Best place in Joilet to get any car service done. I've been getting several of my cars worked on here and everyone is polite and most important they take care of your car. Reasonable prices. Also Derrick the Mechanic Notice an issue that I didn't see and we got it fixed.

I thought with the oil change they top off all the liquids you need in the car!? I guess that s not a thing because this lady just tried to charge me 6$ for antifreeze. As a customer that has been to this oil changing company since a baby and now an adult I m thinking I ll never go back, then on top of that charged me 27$ extra dollars when I usually pay no more than 40$ I feel ripped off! Good bye Super Lube from a 30 year plus customer!

Nice place good people. I like going here because I feel like I'm not getting ripped off. They always have done a good job on my vehicles. I had a problem with my truck starting and electrical issues. I wasn't sure if it was just the battery or an electrical issue because when I went to back up, the steering was really hard to turn, and the lights would flicker. They squeezed me in to check it out. Found out it was just a bad battery.

More than just an oil change! They'll lubricate your joints and rods, top off other fluids, check your cabin air filter, wipe down your windshield, and air your tires. Once you're in the bay it's very quick. The techs don't try to scam you into repairs that aren't necessary. Desk staff is very friendly. Highly recommend over big chain oil change joints.

The BEST in Joliet by far. We take both of our Hondas for oil changes. They are friendly, answer any questions you may have and most importantly don't hassle you to pay for extra things you don't need. I highly recommend them for oil changes and other services.

Stopped in at noon on a Tuesday for an oil change. Waited in line for less than 5 minutes. In and out under 15 minutes. No issues. Great job.

I got my oil change done here. They will do it super fast but they won't actually change your oil. I got mine done a month ago here. I went to mechanic today and he told me there is no way they changed my oil.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Being female I always feel like I'm a target at any mechanic. This was my first time here and I couldn't have felt more at ease. From the gal at the desk, the owner Chuck, to his mechanics everyone treated me so kindly. Chuck told me that I didn't need an air filter yet...what? No one has ever told me I didn't need something just to sell it. They were friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and super fast. I was done in less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be back and have told my friends as well. PS Keep up the signs!Service: Oil change

Bad service do not waste your time I took my car for the first time here to get an oil change And they used bad oil and messed up my oil pan DO NOT RECOMMEND BAD SERVICE

I love this place! They have great prices and the woman working the front desk is super super nice and makes me feel like they re not up-charging me some crazy amount just because I m a woman that doesn t know anything about cars!!! I asked the mechanic a question about my car and he explained it to me so thoroughly and kindly. He didn t talk to me like I m an idiot child just because I don t know car stuff. Definitely a woman friendly establishment!!!!Service: Oil change

The owner really came to my aid today when I fainted and he caught me before I fell. Sat me in a chair and gave me a cool bottle of water. Highly recommend this automobile repair business.

Pleasant surprise! Full service oil change, all fluids checked, topped off, tire check and very professional staff !! In and done in about 30 minutes. I will return! Also, very fair price!!!

Taken my truck there for a tune up, newbrakes/rotors, and oil changes.. Always do a fantastic job..They actually show you what they've done and why they did it. 100% trust them to do work on my vehicles! It's a relief to know I can take my trucks there and know they are getting done the right way. Thanks guys!

I went here for an oil change and had a great experience. The guys were all really nice. My car was in and out within 30 minutes and they didn't try to upcharge me or suggest things that I didn't need. They also gave me a coupon for the next time. I recommended it to my son and he also went there and had a good experience. I love supporting local businesses.

Great mechanic. My parents have used them for years and I recently bought a car so I now use them as well. I just took my car in for an oil change and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. They checked all fluids, topped off my windshield wash, topped off my tires and cleaned my windshield. It only cost about $40.

Chuck and his team are great. Chuck has always been honest and direct about repairs. I believe his pricing is fair and if its higher than others I don't care becuas I know he's being honest with me and dies high quality work.

I have never been treated with anything but friendliness and kindness by all the staff here. They joke around a lot, but they know their stuff. Any problem I have ever had with my car they have been able to fix quickly and for a reasonable price.

I usually don't write reviews, but this place needs a standing ovation. Today I went to view used cars and I was looking at a 2006 P.T cruiser. When the dealership let me take it for a test drive, I took it to Sooper Lube to get it checked out to be sure it was a good deal. There, the mechanic not only told me the belt was bad, he also showed me why. He took me under the car and let me listen to the sound it was making, and he showed me a video about belts and what they should and shouldn't do! Their prices are beyond reasonable. I am going to bring my car back there for servicing simply based on the amazing customer service they showed me. I highly recommend this place.

Honest and reliable. They gave me a quote which was under another company's estimate and when I picked up my car it was $60 less than the estimate they quoted me. How many places would do that? Chuck also does a good job of explaining everything...pleasant personlity, good staff.

I have been going to Sooper Lube as long as I can remember (around 20 years). Even when I moved to Buffalo Grove I would come back to Joliet to go to them. They never try to pressure sell things to you or tell you that you need things you don't. I have never had a bad experience and throughout the years all of their employees have been fantastic. The owner Chuck is a great guy who will work with you. I had problems with headlights shorting out and he changed the one so much (because the dealership kept saying there was nothing wrong) there was a time they didn't charge me for labor. I have also had my brakes done by them on cars many times. Great work on both sides of the shop!

I will never go anywhere else. The guys are great, service is fast and efficient, and no one I know has ever had issues with their service. I never have to wait long, and I get good advice even when I'm not going to have the work done right away - they take the time to explain what is going on and what I can expect down the road. Love these guys!

This is the place that Jiffy Lube claims to be but isn't. Friendly staff, they actually do the stuff they say they will on the wall, and very quick. Oil change takes less then 10 mins every time I've gone there and thats been about 5 times now... love this place
