Very helpful and friendly staff. Like most junk yards, their website and actual inventory out in the yard don t quite match up. However, they were very accommodating in allowing me to go check if they had the part I needed. They did and it was ready to be picked up when promised. Prices are competitive too. Side note, I was shocked to see that this place is right next door to the old Joliet prison which apparently is some kind of tourist attraction. Go figure!

Came in and was immediately greeted by Luis. He had great customer service! I was looking for a donut tire with original jack for a 17 Impala Premier; he told me to come back in an hour to pick it up, and surely enough everything was original. The price was decent! Definitely come check out their shop! They have plenty of vehicles out in their yard; so there s many opportunities to get what you re looking for. Definitely recommend this shop to others.

Excellent service over the phone, Sue was very quick and made this an easy process and explained things very well. With so many shops refusing returns if you order a part and it turns out not what you needed, it is a giant relief they will take it back and refund you with no hassle if you ordered the wrong part. HIGHLY recommend buying what you need from this company.

Experience was great. Bought a transmission here, and picked it up. They helped me load it into my car, and process was quick. Item was as described. Look forward to buying more from these folks. Thank you.

Price was good compared to many other yards. Part was ready and waiting after a 3 hour ride to get there. It Was busy in the office so the payment process was more than I cared for, but the lady behind the desk was polite, and professional.

Over all good experience with them ,never had an issue with their parts.they are very respectful especially Luis the guy who talk to get parts. I highly recommend

Great place to deal with! Worked with Cedric and he found the part I needed from another vendor. I was very apprehensive but part was as advertised and the whole process was smooth, quick and easy! Highly recommend!

So I called "this is jan" or whatever her name was. I asked a simple question about battery prices, she said no we don't sell them. I was very confused because I just bought a battery a few months ago. Well I call back again asking again and she's even more rude and I ask when they stopped a year ago. When we switched companies. I'm like what is it now she's like Speedway. I'm realizing oh that makes sense... But this could of all been avoided if she just said THE COMPANY'S name right when she answered like a normal worker. That and being very rude. I didn't appreciate her bad service. The company's new phone number is from Ashley's u pick a part.

These people do what they say they're going to do. They deliver when they say they're going to. The contact you ahead of time with any defects in their parts. I am very impressed. 37 years in business this is the first time I've used them. I will definitely do business with them again. And nice people, courteous and helpful.
