They just put a HUGE scratch on back of my Movado watch and devalued it undoubtedly and we re RUDE about it to boot!! We need another option in Lasalle County!!!

Come for the batteries and stay for the things. Key fob battery replacement for $7. Helpful and friendly staff. Sometimes there is a dog inside. It looks like Lassie and is a very good dog. Great place to shop for flashlights, too!

Yeah the batteries are cheap, but don t put them in anything you need to be reliable. Things happen sometimes and a business can get a bad battery I get that, but I bought one it lasted about 4 months and had to buy another battery else where in a pinch. Then when I tried to return said battery, they told me a return is not part of their 1 year warranty. Just don t go there, save yourself the headache.

On the rare occasion I have gone into their store I have found them to have a low appreciation for their customers. But we were in the area the other day and needed batteries, so we went in. Saw a friend and talked to them for a while. After choosing our items we worked our way to the cashiers desk. To our left was a "work table" where a woman stood, head down "working" on something? She never acknowledged we were there even though we waited patiently for her to do so/serve us. After 5+ minutes of waiting for her to help us we walked out. Will never try to shop there again. They need us far more than I need them.

SO this place is a real gem.I have got every kinda battery under the sun here.cellphone,motorcycle,car,9 volt.Really they have had everything I have ever needed in batterys.I bought a pillow here no kidding they have selection of kinda off the wall stuff,I never go there without money, cause i all ways get more than the AA's i came for.Great staff so helpful.friendly.Just go in one day you'll like it.Thanks

They've got everything battery wise you could think of. Phones, vape, watches, lights and more. Prices are much better here than paying in a huge big box store. I buy here any chance I get. If you want to stock up on regular batteries they've got many deals.

Awesome experience, had to buy a battery for a motorcycle, and not only did they have it in stock, it was half the price of most places that sold them. They also filled the battery for me and had it ready to install! Great place to do business with!!

This is the best battery store in Kelowna. I live in San Francisco & wait to come to Kelowna to get all my watches fixed. The team is professional, fast and the prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend!
