At Jeff's Auto Body & Towing you will be treated like a family! Jeff's team not only fixes Body on my can, they did a detailed cleaning inside and out after they were done! Great service! Small auto body shops are the best! If you go to a bigger town, you will be just a number and your service will not the same as here at Jeff's Auto Body!!! I strongly recommend them to all who needs Body repairs!

I had hit a deer with my Equinox and had gotten several estimates that insurance asked for . We ended up choosing Jeff's to do the repairs . We are very pleased with the timing and the efficiency of getting our car back on the road. The best surprise of all was that they also detailed it for us. Jeff and his crew came very highly recommended to me and I highly recommend anyone needing repairs to give Jeff a call , you will not be disappointed.

They've always done great work for us!! My son was rear ended and we took his car to Jeff's for repairs. They ended up finding more extensive damage as they started working. They kept us in the loop and did all the leg work with the insurance companies to get the additional costs covered. I would recommend them to anyone!

Jeff and team have always done extremely good work. Of all the body shops in the Quad Cities, my daughter continues to take her cars to Jeff's. The inside was cleaned and looked amazing.

Jeff has fixed my car twice after hitting deer. He is great! My car has looked brand new after both incidents. I wouldn t think twice to go anywhere else if my luck were to fail me three times. Thank you!

My family and I have always used Jeff's for recovery, towing and collision repair. Jeff has good equipment for complicated recovery and towing jobs. The body shop is top notch. My most recent experience was excellent. I sent my truck in for body repair and when I got it back, it was repaired right and was cleaned inside and out. My truck came back in better condition than it did prior to the crash.

I was away on business when a vehicle of mine was wreaked and impounded. The vehicle was well protected and Jeff didn't destroy my wallet like some other tow services. Would definitely recommend Jeff's automotive.....

Jeff and his team did an excellent job of repairing my truck. Looks like almost new. They even vacuumed and washed the windows something I did not expect. Fast service and kept me informed of what was going on through the whole process.

Jeff's saved me over 4,000 dollars literally. I have a Toyota Corolla and the air conditioner stopped working in it. I went to a Toyota dealer and they told me the entire AC needed to be replaced. They gave me an estimate of 3,900 plus tax. I then took it to Jeff's and he fixed it for 50 bucks. Needless to say I will never go to that dealership again.

Friendly at first then really rude. They also don't tell you how much they charge and don't listen when you say you don't want it towed to them. Charging $35 per day to store a car is outrageous. Brads in Aledo also charges that for insurance claims but anything else is 5 to 10 bucks a day. I would highly recommend that you DO NOT have your car towed their especially since they don't do estimates but yet are a body shop?

I overheard a conversation he had on the phone with my sister in law who just wanted to get some car seats out of a car they had sitting there, and he was refusing to allow them to collect their belongings until he was paid $300 cash. Is that how it goes? He didn't have to be so rude on the phone. I have a large family in this area. If you want to run a successful business, you shouldn't treat people like trash.

On a cold dreary November afternoon out on a fire call the pumper I was operating blew a radiator line. We were 10 mIles from any kind of parts store or 40 miles to the nearest Mac dealer. Jeff made good time getting to where we were at and had our rig towed into the Diesel shop within the hour.
