I originally ordered a set of wheels online from his website, that unbeknownst to me, would not work with my choice of tires (without an expensive option). Larry knew this might happen, so called me to make sure, called the tire vendor, then upgraded my wheels to a more expensive set (at same money) that would work, and shipped them overnight. A+ in my book!
