Steves automotive is a great place! After several bad experiences with automotive shops in the area, this place is the only shop I trust with my car. Dana is amazing! Always professional, kind and helpful! Steve always goes above and beyond to make sure that the work is done quickly and they are super affordable!

Steve s reminds me of Miracle on 34th Street and referred me to You Pull It to get parts 94 Ranger. AND checked my battery and determined it was good - for free.

They were able to get me in to change my front bearings super quickly! They did an amazing and thorough job. I ve been driving on it all day since I picked it up and it s running no issues. They prefer cash payments, so when you go keep that in mind. Great work and will for sure go back

My A/C broke three days before leaving on our family road trip vacation. They knew time was of the essence, so they made it a priority to get the part that was needed and fix my A/C so we could travel comfortably. Also, the price was fair! No overcharging because they did it as a rush or because they knew I was in a tough position. I would highly recommend and will use Steve s Automotive again.Service: A/C installation & repair

They are very knowledgeable, and honest. They don't try to get you to do work on your car if it is not needed. They are very professional and nice. Steve is a great man who treats your vehicle as if it was his own. He allows you to bring your own parts to install on your own vehicle and just charges you labor. The work they do is phenomenal and turn around time is very quick. I won t go anywhere else to have my vehicle worked on. Very trustworthy and communication is great. Prices are very reasonable too!

I took my Ford F150 in to them after being referred by a friend of mine - best decision I've made all year. Steve, the owner, personally came out and did an analysis and received the vehicle himself. Turns out the place I had been going to for years botched up the brake job, pads and rotors, and weren't willing to satisfy their warranty. Steve not only fixed the problem they missed, but gave me his own warranty on top of it! Service was extremely fast and very reasonable! I will be bringing all of my family's vehicles here from now on! Highly recommend giving this place a try!Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Steve is great. Looked at a car I just bought from Rides Unlimited and told me what is wrong with it. Took it back to Rides Unlimited for them to fix it. He will even check it out after Rides Unlimited completes the work. I'm so happy I brought the car there so I'm not getting screwed from Rides Unlimited.

Took my car here and they claimed they would be able to fix the problem, by the time I got my vehicle back it was worse than when I dropped it off, I could not believe how horrible it was and how they gave it back to me I ended up going somewhere else and actually getting the problem fixed, I spent 2000$ here just to have to take my vehicle somewhere else!!!! Never again I am so mad!!!!!

Wouldn't recommend. Car has been in and out of this shop and problems persist. They'll get it running, for a moment then won't help at all. Dana is rude and ignorant. Real ugly attitudeService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Took my car in to have brake pads and rotars put on all around. They got me right in when i got there. Gave me places that were close to walk to so I didn't have to wait in shop if I didn't want. Had my vehicle done n out in less than 2hrs. Great job n very friendly I will be going back for future problems.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Steve'S on Broadway in Joliet/Cresthill was very honest and well mannered he repaired by Vehicle and did a fantastic job at a honest price I would recommend Steve anyday, at least you wouldn't get ripped off.

Took my car here to resolve a engine light code that was never resolved. I gave a extra star for how close to home it is smh
