They suddenly started adding a topping on my favorite pizza and tried to tell me that had always been the recipe despite the fact that I nor my family have ever received one that way. It doesn't even have that topping as a part of the pizza when you order on the app! I ended up wasting the money and tossing it because it wasn't the pizza I thought I was ordering... either the app needs changed or the store needs to be more consistent so these things don't happen.

Great pizza! However they need more staff the delivery gal is over worked and under paid. She's very nice be sure to tip her!

Not a bad store, friendly service and it was clean. 3 stars because none of the food warmers were turning, if you needed your piece from the back you had to dig or ask, it won t turn and the food was cold.

The one in Knoxville IL puts way less cheese on pizza than any other Casey's i have been to. Very Cheep with there pizzas. Also they tell ya 30-45 min when it only takes the 7 min to make a pizza so its sitting there 20 min before you pick it up

Employees are pretty good about wearing masks. They need to require the customer to do it. They are too concerned about the bottom line

The pizza is fairly good. It used to be great. Needs a new pizza maker. Also, overpriced!
