Always easy at the Jiffy Lube on Mannheim Road! I usually go after my work day but I have never had any issues having to wait, even arriving at 4:30 or 5pm. They don't push unnecessary service items on you and you never have to get out of your car. Thank you to the staff for doing the job well and quickly each time I go!

I have been coming to this jiffy lube at least twice, my son brought me in and the service has always been excellent, I will let everyone I know that needs an oil change to go here. Keep up the excellent job and service. God bless you all and have a blessed day.

I went to a Jiffy Lube in Berwyn IL for a conventional oil change, the employee told me that Jiffy Lube does not do conventional and only synthetic. I told them never mind them the employee tried to haggle me on the price. I went to a different Jiffy Lube in La Grange Park and they did the conventional oil change for me. However I had a 10 dollar off coupon which he said he applied, which he did, but there was a nontaxable charge for 10 dollars for no reason, which made the it pointless.

It use to be that Jiffy Lube offered a multiple point inspection. Fluids, filters, tires, etc.Even topping off fluids. I didn't receive any of that with my service stop. Very disappointed and I will never return to this shop again.

There was a long wait to get in, because only two men were there on a Saturday, which I found surprising. The men working there were great though, and worked as quickly as they could.

This team is A1 I was appreciated addressed by name and was returned my keys it seemed the same minute i gave them to him( the oil change was so fast i didnt have time to get his name but it is a team effort) these guys should all get hefty bonuses i did mention my experience to my friend seeing as it was the first oil change that i felt was not a drain but was rather worth my time

Incredibly friendly staff! Great prices I bring my car here and only here. The prices are always fair the product is always on par with the best. I would like to thank Delonda Cedric and Danielle You guys rock. Me and my wife will continue to return our vehicles here because we want to get the most mileage from our vehicles we know that you guys care.

The Jiffy Lube on 31st and Lagrange rd. Is a very good Jiffy Lube with friendly and professional employees. I was in and out quickly and everything went smoothly. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

I actually already have recommended this store to friends and family for their customer service and willingness to help and educate me as the consumer. From the general manager throughout to all the techs in the shop even the two that were working on another car. Everyone was so polite. The people working at this Jiffy Lube are amazing. They re very knowledgeable and have given me sage advice on how to handle factory recall issues my dealership claimed to have fixed on my 2015 Hyundai Tucson that has been burning through oil the past couple of months. Didn't think I had to leave a review, but not satisfied with this specific location. Went two days back to back for an oil change. First day, they were waiting for another worker to show up during open hours. Second day, stopped by later in the day, fully staffed. Not courteous. Normally I'm greeted, but music was blasting and I was flagged down from the inside in an annoyed way and tone. Pro Jiffy lube, just not this one.

Went to get my oil changed at 11:30 and they told me they were on break and to come back after 1. Never had anything like that happen before at a jiffy lube.

They were pretty busy on the day I came. A couple of vehicles left because they did not want to wait to get services. They were able to pull up my history from license plate. I was able to use an online coupon as well. Good overall.

So professional and courteous. They helped me decide what I needed as well as gave me enough space to make my own decisions. From the man who brought my vehicle in to the employee who filled my tires. Damaris runs a great shop and trains her employees well. Definitely will be back

Ridiculous you lost my business. They don't do drop offs ... 4 guys working on a fed ex truck 2 open bays but they say u have to wait in line in one bay. Hoffman estates jiffy lube is 10x better ill never be back stop being lazy thanks

My first time at this Jiffe Lube and they lied to me about the price of an oil change. so I did a follow up and got my other car oil change at the Lombard location on Roosevelt road and it was $49.99 I asked for conventural motor oil they upgraded me without my permission. I am coming out paying over $80 for oil change. I recently called the location and the phone continues on ringing I would not recommend this Jiffe Lube to anyone. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this location.Service: Oil change

Even though I had slight oil drops afterwards, they were so professional resolving. Always go to jiffy lube. This one has an excellent manager, Alex. Jada was absolutely FANTASTIC. I ve never had customer service like this for any oil change I ever received, ever. I pulled up and after settling what I needed done, Jada noticed I was playing a video game on my phone while waiting, and asked which one it was, and we started talking. Jada even recommended me a controller that you can snap the iPhone into and play with. Seems like simple small talk, but it really made me feel valued and respected not only as a customer, but as a person. Pulling in there Jada makes you feel like you re a friend swinging by for a visit. Top notch customer service - any company, regardless of their industry, should look to Jada and the team about how to make customers feel important and respected.For the auto service itself, it was also top notch. They did a full inspection, and ended up telling me that I had a hole in my windshield washer fluid tank. Told me what I needed to do as far as purchasing and and getting it installed. They presented all the different packages for the oil my car needs throughly. Finally, they even installed a new air filter I had bought to replace my old one completely for free. Everything - from customer service to the work they did - was the best one could possibly ask for. And the price! This location clearly busts the myth of you get what you pay for , because they provided top notch service all around at a price that is much lower compared to competitorsBottom line: if you want a friendly atmosphere, where you feel respected as the customer, along with very thorough work being done on your car for a more than reasonable price, you have to give Jada and the team a visit. One of the best retail experiences I have had at any store in a long, long time

After waiting in line, someone came out to tell me that they were going on break. And I would have to come back in an hour and a half. Who takes an hour and a half break when there s a line of business? Who lets all of their employees go at the same time? Never again!
