I was welcomed by a busy but friendly mechanic. My Toyota was fixed even though it threw a couple curve balls. The cost was fair and the service exemplary. Definitely will be back for future repairs.

I had my first experience with Murphy's this month. They were attentive to my concerns, communicative with next steps, and fantastic all around. They completed all repairs in a timely, professional manner and at a reasonable cost. Best of all, they have a local, family shop feel that you can't get everywhere. I recommend them and will definitely use them in the future.

I had general maintenance done along with a new battery. The price was fair and reasonable. The staff was courteous and accommodating. Over all, I was extremely pleased with the service.

First time bringing a car to Murphy's. Probably best auto repair company I have been to. Instead of changing 3 potentially bad parts that the code pointed to, they used their experience and testing to determine it could actually be nothing. Took a let's keep an eye on it approach and bring it right back if we notice any issues. That is called looking out for the customer!

A thorough check up was conducted, rear noises were thought to have been a or the problem. Turned out the front stabilizers needed to be replaced. Chris was able to get the replacement parts quickly so the repair could be completed that very day.

I pass dozen of mechanics to take my car to Murphys. The staff is always friendly and tries their best to accommodate. The prices are more reasonable than anywhere else in the area I've found and I dont feel like im paying the "pink tax" that women so often get hit with for car repairs.Only con is I feel they (occaionally) over promise how quickly they can have my car ready. They're a busy place and for good reason. I heard of them through word of mouth and I recommend them to friends now too.

I scheduled a service online and got in at the time I chose. Mike responded to my request and confirmed my appointment. I dropped my car off when they opened, and was told they would have it done by noon. As promised, they called me a little after noon to let me know it was complete. I have used Murphy's several times and always receive great, honest service at a price that is fair. I would absolutely recommend Murphy's for anyone looking to get honest service at an honest price. They have worked on my Jeep Wrangler, Honda Civic and fixed a tire on my BMW. If it isn't a warranty repair, I'm going to Murphy's!

This was my first time using Murphy's after several neighbors singing their praises and me finally giving up on the shop I've used for a decade. What a breath of fresh air at Murphy's!I set up a repair appointment on their website and got a prompt email reply (!) to drop the car off the next day, also a pleasant surprise. I dropped off our 15-year-old Honda Odyssey for a taillight out and a slow tire leak warning, expecting to get it back in 1-2 days. *90 minutes later*, Chris calls and says the car is ready. I was stunned. Went back to get it before they closed for the day, repaired, with great hospitality. The bill was less than I thought (no minimum hourly labor charges!) and I've already received follow-up communication and a portal to start tracking my service with them. ALL THINGS my last shop never did.Thrilled to have found a new place, close to home (I walked to/from), supporting local, and I feel great about it too. Easy scheduling. Quick service. Fixed a brake noise just by bending back a dust cover with no charge. If you're having any kind of car troubles, especially transmission issues, these guys specialize in that. Yeah, it's not cheap to fix something like that, unless you can do it yourself.? We take all of my family's cars here...Fast, Effecient , great work and very fairly priced , especially for their expertise! And no, I'm not his Mom , just a very impressed customer..

Very nice and pleasant people, that do professional and attentive work for a very fair price. I will be having all my auto repairs done here. My 2007 Dodge Charger has had check engine light on for over a year.Did not pass Emmissions. Can't get plate sticker without passing.Mike took so much effort and was determined to find this leak that 3 other Shops could not find or didn't want to take this task on.Luckily he figured another way to get to this tiny evap leak. And the estimate amount went down.I'm truly so grateful. It's tough to find a mechanic let alone the owner of this shop personally to be dedicated to resolve this and not want to just milk you for money.If you are unsure about car repairs and want them done correctly I highly Recommend taking your car here.Thank you Mike and your whole Staff for getting this figured out.

Where to start? The people at Murphy's are prompt, professional, budget friendly, and great technicians! I brought in my silverado for a few problems, and I received it same day. I know getting your vehicle same day isn't always possible, but the service and price are exceptional. Mike and Chris were great. Brought my truck in for oil change and rear brakes. While they had the truck on the lift they found a problem that would have destroyed my transmission had it not been repaired. Thank guys! Politely called to ask how much an oil change would be and I was told all cars are different which I understand the guy on the phone didn t even want to ask me what kind of car I had I had to forcefully tell him I have taken my car there before & he then told me he doesn t have a crystal ball to tell me how much an oil change was completely unnecessary comment. They need to work on customer service they re going to continue loosing customers with that attitude
