Alan at Tire Tracks is wonderful! We had a flat tire in the parking lot of the hotel in which we were staying and he even drove there with an air compressor to air it up and led us back to Tire Tracks where our tire was fixed and we were on our way within minutes. You just don't find service like that very often. Alan and his crew are the best!

I have been using Tire Tracks services for more than 5 years. Alan and staff always does an amazing job with the services they provide. The pricing is pretty far and I always leave highly satisfied!

I came in the first time for a flat tire they fixed it so fast and put air in my spare it was done in no time at all which made me think to have them fix more they fixed the driver side suspension the entire brake line all at a reasonable cost im going back to have them do more work they are great and Allen Crossfield is so professional and kind and always looking to help.you out and give you a fair price they do exceptional work and I would recommend this be your first and only place to get your car fixed!!!

Alan is the guy! My family and I have been coming to this shop for years now. Walk in and walk out within an hour at most each time for a tire issue, most of the time only 30min. Very friendly atmosphere, his shop workers communicate well and make sure to update you during the appointment of what they are performing. Glad this shop is running smooth, clean environment too with seating area for adults and children. Highly recommend Alan for any of your cars tire needs! Right in downtown Joliet, easy access.

Great staff. Best to call ahead and get scheduled in. I trust them with my vehicle and not to over charge. Recently invested in some snow tires - it is great to know I am safe on the road.

Tire Tracks has worked on my Moms car on several occasions. We have been very pleased with their work. They have been honest with their assessment of the cars issues - no upselling of services. We have found their pricing to be fair as well.

The people at Tire Tracks have been honest with me about repairs and am thankful they keep the car running well. They fixed mistakes that other shops made on struts. While quality work always costs, they help keep it affordable. Most recent repairs were fixing power steering and a wobble from the wheels. They're smart and fix the actual problem, I would recommend to anybody. Thank you!

Customer service 10/10! Alan gives you great service! Nothing compared to the tire tracks on the west side. I went there once and never been back due to their lack of care. Go to tire tracks on Chicago street!!!!!

Alan and his staff were so awesome! Got recommended from a co-worker and I will never look back. Needed a routine oil change and noticed I had low tire pressure. I made an appointment, they changed my oil and sealed the leak and I was out in 45 minutes. Very economical too. Definitely will be back!

I came in for ball joints and tie rods. They got me in and out on the same day. But I needed a new system for the emissions in my car. And that didn t come til next day. They offered to keep my car for me and even locked it inside their shop until the next day. Most car places leave it in the lot..so that was already a major plus for me and they called me the next morning to say it was done and ready to go. Prices are not bad at all. They only do the work if it s NEEDED, they are not after your money. I also didn t have the funds right away so I signed up for their credit card that u can do online and get approved in minutes for. Thank you so much!

Last week I got a wheel alignment on my car. I was provided paperwork that detailed what needed to be done. Alan was very honest with me. I was in and out in a timely fashion. Also, thanks to the mechanic who worked on my car. (Sorry I didn't get his name. He was the only mechanic there at the time). Now, my car drives smoothly.For years, I was going to another shop that I thought I could trust, but I won't be going to them again. I am now a customer and I will recommend others to come here.

Tire Tracks has been my go to place for my tire needs for years. Great service and prices! Their personable, caring, and work hard to fit me with my schedule.Alan is the manager at the Joliet downtown location, he is the best with communication and knowledge with all your auto needs. I have completed 2 visits to Tire Tracks and I am very pleased with both visits. They have a great team working here and always polite. They don't push parts or services you don't need, they don't lie to you and the prices they charge are average to below what other shops charge. They do great work and I'd have to say that I found a shop that I can trust. Thanks guys.

Had to have my car towed in from I-55 where it had stopped and wouldn't start. Tow truck driver suggested Tire Tracks because, he said, a lot of people have their cars taken there. They did a terrific repair job, got my car up and running again, and price wise, they were extremely fair and reasonable! I have to include honest, too, because they could have taken advantage, but they did not - stuck to the truth.

This place is awesome. Allen is a good man, and they do not try to get over on you. He gives you the best shop prices in town. They also don t try to bust your pockets. I love this place and Allen gets all of my business and I bring people to him as well. Allen you and your mechanics are awesome people.

Great people working here. All the shops i called in the area didn t want do the job because my tires are too wide but this guys did it for a reasonable price. I was in and out in like 90min.I definitely recommend this guys and definitely will go back if I need anything else with my Jeep.

Great service with good rates. Mechanics do a great job. I have 3 work vehicles serviced there and never had to return with a recurring issue. Management is on top of their game. I would not hesitate to recommend them for service, oil changes, tires etc...
