They do not disappoint! Coming in about 15 min before close and they still accepted my tire no questions asked. Their speedy work got me in and out of the shop within 20 minutes total. The price is always right with king tire and will continue to recommend them to everyone!

There is a stretch of road around LaSalle that is full of pot holes. Had only a couple thousand miles on my brand new tires and still ended up with 2 flats, thanks Illinois DOT! Called road service shops around and they all recommended King Tire. Had to call a few times but finally got someone on the phone at King Tire and they were there to help in no time. They had the right tires in stock and had someone bring them to my vehicle and I was back on the road in no time. These guys are phenomenal! No frills and reasonable pricing and they get the job done and done right. Thank you so much King Tire for helping this stranded Tennessee traveler!

Big hole in my tire and wanted to replace another. Dropped it off right away. These guys were great very friendly. Really happy with my experience here. Would definitely recommend and go back thank you

We hit a pothole on 39 & instantly got a flat tire & bent rim. We were able to get the spare on & make it to this shop. They got us in fairly quickly, worked hard & were affordable. We appreciated the service.

When a tire blew out on the interstate highway we were sure that we would be late for our soon to be granddaugher's wedding shower in Bloomington Indiana. We were just over one hour in to our six hour trip. After mounting the doughnut spare we limped into LaSalle Illinois and asked where to find a replacement for the punctured tire. A local repair shop recommended King Tire.When we pulled up to the curb in front of the vintage warehouse shop we were greeted by friendly service man who assessed the damage on the spot and recommended a good used tire. The tire was mounted and balanced within forty-five minutes and we were on our way.Thanks to the King Tire team we arrived in Bloomington right on time.

The place is a mess! From the shop to the office to the job assignments, just an un organized mess! But, even though I had to wait for a half hour before even being spoken to even though I had an appointment, they were able to get my four 22" rims tires and balanced fairly quickly and for a good price $108. Make sure they put the correct air pressure as well. Mine were under inflated.

Called the day I hoped to get tires mounted and they said come on in about 4:00, I got there an hour early and they had me out by 4. Great job KING TIRE!!

Excellent service, fast and still provide outstandingcustomerservice. We got a flat tire on our way from the Quad Cities to move my mother from an abusive nursing home in Indiana to a better one in Joliet, IL. King's got us in less than 30 minutes, had us back on the road with a new tire within minutes of arriving at their shop and for less than $200 with GREAT customer service!!! I definitely would be willing to travel to them when its time to replace all my tires. So we will be seeing them again.

Had brake pads done and tie rods come to find out needed calipers and wasn't called they fixed other two things never called us to ask if wanted done or anything was told after we had it done that they were needed and we asked when could be done they said next week asked if be ok to drive it was told yes only would wear brake pads down didn't make it up the road truck was smoke n crack n and try n to stop on it's own. Took it back and was told didn't know when they could do it my wife missed 2 days of work and no car for 2 days had to get rides 800 dollars later it's fixed never again. I will say Rick from there was very apologetic and was very upset made sure my car was done next day since I went through so much and charged me very little for labor on calipers thank God. If u ever go make sure to ask for Rick if u have to use King Tire....

King Tire IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO to get ANYTHING fixed, replaced, etc. DONT EVEN CONSIDER OTHER SHOPS! KING TIRE DOES IT ALL & THEN SOME! A TRULY MAGNIFICENT MAN & HIS TEAM WHO GO ABOVE & BEYOND TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE MORE THAN SATISFIED!! KING TIRE. ADD HIS INFO IN YOUR PHONE NOW. I PROMISE THAT YOULL GO NOWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN FOR CAR REPAIR!!

Kings tire is a great place to take your vehicle! The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Their work is excellent and they take care of their customers quickly! I greatly recommend using their services for your vehicle needs..

I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else now that I know about King tires. I had my car to several different places and I am so glad I finally got it to King tires. I emailed them from their website and they answered me promptly. They had me bring in my car that day for evaluation even though they were super busy. Sitting in their waiting area allowed me an opportunity to visit with other customers many of whom were longtime devotees. Jim gave me a very honest & truthful evaluation of my car's problem. Having been through a painful process of wondering who to trust I have no doubt that I would trust these men with my first born child.

Got a flat tire on hwy 39 from a "speed bump" (aka. hole), according to the posted sign and made it to King Tire just in time, as they are right off the hwy. I was in and out with a honest, 19" tire for my Nissan 370z within an hour and back on the road again on my way to Lousiana. Awesome service and friendly! Highly reccomend from a passer buyer.

Passing thru. Got in a bind. 3 different locals told me go to king, he will fix it and he won't screw you. He fixed and he didn't screw me.... I wish king tire was in my town

Called was told what time to be there an still had to wait, had to wait to be acknowledged. Was treated decent only when Greg showed up an acknowledged he knew me.

One of the younger guys broke the key for the safety single lug per/tires after using their mechanical tools.Older guy proceeds to try to charge 300+$ to "torch" them off after blaming me for their negligence of not removing the security lug by hand (like you're supposed to do). [I had bought the vehicle from Chicago, the security lugs weren't my choice].Goes on to say that torching "may ruin my rims, so I might also need new rim(s)"Sadly, it just seems like the older gentleman sees a young naive person and you're easy to just push around.Went to a different shop in the same town where they removed them manually.Quite unfortunate since I had gone to them a few times before and always felt like I walked away with a good deal and good tires.He at least gave me the 9 year old used tire I had bought for my spare rim for free after I noticed the age of it.This happened a couple years ago, didn't post since I don't think they'd encounter my situation often, which is why 2 stars out of the 1 I wanted to rate. Also because the other few visits before everything went acceptable.

If I could have rated 0 I would have. I went to Tire King to get a Wheel bearing put on my car. Not long after he called to tell me the last one to put it on (my husband) had not put it on right and the ball that it had to sit on was oval not round so I told him not to put it on and he responded he had already put it on and it was fine. He stated that my car had another bearing going out farther in and I would have to take it to Toyota.When I left with the car it was still making a sound like before to which I took the car back down there and he had his mechanic drive it and said it was this inner bearing I was hearing.So while driving home on rt.80 I could hear something break apart and start clunking. I had it towed to Toyota and when they looked at it said the Tire King had done a terrible job putting it on and I should get my money back. They also said there was no inner bearing going out that it was just the wheel bearing that was bad.Tire King was contacted and would do nothing about it even though they knew when I drove out there was a problem. I really liked this place before but would never go there again.
