Picked up my sister from there. She was getting a recall done on her 2006 Dodge Charger. It was done free of charge. I was shocked the salespeople didn't swarm on her due to the age of her car. That threw me. It's under new ownership so I wonder if that's why. Clean place and friendly employees.

Ima have to just give you s a 2 star because they never have any Durango s or Challengers in tha lot.!!! Lol , nah for real tho it s Jeep and vans and some ram trucks.Just saying. Decent service and salesman is nice

Sean is wonderful to work with. We came in to look at a specific vehicle and he made the process as smooth as possible even handling an unexpected hiccup we encountered. We highly value good customer service as much as a quality vehicle and we got both here. We will definitely be back again!

Was visiting from out of town and ended up getting an oil change. The customer service was amazing, they got me in right away and I only had to wait 35min. Great experience.

I had a great experience buying my Jeep Compass thanks to Charlie who was very helpful. He had great patience with all my questions and did a great job explaining all the different features that are completely new to me. Service at Crowe's has always been excellent. They've taken great care of my previous car and my daughter's Jeep.

I stopped in just to inquire about a couple vehicles on the lot. I took a test drive with Scott. He was polite, conversational and answered all of my questions. Because of the great customer service, I decided to purchase my vehicle from Crowe. The process was very easy and Scott s post-sale follow-up has made all the difference. I would definitely purchase from Crowe again!

Crowe Auto Group was excellent with our recent vehicle purchase. The Crowe team was very professional and upfront with their numbers and kept their word to us. Our visits to the dealership were relaxing and we never felt pressured to buy. They also have great after sales support with their service department. Finally got me a nice dependable car and it s all thanks to Scott. I started talking with Scott a year ago and he has been patient with me and remembered me when we came in today. He made the whole experience awesome for us. We were on a time limit and he made sure my husband was out if there by time he needed to leave. Thank you very much Scott and Brandi for everything today

Although the sales team is awesome. The way the owners allow their team to conduct business is wrong. Our salesman was Charlie like I said he is awesome and I hope him the best. 2 weeks after we got the van. Rust started coming thru there horrible (good enough to get a sale) repair job. 2 weeks in the Cadillac converter goes out. No big deal fixed it and on our way. Less then 3 months down the road car WILL NOT start.Tried contacting the dealer. Owner gets on phone. Completely rude to my wife. Pretty much says you got a $6000 lawn ordainment, I didn't expect them to repair for free. But if you really cared about the customers you sold to considering how fresh the sale was. You would work with the people and NOT be rude.Bottom Line I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME THERE. I rather go the Sam Leamen Peoria and Morton Dodge. Charlie Let me know when you move on from there would love to do business with you again. He's probably the best person they have there.

We were very pleased with our purchase of a new Jeep from Crowe Auto. Scott went out of his way to find the vehicle that we wanted and did an awesome job. However, Brandy, the manager, was very rude when it came to pricing our trade and could not be bothered to even introduce herself to us. We almost went to another dealer because of her.We purchased a tow package for the new Jeep and was promised it would be installed on Tuesday. Apparently the service department neglected to order the correct parts. It is now Thursday and they have had our new Jeep in their shop for 3 days with no hope of getting it back in sight. :( 5 stars for Scott; Zero for Brandy and the Service Department!

Everyone here was extremely friendly and were very professional in how they explained what potentially was going to go wrong with my vehicle and quickly found me the truck I had been looking for for a long time. Honesty goes a long way and I'm grateful that they were honest and helped me find what I wanted in a short time period. Thank you Crowe Auto

The "owner" George treated me like I was a second class customer because I had credit problems. Admitted they inflated the price due to having to get the service work done to sell it. Previously sold me a lemon and just told me that it was "as is" with no apology or compromise. I was attempting to give them repeat business and was insulted by the owner.

COMPLETE SCUMBAGS. After changing the trade in value on my husband's vehicle multiple times, I informed the GM that I would be rating them poorly online and that we wouldn't be doing business with them. She then personally attacked me, and they have blocked me on Facebook so that people can't see my poor review on their site. Absolute scumbags. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

We found them to be open and honest. We liked that we did not get bounced around between departments. Issue discovered on the used vehicle was fixed right away. We would definitely recommend them!

Easy buying process using Chrysler's affiliate purchasing program and credit card points. Charlie found the new Cummins that I was looking for at another dealer and had it ready with a 3" lift in a little over a week. No hassles or waiting in line with 10 other people.

I know the dealers make 60% of their profit from service but Crowe thinks they can make 110%. Asked for $500 in labor to replace a shock absorber. $500 for an hour job; what a rip off!

Bought a car and in less then a week its leaking oil and check engine light is on. The oil was way over on a changing. No change tag was on the car to even indicate when it was last changed. The plug gasket was stripped causing it to leak all over my driveway

Was disappointed the wouldn't get my Ram in w warranty to check for a safety issue that came up. Would have to wait 2 weeks.
