Jason was so helpful, compassionate and just so nice. He helped tow my car and get me to a safe place. when I wasn't able to fix the car on my own he towed it a 2nd time. Prices were reasonable and response time was so fast. If you're in the area and need a tow - ask for Jason.

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a mechanic. They knew there was an issue with our vehicle (I was there when their computer told them exactly what it was) and they still didn't fix it. Due to the fact that they didn't fix the issue (what turned out to be a $15.00 part), we were once again left stranded and forced to pay thousands of dollars for additional towing and repairs. Fortunately we got our vehicle to a good mechanic (Moores Auto Repair in Michigan City, IN) who fixed the issue within an hour...an issue that Hodges couldn't fix in a week. Hell, they didn't even attempt to fix it. Terrible mechanic, terrible customer service...can't say enough about how awful our experience was. If you have an issue with your vehicle, I'd recommend burning it before taking it to Hodges.

It's Like Taking Your Car to the Doctor! The Hodge's staff is always quick to diagnose the problem and do the repairs in the most cost effective way. Customers are worked into the schedule as quickly as possible for repairs to get the vehicle back on the road. Their estimates are always accurate, so you know what you will be paying for the repairs. They look for areas of potential problems that may need to be addressed in the near future. The Hodge's staff is polite, knowledgeable and friendly. AND they have full service gas attendants! Tires & oil checked and windshields washed!

720 dollars to replace a belt tensioner on an alternator on an older freightliner Detroit diesel. Double markup on parts. Mileage to and from 75 dollars for about 75 miles, no problem there. 85 to get parts(tensioner and belt) a bit excessive since he probably backtracked much of the same miles. My biggest problem was the 300 service charge from the time they leave their shop till they get back which was appx. 3 hrs.i feel some of those other charges should have been swallowed up by service time. The guy who came out was Jason, who was very friendly and efficient while he was actually there. Bottom line, 720 dollars was about 200 or so more than I thought was reasonable. Called there and guy who answered justified all the charges as that s the way we charge . I will not be calling them again unless I get stuck somewhere and want a good f$?@ing in the a$$

I would highly recommend this place to anyone!! Great friendly staff! Excellent service! They will definitely go out of their way to help anyone. Very fast and reliable. Just good honest people. Thanks to everyone for the help you gave my husband and I when we broke down 700 miles from home in the middle of the night. You picked us up fast and booked us a room for a couple days and even gave us a ride there. THIS PLACE IS OUTSTANDING!!!!!

This is the most ridiculously tow company i have ever dealt with and im coming from Washington DC which says something! These guys are trying to charge me 3200 dollars for towing my truck out of a completely smooth flat surface on the median of 74. The customer service is incredibly rude. The owner is trying to charge me for liable when all i did was take it to the news station and they made a story out of what happened, due to its absurd nature. NO ONE SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY

Went there to get gas and Steve came out asked how much fuel, started pumping gas and washed my wind shield all with a lovely smile on his face! Mind you it was one of those days last week where it was hotter then h***!

My car was vandalized and I took it here for repair. I spoke to Jim several times on the phone and twice in person while my car was there. Jim was rude and condescending every time we spoke, from hello to goodbye. There are plenty of other repair shops in town I will be giving my business to going forward in hopes that I won't get talked down to and disrespected. In no way should someone treat people, much less customers, like that.

This was the worst experience of my life. The driver was rude and would not answer any questions. They overcharge and have hidden fees. They towed my sons car would not let me get it the same day, and then charged 2 days storage when it was there less than 24 hours. The driver told me I'd be charged for one day and the office didn't care what he said. Towed my son's car 1 mile and charged $225.57 dollars. 70 of which was storage because they held the car hostage!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS

I really love the full service for gas needs but owners have bad customer service unfortunately !! I called for the first time ever needing a tow and it took more than 5 phone calls to get a slight notion of customer care.. thankful the KPD doesn't feel the same way!! I'll stay stranded before I call Hodge's for help the next time !!

I had my car towed by a Henry County deputy because I had a flat tire and had to leave it sit (all the way in the ditch). They towed it because of the bad rain. They used Hodge's. I've never had a worse experience with a company. The gears in my car got mess up when the car was drug onto the flatbed. The next morning I had to call the geneseo hodges manager Don. Very rude and short with me. I came at 3:30 on june 11th and they said I had to have cash to get my car at a ridiculous amount of $358.62. I only had a check or card. He said too bad and just because im a single mom doesn't mean I deserve any favors. Went back on the 12th with cash and my son to help change the flat. Don, saying "people like you that don't get anything". I called the owner today the 18th and was basically told too bad and he will have a "talk" with Don. No apology at all until I mentioned it. they are terrible. Also, I have lung disease and Don stood in front of me smoking right in front of my face the whole time.

Not replacing the drive shaft sensor on Chris and Brandons RV! Your computers say there is an issue and you do nothing. Terrible dont give them your business!!

Great service great prices great mechanics and best operaters around. Can repair or tow anything. Light to heavy duty recovery 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Wreckmasters.

"Treated like family"When you align yourself here you are treated like family. If you have an emergency service or repair they fit you in as quickly as possible!! They also go above and beyond to help your family members even though they may not be regular customers. I matter. Mick P.

My mother is elderly I mean I don't mean to say old but she goes there every day to fill up her car and it's always a great experience for her because they're the only ones in town that'll fill her up and check her tires

My semi and I broke down at 11pm. The call out driver came within an hr, hooked up and dropped me off at a hotel. I highly recommend these guys.

Worst experience getting my truck towed and repaired. They said tow was 165 and charged 185. To repair truck the charged for repairs they didn t do on top of being extremely rude and not helpful.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

They lied to me saying they have the software to work on frieght liner the tech came out with a laptop with no information and had no knowledge of trucks he had to keep calling other mechanics and could not get me going and still charged me 315.0 dollars!!!
