Yep 1 star only because I had to have my dealer brought my car to you for a four wheel alignment after work they done. Then I get my car back and one of my rims is bent. So just a great big shout out to you all for not owning up to your mistake and hope I can find another rim otherwise thank you again for your screw up in making someone have to get a new set of rims. I can honestly say my car will never be brought to your shop. And no this isn t the first car you have screwed up and you not owned up to doing damage to but if that s how you all do business I m glad you can wake up every morning knowing how you screwed over a customer.

Not many places around that can handle the big trucks and tires. Super fair pricing, friendly staff and quick on services. I ve gone a couple times and will definitely be back. Thanks for a trustworthy professional team.

Quick stop, long haul caravan from Indianapolis to Waterloo, Iowa. Arrived at Big Boys an hour before opening time, 20 minutes before opening the first employee to arrive walked over to our truck and took the order, the flattened tire, and got to work immediately. We had our new tire on the rim and placed in the back of our truck before official opening time. Extremely impressive service, thank you guys.

I was traveling out of state with a van full of dogs when I got a flat tire. They were completely accommodating to the dogs in the vehicle and had my tire replaced in under 20 minutes. Back on the road quickly for the remaining 5� hours of our drive! Very appreciative of the service.Service: TiresService: Tires

Went to the shop with a nail puncture in one tie and a slow leak in another without an appointment. They greeted me well and said we'll get you in and take care of those. I barely sat down and they had my truck pulled into the stall. In a very short time and after paying a fair price I was back to feeling road ready. Dang, that was some fine service!!!

We were camping in the area with our grandchildren when we got a flat. The service we recieved from Big Boys was fast, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

I am not going to complain on service, good job there, but we took our truck in for alignment and for them to put new front lower ball joints, said it would be a little over an hour, after 2 hours I asked what was going on and how much longer, was told by 4, mind you not we had stayed and waited for truck, so we wait till 4 and nothing, so again I asked, what was going on said maybe another half hour ended up getting truck at 5! First time I asked I was told there was a small complication so that it would be a little longer which ok, I get it but why not tell us when the complication arose that it was NOT going to be the little over an hour time like originally said, so we could figure something out .. ended up having to have my kids walk from school over a mile home in this cold and my daughter could have missed a Volleyball game because of this! Very upset! Not saying that you should not go to them but Insure will be looking elsewhere next time I need to have something done as I think they weren t mindful when it came to their clients time .Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Wheel alignment

My tire found some road debris on the freeway. A call to Big Boys confirmed they had two tires my size. From parking out front to driving away was LESS THAN 20mins!!!AND the total price was less than the initial quote. I with they were near me!Thank you! Ben

I came in to have a rim looked at with the possibility of ordering a new one, and the technician who helped me got a look at my tires, and not only offered unbend the rim, but also offered to check if they had some affordable, used replacement tires. He found me two used tires, and was able to fit me in for the work immediately. He also suggested where to search for a new rim when I have the funds. I am beyond grateful for the help I received tonight, and will most definitely be recommending this business to others and returning in the future. Thank you!

Had my alignment done here. after alignment was complete vehicle pulled to one side when driving down the road called and complain they told me to rotate my tires because it could ve been new tires I just installed. 5000 miles later I hear a clunking in the front end camber caster bushing pinch bolt loose . Took it back to them and then they wanna charge me another hundred dollars for their mistake I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.. good luck!!!!!! this is the reason people have trust issues with repair shops.Service: Wheel alignment

I had a flat while on I-39. I installed the spare and called Big Boys for a replacement. They had what I needed in-stock. I was in and out with a new tire at a good price in under 45-minutes. GO HERE! I had a leak in one of my tires and there weren't any auto shops near me that had openings- the other shops couldn't get me in for 3+ days. I called Big Boys and not only did they answer my call immediately, they got me in right away! Call these guys if you want fast and friendly service at a great price!Service: TiresService: Tires

Would not warranty their own alignment work. Discussed issue with the Manager even to no resolution when there should clearly be one.

This is my go to place.For me I just like it.They are super friendly.Always have a cup of coffee for the wait which is always been quick.I have had them do.tires,tune ups, serious stuff like broken wheel bearing.And im always happy.I always recommend them when someone asks"where to go" for repairs.They are always fast and busy.The waiting room is clean and comfortable nice place. Thanks

This is the best service I have ever received from an auto shop. Hit one of the many large potholes in Illinois and destroyed my struts. Got service as soon as I pulled in and was out in no time.Thanks again guys!

Bought a set of rims and tires 9 months ago for my work car $1,700. They kept my old tires but gave the rims back. Not a big deal. Bought another set of rims and tires for my wife s SUV. Didn t mount the rims correctly and then messed up 2 tire sensor. Tried telling me $200 dollars for each. After spending $1,800 cash upfront. Less than 39,xxx miles took it back sat there for an hour. Didn t fix anything gave it back exactly the same way!!! I wouldn t let them put air in my kids bike now. I d RUN from this company.

Always first rate service at a fair price. Very Clean Showroom/Service Counter, great helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. If you haven't used them for tires or Service, you should!

Best tire service we've ever experienced! Traveling yesterday, had a very scary blowout on interstate. First an Angel with large muscles stopped and changed tire like a pit crew. Then searching internet for new tire, we found big boys. They had us back on the road with new tire in 10 minutes. Amazing! Just really wanted to recommend them to everyone in the area.

Both times I've been here they took care of my jeep very quickly. I was amazed at how fast they swapped my spare out on Thursday. Little to no wait. Always friendly

Tire fell off while driving two weeks after going here. Not only did they make me pay to tow it to their shop after I called them, they told me they weren't liable and charged me again to tow it home. If you're looking for safety and peace of mind for yourself or your loved ones DO NOT GO HERE!
