We just got our 2012 toyota highlander. Transaction was smooth ans fast with Mr. Izhar and Mr. Calvin. Test drive on the spot with no questions at all. Easy and fast transaction with them. My son decided he was ready to start shopping for a Dodge Charger and my husband has bought vehicles from Your Choice Auto Sales before, so we didn t hesitate to tell him to check to see if Your Choice had any. It was his first time buying a car, and we knew they d treat him right. They had a few he looked at and found one he loved, so he bought it. It s always an easy buying experience with them. It wasn t a lengthy process, everyone was friendly, they always have a large variety of cars, and their prices are fair. If you re in the market for a vehicle, check this place out! We bought a 2011 Town and country from them about a month ago now. I waited to writ the review because I wanted to make sure the bad reviews didn't catch me.but needless to say this place is AMAZING! they are so helpfully and so understanding and worked with us on the budget we tried to stay in. I understand not everything is able to be changed to fit budgets but the fact they tried their best to make it work for us and gave us options and the ability to pay more without penalty is amazing!the staff is very knowledgeable and everyone is able to jump in and answer questions. test drive was easy and smooth and getting out of there in a timely manner was defiantly a perk we liked!thank you Your Choice Auto in Joliet! we will be back when we need another vehicle!

I first went there for a 2011 honda accord. I ended up getting me an acura tle. As long as you know what you are looking at, you could get some great deals. Any problems with the car, they will do their best to fix the car.Now the staff is very nice and helpful. Compared to bigger auto houses and dealership, they are not pushy at all. Like I am not forced to buy a car.This would lead me to come back in the future. I stay come on down and check things out. Plenty of options to choose from. The staff makes everything very nice.

I just purchased a 2014 Dodge Avenger from them. I had been shopping around online for a couple of weeks and went there because they had several makes and models that I was interested in. I drove an hour and a half to get there. Calvin, the sales associate, was very honest and patient with me. He was very accommodating in letting me test drive several different cars. When I decided on the Avenger, it had a couple of issues that I was concerned about. Naveed, the shop manager, went out of his way to fix what needed to be fixed in a very timely manner. And had the car ready for me the next day. Syed, the manager, was very helpful in working with on the price, to keep the car within my budget. I want to thank the entire team on an awesome used car buying experience, I will tell my friends and family to consider shopping here. I will be back when I am ready for a second vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2008 Honda CR-V from this location. Everyone was friendly in the buying process - I was assisted by Ray and the manager Naveed. When I drove off the lot with the car, all the sudden the check engine light came on. This wasn t on during the test drive. This was obviously very concerning and upsetting. But I brought the car right back to the dealership and they discovered an issue with the VTEC Solenoid. The mechanic Jesus was extremely helpful and kind. He explained everything to me and didn t talk down to me at all even though I don t know much about that issue. They replaced the part with no charge. I haven t had any other issues with the car at this time but if any other major ones arise I will update my review accordingly. However it is an older car, and I feel that it was a great purchase. I am happy to have worked with them. My only complaint would be that I wish they had scanned the car for issues before I drove off so I didn t have the check engine light scare.

They were all very accommodating and friendly, completed the whole process after hours due to a late flight. I was able to know to the penny my cost before I arrived and no crazy fees added. My trip home was over 15 hours driving and they loaded me up with water and cokes before I left. They also checked up on me to be sure I made it okay. I wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again. This is the way car buying should be!

Came to buy a used vehicle and Ray was kind enough to let my husband and I look close to closing time. We returned the next day to test drive and Jesus went for a test drive with us. He helped us with a mechanical question before we took the vehicle out. Naveed and Syed were very attentive to our questions about the financing options and helpful when we were going through the buying process. Would recommend Your Choice in the future.

I shared three test drives with Kevin who was great at making m feel comfortable in my potential vehicle. Syed handled all the paperwork and number crunching. With every inquiry into a vehicle I made, I was met with very honest feedback on any problems with the vehicle or potential financing hiccups. This place is a good and honest dealership that will work with you to their full extent.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your dealership.I was interested in purchasing a minivan and, while I was fully qualified to make the purchase, the salesperson's approach left much to be desired. The lack of assistance and the pressure to sign papers without resolving outstanding issues was disconcerting.One particular issue was the key fob. It was presented to me that I would be responsible for half of the cost for a new one, which I found unfair since it didnt work in the first place. My suggestion is to ensure that all components, such as the sliding doors, breaks, and key fob are fully operational before putting it up for sale.Unfortunately, due to this experience, I will not be going back to this dealership.Vic

They sold me a vehicle that they knew needed a lot of work done to it. Purchased this vehicle back in September of 2023 and have had nothing but problems out of this dump of a car. I would call and ask to schedule an appointment for the vehicle to be looked at and not only was I spoken to rudely but I was question as to why I wanted to bring the vehicle to them and they would also hang up in my face After being sent in circles I decided to pull up to the building and demand them to look at my vehicle which they did. I was told nothing was wrong with the vehicle and was sent on my way. The very next day I go to start the car and it wouldn t even start. My car hasn t been running correctly since I ve gotten it. YOUR CHOICE AUTOS ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!!

I came into here not knowing what to expect however Syed Izar the finance manager was very knowledgeable and fast with getting me in and out and also gave insight to many situations that I didn t know about, thank you Syed! Also Amy was a big help getting this all setup to go. Big thanks to Calvin for his help with this car as well. Thank you to all the people at Your Choice Auto Sales. Highly recommend them to all that need a reasonable price vehicle and a good overall experience!! My purchase was a 06 Toyota Prius. I will update as time goes on how everything is going!!

Your Choice Auto in Joliet successfully fulfills with my expectations to get a ford van for our new business. The whole team works so well, with patience, humbleness and well-care. Within 3 weeks' back and forth, Syed and Calvin have done a fantastic job by providing the most affordable with great conditions of cargo van, under their good judgements and professional opinions; Jesus and Ray are very nice fellows, with constant care for the improvement of the van's condition, just like it's their own one; Naveed has the best explanations for financing. He and Syed are the rock stars for bargaining. They just do anything they can to make it happen. I am very happy to make that deal and I wish them continuously good business, as usual!

Your Choice Auto of Joliet is a used car dealership that treats you like you're buying a new car. From Calvin who helped us find and test drive the cars to Syed in Sales, it was a very comfortable experience. These guys really care if you leave happy! I would recommend them to anyone.

Auto auction cars with salvaged parts installed by some mechanics that are not qualified to safely repair vehicles.Buyer beware.Final update: one day after the engine repair work was completed the steering was not fixed and the check engine light came on the very next morning after they said it was completed. I drove it to a Hyundai dealership where they explain to me the engine that was just replaced the thermostat and an oxygen sensor were salvaged parts are is not safe to drive for several reasons. I was also able to take pictures of the damage that had been done by the service department of your choice Auto when they put in the replacement engine. They cracked the starter and they failed to safely reinstall control arm the vehicle making it unsafe for me to drive. I had it towed back to Your Choice Auto. He told me the service department fixed the control arm issue again and fixed the check engine light problems including the thermostat in oxygen sensor. I told him I did not feel safe driving this vehicle and requested a refund which he refused. I test drove three other vehicles and the check engine light came on for each of them. He refunded me the money I had spent on repairs. None of the vehicles at Your Choice Auto are safe in my opinion.BUYER BEWARE!!!!19 Days after purchase my vehicle seemingly has major engine issue. Izzar and Naveed called me the next day to try to solve the issue. They provided me with the repair history prior to sale which included an engine solenoid, crankshaft position sensor, front brakes, struts, and sway bars. I thpught I bought the car for a great price. I expected plenty of work as it is an old car but did not expect to purchase an engine that would fail in 19 days. Naveed is replacing the engine. You won't get this kind of consideration and service out of another used car dealership. Will update this again after repair is completed.ALL THIS BELOW WAS BEFORE THE ENGINE ISSUES WITH THE CAR.Ray helped me buy a car in a snowstorm. He treked out in the snow and cleared cars for me to see. He even took me for a test drive, had details on my car and answered my questions. Re: 19 Days after purchase my vehicle seemingly has major engine issue. Izzar and Naveed called me the next day to try to solve the issue. They provided me with the repair history prior to sale which included an engine solenoid, crankshaft position sensor, front brakes, struts, and sway bars. I bought the car for a great price. I just purchased a great car thanks to Jesse and Naveed. Very friendly and honest salesman. Valerie was also very kind and helpful with making sure I had all the right documents. Overall I had an enjoyable experience and would recommended this dealership to anyone looking for an affordable but reliable car.

I went in looking for a decent car for my budget knowing I wouldn't be able to finance. Jessie was my main sales guy he showed me almost everything in my price range. the sales guys were friendly and treated me with respect. once I decided on a vehicle I was introduced to one of the sales managers who was also very friendly and went over the numbers with me. I told him my concerns regarding a few things on the vehicle he asked me to show him and he was able to address them quickly and easily. we scheduled them to be addressed then next week as he needed to order the items needed. so far I'm loving my car and the sales team was great Jessie, Ray and Izmar I think I got that last one right but if not I apologize were great. I'm happy with my car and wold recommend them whole heartily.

I bought a gmc terrain from izhar here he was so nice and helpful and the car is in great shape I would highly recommend going here if your looking for a reliable car or truck
