My wife and I have purchased several new vehicles, and have received superior service numerous times, from Gustafson Ford in Kewanee, IL. It was only natural that we recently purchased our latest new vehicle from them, a 2023 F-150 Lightning. We have confidence in Gustafson Ford and believe they will continue to be our go-to dealer for years to come.

I highly recommend this car dealership. I've purchased 2 cars from them and have been very pleased with all the service they provided me. Very pleasant atmosphere and super friendly staff. They work hard to provide the best customer service possible.

Very polite and helpful. Explained in enough detail what was needed to repair my vehicle and a solid quote of necessary costs plus possibility of additional issues /charges due to hidden problems.

Recently purchased a new F150 from Gustafson Ford. Troy and the team at Gustafson Ford came through for us. These are challenging times to purchase a new vehicle, however, Gustafson Ford put together a deal that no other local dealer could come close to matching. Plus the buying experience is the way it should be. They are honest and transparent with all the numbers, then don't try to sell you a bunch of things you don't need when you get to financing. You deal with one person, start to finish. Agree to a price, then pick up your vehicle. In addition, the office girls suggest ways you can save money on service and parts using your Ford points. Finally, the service department is also 5 stars in my opinion. Again, they suggest ways to save you money and perform your service needs quickly. They even pick up and drop off your vehicle!

Gustafson Ford has always met or exceeded or families expectations. We have been doing business there since 2016 and have purchased 4 vehicles since up to our most recent purchase of an F-150. Service for our vehicles has been top notch. Their new system of reminders by text and email is a great new addition as well. Very friendly atmosphere with a customer first focus.

I have always been pleased with the service provided by Gustafson Ford. I would have given a 5 star review except for one thing. The last 2 times I've had an oil change one of my dash settings has been changed & I spend a lot of time trying to return it to my preferred setting. The 1st time this happened I ended up returning to the dealership for assistance even tho I had consulted the owners manual. They kindly reset it for me. I've yet to have it corrected this time but it is such a waste of my time & theirs & is very aggravating.

Been having issues with our Ford Edge lately and the staff at your facilities have been nothing but great to us! From the call into you til the time we leave with our car.... let us know what was wrong with it and fixed it in a timely manor!!! Also went above and beyond assisting with our extended warranty we have. Great service...Will be back (hopefully not soon lol) for all are service needs!!!

My car wouldn't start. They apparently ran a diagnosis and determined I needed a new battery. I picked my car up on a Saturday. The service dept is only opened until 12. I started the car and to my surprise, the check engine light came on. I had to wait until Monday morning to call them and I was told to bring the car back on Friday. What kind of service is that. The car should have checked before I picked it up and I shouldn't have to wait another week to get the car checked out again. On top of everything, I had to pay $85 to get the car towed 2 miles to your service dept.

I was completely satisfied with my car. It was done early. I didn t have to rent a car. They gave me one to use, which was really nice. Chuck and Shawn do a nice job in the service department.

I recently purchased a Ford Explorer ST from Gustafson Ford. Chuck was extremely helpful with the purchase process and with showing me all of the new features in this model and how to customize them. There was no pressure to purchase anything I didn t need or want.

Excellent service on my Mustang as usual. I have since traded my 2017 mustang for a new 2023 mustang. Because the 2024 mustangs are out I had to have Gustafson Ford in Kewanee Illinois find me the car I wanted. In less than 5 hours they had found 3. All were only a short distance from where I live. I picked out the one I wanted. We made the deal. I got a very generous offer on my trade in Mustang. Much better than expected. Two days later I had my brand new 2023. Exactly the car I wanted! Gustafson Ford did an excellent job for me. I know their service department is top notch as I had my old car serviced there and have always been more than satisfied. Kurt Gustafson and his crew are definitely my go to for anything automotive. Give them a try. You won t be disappointed!

Great experience all around from the moment we contacted the dealer online. Our sales person Chuck took care of us from start to finish. Great communication. All work that needed to be done was handled quickly. The overall willingness of the dealership to accommodate us and make this a smooth process was very nice. I would go back!!

Too busy to get my MKZ service within the week. Did get an appointment. Said I need tires right away. Gave me prices. Went to the place I bought the 80,000 mile tires for warranty, as I drove only 40,000 miles on them. Wear is as should be with 40,000 additional miles left. I won't trust Gustafson.

We just purchased our 6th vehicle from Gustafson Ford, and I can't imagine going anywhere else. From the service department staff to the sales team, we have always had a great experience with Gustafson Ford. They are very responsive by phone, text, email, or just about any other method of communication you might use. Chuck Forsythe does a great job on the sales and delivery side, and does everything he can to accommodate the customer. If you're in the market for a car, or looking for reliable service, give Gustafson's a try.

You can definitely tell this is a family owned business. Entire staff is so friendly, willing to go above and beyond, and always available for you! The service department is great! They explain everything to me and make sure it makes sense to me. It's nice to have car service you can trust so close to home. My family and I are safe in our car because of them. Thank you so much Gustafson Ford!!!

Very happy with my new car. Loved working with Rick.. updated 11/20/19 buying my car was a good experience. Getting my car serviced is not a good experience at all. Gustaford Ford it self I would return . But that service manager needs to learn how to talk to people. And that there is a right and wrong way to deal with customers. And from talking with other folks around town this service manger is not a good value for there company.. if kurt would like to follow up with me. He should have my number. My car was service again last week thanks for your time barb

Normally I dread car shopping. My buying experience at Gustafsons was so easy I won't dread it any more. This small town dealership actually listened to me when I vaguely described my wants and needs and within a week presented me with the PERFECT used vehicle with everything I wanted and more. Their pricing was sensible, and they made themselves available around my work schedule. They gave me a loaner car while I had some accessories and new tires done on my new purchase. Thank you to Chuck and Dave for making buying local such an enjoyable experience!

I cannot say enough great things about the Gustafson dealership! Rick Barto is the best Sales Consultant I have ever dealt with. He was friendly and extremely helpful! Rick definitely went the extra mile making sure that all my questions were fully answered and kept in communication with me to make sure my needs were met. I had been researching Ford Edge vehicles for three months. I had other dealers that I had been in communication with and had planned to visit, but once I dealt with Rick and Troy Clementz, the Business Manager, I knew I was getting service that was unsurpassed! I live more than fives hours from this dealership and I am so glad that I made the drive. Rick and Troy made buying a quality vehicle so easy!! I just recently purchased my second vehicle from Gustafson Ford. They did an outstanding job with the purchase of my 2013 Ford Explorer so when it came time to shop for a pickup I went back to them for a 2015 Ford F-150. They gave me an outstanding deal taking my Explorer back in, and the processing of picking out my truck was a breeze. Kurt is extremely helpful and the professional service at Gustafson is unmatched.I would high recommend them for anyone looking for a vehicle!

STRAIGHT UP REVIEW!!! STOP LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLACE TO BUY YOUR FORD. GO TO GUSTAFSON FORD!! The owner (Kurt Gustafson) stepped in to introduce himself while we were closing a deal on my wife's 2021 Mustang Mach E and made it clear to us that if we had any issue to let him know. We had no issues!! The sales person, Chuck Forsythe, the Service manager Chuck, Troy, the ladies at the desk were all AWESOME!! I have my own company and my wife is a COO at Camp Courageous in Iowa, we live in Iowa and drove 154 miles to get her car here because this group cared, were honest and work a great deal. Thanks to all. I will be sending an email to Ford Mgmt.

Buying my new 2019 ford ranger it was to have 6 tie downs, but only had 4 when we bought it. Asked for the other 2 tie downs and we got them but Chuck in the service department was not friendly about it stating that if it was up to him we would not get them. Then my ford pass was partially deleted and was told by customer service in the ford pass that someone deleted it, at Gustafson ford. When i brought the truck in for service they over inflated my tires per the door tire pressure. Was not happy with my treatment by this gentleman. Felt like they didn't want to service my truck or deal with me.I was happy with my salesman Chuck who sold us the Truck, but not happy with the service department Chuck.

This Ford dealer is amazing. Not only did they do everything imaginable to help a girl out 2 hours away from home, but they did it quickly. They receive parts for my car in a timely manner and managed to have my car ready for me as soon as possible. Even after everything they have done to help me, they went a step further to keep it simple and cheap. Usually you get what you pay for, but I felt I got so much more. Thanks y'all for everything!
