Guys were super fast and friendly! Teamwork always wins. Very satisfied with this company. We had big crack on our windshield on the passenger side of our Kenworth W9L. If anyone is near Anna,IL call them and you won't make a mistake.

I can't say enough good things about this whole process. I had my back windshield replaced for UNDER $400!! called Monday and replaced on Thursday, the same week, before 1pm! In under an hour!!Did I mention for UNDER $400!! That's with them traveling an hour to repair at my residence. They are #1 in my book. I don't see why anyone would go anywhere else. This glass comes with a lifetime warranty as well! I highly recommend this company, friendly, fast, affordable, and professional.

I called the afternoon before, they were able to add my windshield last minute to the shipment they had coming that night. They got me in the next day.Spent the hour down the street at the coffee house while they took care of everything.The woman in the front office was informative and kind. The gentleman working on my windshield was very nice.

My son called to get a price for a windshield. The following week was a short holiday week I called on Tuesday to set up for a date to get my van in they was the only repair shop that was great price and able to get my van in the next day when I called. Had my windshield installed within 1 1/2 hour and I was on my way. I recommend Duty's to anyone I support family owned and operated business

We had a broken windshield on one of our trucks in the Anna, IL area due to debris from an overpass bridge while it was being plowed. We could not travel without having it replaced. We called John and he was able to send one of his guys with the replacement windshield to take care of the issue. We are grateful and very appreciate of the service that we received from John snd his team.

We contract our windshield repairs and replacements to Duty's Glass. Nothing bad to say. They always have done a great job at the price quoted. With a large fleet this means alot.

Great work! Needed our windshield replaced while on a road trip back to Texas. The staff was real helpful and had it replaced the next morning; they even fixed some rust spots we had. Super thankful to have found this place!

Called to pay for my widow and was told to call back at a better time to pay for and pick up my window. I was told they had to get a car in urgently and to call back in about 4 hours. Very poor customer service.

Replaced my daughter's windshield in no time. Called at 4pm and they had it delivered and installed the next morning. Couldn't find it cheaper anywhere.
