This autozone was amazing Robert and Clarice were amazing folks and greatly patient at helping me figure a shortage issue somewhere along my battery they were also very quick at grabbing me a new alternator meaning they are well organized in their part department would recommend this autozone to any nearby folk or folk passing through

The most incompetent people I've met in my life. Guaranteed you will get the wrong part every time. Helen Keller would have a better chance of getting me what I need the first time. Go to O'Reilly or Napa don't waste your time at this dumpster fireIn response to autozone. You've been screwing me personally for a decade. Not just your location either. It's a mess non of your employees have a clue about automotive repair and are only there to collect a check. Oh and shove your automated response up yours.

I ve been a customer of this autozone for almost 20 years and boy have they went down hill. I spent 8,000$ here last year, in 2015 the dealership I was the head technician for spent over 70k in parts here, and a week ago I was lied to ignored and played because of someone s mistake, which we all make sometimes. Instead of owning up to it I was lied to as a employee of this store proceeded to blame their mistake on another store, then told someone else different. I will never and I mean never spend another dollar at this store

I like going there because usually there is someone there that knows what your looking for or can help you figure out what your looking for. Some are nice people others are just ok what you want. Then you have some people that have no idea what your looking for even after you tell them and describe it 4 or 5 times. Usually they have the part(s) you need in stock, if not they can get them in pretty quick. Nice clean place to get car parts or supplies.

Michael was very helpful in helping my mother and I hook her car up to the diagnostic tool. He also looked at the battery and recommended taking the car to the dealer. We appreciated his help and not trying to push us into buying something that wouldn t fix the problem.

I needed tune up parts for my Camry. The man gave me gave me the oil on sale without me asking! Came back later in afternoon to get my battery tested and and a young lady there tried to scam me into thinking my battery was no good. She put the tester on and turned it away from me and told me, "your battery is no good." Quickly unhooked the tester. . I told her, "put it back on and let me see." She really hesitated but she did it and then we both saw she was lying! She tried to justify her lie by saying, "but if you put a load on it, it will go down."

They don t deserve even one Star.I bought upstream and downstream 02 sensorsAnd they ware bad took theme back they gave me new ones. Now My check engine light is back on and I m at the mechanics getting new 02 sensors again because AutoZone sold me faulty parts again. This place should be shut down they screw people all the time.

Updated review and would give no stars if i could. I went and bought oil and a filter. 5 employees working, no one but me in the store. They were decorating the store for Christmas. Now everytime I talked to someone at the counter trying to get the stuff I needed, it was a different person each time. I asked twice before I left now you're sure I have the right filter and stuff right because I don't want to come back like I've had to before and exchange parts and I've had to deal with 3 people now. Guess what? Changed my oil and had to put the old filter back on because they sold me the wrong filter! I will be calling corporate tomorrow because this happens too often. Should of gotten it at Oreillys because Autozone is a joke anymore.

Stopped in to check all fluids in new Cruse Air just purchased at Shabbona Creek Wally I thinks man with a limp, was great helped my find tranny dip stick under interior shroud (all levels fine) He, Wally was to get a new knee - yet was able to get inside and assist this old man. I absolutely love my kewanee store! Everyone is so friendly and helpful!! Marty goes above and beyond to help everyone!! I have never had a bad experience.My parts I order arrive in a timely manner and I could not express more how awesome this store is! Thank you to our kewanee autozone!!!!

I went to this store to get a new pair of windshield wipers. Their employee sold me what he decided I needed for my truck. About 10 miles away, I used my new wipers , and to my surprise they fell off. The problem was the employee didn't make sure that they were on correctly. The wipers were not made for my truck. I would NOT recommend this store, and I won't shop there again !!

You want the best for your vehicle? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kewanee Auto Zone. I won't go anywhere else even though I live in another City. Today, Marty (his usual self ) cracked jokes about last week being Bulb Sale. He went above and beyond in the chilling rain to replace my burned out bulbs in my headlight and taillight. I can't get this treatment in my own Hometown!! So it's WELL WORTH the Drive to Kewanee! Marty again THANK YOU! YOU ARE THE BEST!

Whenever I go to any autozone I always look for the oldest person working. The younger people only know what the computer tells them not what will actually work.
