was a bit high, but the customer svc is well above anyone s we ve experienced in this area. They were compassionate and understanding to our situation and were willing to work with us outside of their regular business hours . Five star service, top of my recommendation list!(Forgive me for not remembering your name, but the young lady that answers the phone is outstanding! I called multiple times and each time she was very friendly and helpful. )Thank you for making our difficult situation a little bit easier!

Couldn't be more happier! Hot water heater went out went to Menards turned off car and bam battery diedCalled LaSalle body and fender ( we live right down the alley) and they were to us in under 1 hour and the price was so amazing! Thankfully it was just a new battery but I am extremely happy and thankful it was them that picked us up!Thanks so much from a happy couple!The Riccis

No Hassel, Bill new exactly what to do to take care of my car from being in an accident, advised me on the insurance process & got my 2019 vehicle back to brand new again, it looks great! I highly recommend!

When ever I need any work done on a vehicle Lasalle Body &Fender is always my first choice they are always very helpful and my vehicles always look amazing when they are finished !!
