My hats off to Paul and his team . Went in for Tire service only. My Hotshot Rig had suffered a catastrophic event while delivering machinery. So I spoke to Paul on replacing the tire. But, to my surprise while mentioning my bad experience with what happened. He automatically mentioned well if you can get the material to fix your trailer we will be more than happy to fix it all for you. Wow! This really made my day and to mention the best job by far. The guys have great customer service and they take care of my car. Going on 9 years. I wish they were opened on Saturday s though, it s really hard getting there Monday - Friday due to my working hours.

This place is now the ONLY place I will take my truck to!! I located them about a year ago!! From Oil changes to brakes, tire alignments, and new tires!! Paul is great, always gets me in when I need to, as I drive a lot!! The mechanic is nice, honest, and explains everything!! A true auto shop that goes above and beyond!! Thank you Paul, James, and Eric!!

I had a transmission issue where it had to be rebuilt. They were very considerate of my situation and waited until I had to transmission was repaired then reinstalled it for me. Truck runs fine now. Much appreciated

These guys are the best! I have had 2 cars aligned by them, both were lowered with aftermarket suspension. They got them both in spec and give a print out of the alignment degree numbers. I will continue to use them for future services.

Stopped into Tire Tracks for someone to check a loud noise from the brakes. They pulled it right in and fixed it in 10 minutes. Very friendly! Would highly recommend.

Was looking for new tires and heard that Tire Tracks had a good reputation for tires. Stopped in one morning the had the tires I wanted in stock I purchased them and was in and out within an hour. Have my warranty a refer card free assistance if there s a problem with the tires. Paul was great !Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed tires for my work truck .. the truck was loaded with pipes and materials for my next job. Didn't think anyone in joliet had a lift to change the tires on this pig but they got the job done and quick too maybe an hr tops. Great price great service can ask for anything more

Recently I had to visit Paul again at Tire Tracks in Joliet. I needed a new battery. He not only took care of that issue but also checked and changed my oil, and checked the air in my tires as well. Full service and very reasonable prices. Our family has been with Tire Tracks for many years

Found out Friday i badly needed new tires. They ordered them Friday, and were in the shop Thursday. Once they came in, I was in and out in an hour! Nice guys, honest and friendly. I will definitely be back next time my car needs service!

Had a tire howling on I-80 heading from Morris to my dentist in Plainfield 9am Saturday morning. I called the frontage road warehouse and they hooked me up with Republic Street Tire Tracks at 10:30. I had all new tires installed by noon. Got a great price too. Manager was a great guy too. Highly recommended!!

I've bought several sets of tires (8-ish in the last 15 years) from the Republic Avenue location. Paul will walk you through and help you navigate several options and tgen deliver straightforward, no-nonsense service with accurate turnaround time frames. In other words.. great service, great pricing, great tire options. And they'll beat anyone's pricing. Go here, you'll thank me.

Very knowledgeable, great service at a good price.Edit Review 2022. Well I changed my rating from 5 to 1. When shopping for a full set of tires I called and asked for a all inclusive full price for Good Year Assurance which I had also gotten quotes from 2 other tire shops. I bought from Tire Tracks. With 1000 miles on the tires I ran over a screw. Apparently the tire could not be repaired due to the location of the repair, and I needed a new tire. I asked if the road hazard would cover the tire replacement. He said I did not purchase the road hazard which I clearly asked for in the initial quote. Who would spend over $1000 dollars on tires and not get the road hazard insurance. He then charged me $288 for the new tire which was about $50 more than the cost of each original tires. I said I wanted to purchase road hazard insurance on this new tire, and he told me I couldn't get it on just one tire which I found out from another tire shop that you can get the insurance on one tire. BEWARE! Tire Tracks 142 Republic Ave, JolietVERY DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES.

Paul and the whole crew at Tire Tracks are the real deal. The most honest auto repair & tire shop around. Let s be real, there are many more places trying to rip you off out there than there are places who truly have your best interests. My wife introduced me to this place almost ten years ago, and let me tell you, there is no better feeling than knowing they are ALWAYS honest. Even a friend of mine who was in the auto parts & repair industry and can be a bit of a skeptic tested them. They passed his test. It s pretty amazing more folks don t know about TT. I implore folks to go here if they want only the right things done on their car and they want it done right. There aren t many businesses who also serve as an advocate. Tire attacks in Joliet is one such place.

Tire tracks is a place I tried out , and I was very impressed and very pleased with their service. Hands down I will not go anywhere else again, they will get all my business and my JEFFREY BUCKS. I like the staff, good people and I enjoy going there cause they treat you like family , top service and there honest. I can honestly say for those who don't go there you are missing out , and all this is from my experience of being a customer for a few months. GOD BLESS TIRE TRACKS, and GOD BLESS YOU

I had to have a tire plugged due to a screw puncture. Since I purchased the tires at Tire Tracks located on Republic Avenue in Joliet and had them do the work.The staff was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I was very thankful because they pointed out that my transmission was leaking and that a lug was severely damaged from work very recently done.I highly reccomend Tire Tracks for tires and other automotive needs.

Always a good experience. Great prices and service. My tires weren't in stock, so they had to get them from the warehouse and my car was still done and ready in 2 hours. Nobody else comes close to these guys...

Second time bringing my truck in for some new tires great price and absolutely fantastic service by these guys. I ask them to check out a noise coming from my front end and they located tons of faulty parts that another shop used to repair my truck 1 yr ago. They worked with me on the price and replaced everything with top of the line stuff. My 2005 dodge has never felt this good driving down the road, I will forever be a return customer, highly recommended to anyone in need of tires or vehicle service!
