They had my car for four days, granted the first day I dropped it off later in the afternoon, and never Even brought it in to do an estimate. The employee I spoke to when I dropped it off was told I needed an estimate and exactly what was going on. Fast forward to Wednesday, called to get an update later in the afternoon and was told that they would get to it tomorrow (Thursday). Now keep in mind the last I spoke to had no idea what was going on with the vehicle even though I explained in detail when I dropped it off the previous day. Fast forward to Thursday still no estimate and they haven't even brought it in to look at it. It is now Friday and I call yet again to see what is going on. The guy that answers the phone is the guy that I spoke to on Tuesday. He tells me that they have looked at it yet because they needed to get me scheduled in. Now mind you this is my only vehicle and I have been out of work this whole week due to their incompetent staff. I have had enough at this point, I secure a ride to the shop to get my car. I call them back and tell them to leave the keys in the cup holder that I would be getting the car that day. Well low and behold now they are supposedly looking at it and the guy that answered said ok I'll tell them to stop working on it. Long story short I'm doing the repairs myself.

You need work done on your vehicle this is the place to take it too. Excellent mechanics. Fair prices, get the vehicle fixed quickly, without killing the your wallet. Also has a bodyshop. Just excellent guys that know their stuff. A+ all the way.

Guy on phone was super nice and professional. He got me in touch with a driver right away. Needed to be drug out of the ditch on 251. Was given ETA of 20 minutes and rate of $150. Others were higher and longer arrival time. Glad he had gotten there as soon as he did. We were covered with blankets and freezing. Upon arrival my car wouldn't start. After starting and shutting it off many times to try to push it out ourselves. He hooked up a battery pack, worked like a charm. Told me exactly what to do while helping me. Only took about 10 minutes. Glad they took debit cards too. Ron was a very nice and professional person. Will definitely be using this company again if we are in the area.Service: Battery service

They were a life saver! Called back as soon as I called, n had no issues helping me! I needed my car towed about 50 miles! N hesitatation. Called a few other places before I got to them, n all told me they couldn t help me, but suggested this towing company to help! He was punctional n efficient and extremely friendly. No messing around n couldn t have been happier! They saved me! N I m so grateful :)Service: Car towing

My husband and I had some vehicle trouble about a month ago- busted the oil pan on some random road debris in the middle of the night, making our Mini Cooper unsafe to drive the rest of our trip. We called Kotecki's and talked to Dave. He was able to pick up our vehicle the next morning and repair it in a week despite finding other issues. Our car has been running smooth since. Nice guys, good service- highly recommend. Thanks Dave!

Kinda expensive but worth it. He was the only person willing to help get my keys locked out if my work truck. Would recommend!

Horrible service. They dropped my truck off the tow truck after failing to use proper safety equipment, safety chains. Damaged my truck pretty bad. Several thousand dollars.After leading me on for 3 weeks he informs me in a very rude tone and way that he is too busy to deal with it.After acquiring his insurance company s name I was able to start the claim myself with no assistance from this company. Please listen to me and don t use this company. Move on to ANYONE else.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT THEIR FEEDBACK. 3.1? That s horrible.

My boyfriend and I and our 2 girls were stuck on 80 and it was almost 4th of July weekend when my alternator went out. We were over 3 hours from home. They had to bring 2 trucks to pick us all up. Kathryn behind the counter gave me a ride to McDonald's to get some food, they were so helpful and worked their hardest to get us out the door and safely back on the road. I looked up the part online and they charged me less than if I would have bought it myself and towing and labor were not outrageous fees either.

If you ever are in need of towing services, these guys are hands down the one to call! I needed my car towed from Peoria and had called around and they were by far the cheapest and easiest to deal with. Thank you again Ron for everything!!!!

After many visits to repair shops to look at my cushman truckster with a daihatsu 3 cylinder car engine Dave did not hesitate to woork on it. I was in an accident last week and Kotecki s main driver responsed. Even though it was Sunday afternoon he was willing to drive me an hour and a half to my mechanic and was very friendly and gave me advice on how to fix my truck. Would definitely use again if I had to

Wow !! What a great place to get your car serviced. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable, I took my vehicle there for an oil change and the owner noticed I needed an air filter also replaced it for me. I will tell everyone I know to go to Kotecki's for service !!

My wife took her car there to get it fix never fix it but did charge her 500$ for a starter and battery it didnt need took it home and had to take it back cuz it still wouldn't start for us thay had it two day sad it fix and now still doing the same thing I wouldn't ever take other car here

Just had my rear end on my 07 Expedition rebuilt. Transmission fluid change oil change coolant flush reasonable pricing can't complain on the service I've always had a good experience here!!

Paid almost a thousand dollars for a smart junction box. They didn't finish the job. Went online saw the box for 250. Man I was screwed
