Father in law recommended. Shop could not help my situation so they directed me to Brother s up the road, who could. Love to see businesses helping businesses

I had heard all wonderful things about this place so it's where I went for new tires. Mark at Ruby tire was incredibly helpful and took the time to explain everything I needed to know and the prices won't be beat! I highly recommend Ruby Street Tires!

Had a set of tires that needed mounting to rims.They were helpful and honestPicked them up when done, mounted to truck.No issues what so ever.Mounted and balanced perfect.Will definitely be using them again.

I needed air in one of my tires. I went to a big box store and they said they outside they could not get the valve cap off. I asked a manager inside if he could try and he said it would be a 2 hour wait! I knew Ruby Street Tire Co had been around for years, so I went there. Melissa was changing a tire, but took time to put some W2 on the valve to loosen it. It instantly broke loose and I was on my way. She also replaced some missing valve caps on my other tires and did all of this free of charge. I was very impressed with the outstanding customer service! I highly recommend them!

I rented a truck for moving and the tire looked low/cab was shaky. I called Melissa at Ruby Street Tire and she got us in right away. She confirmed the inner tire was bad and quickly changed it, and also completed a full check of fluids and other tires to make sure our long distance drive would be safe. Absolutely wonderful, honest people. I highly recommend!

The owner and his daughter were extremely helpful and curteous in helping me rent a truck for my move. If I wasn't moving I would definitely use them again.

I have lived about 4 blocks from this location for 13 years now. I have had to recently utilize the services from Ruby Street Tire Company, twice. Such excellent service both times. Wonderful customer service. You won't go wrong here if you are in need of tires.

Our vacation in July 2013 had a bad start with a flat on our trailer and the wrong spare. (Turns out we needed some weird 5 lug pattern.) We were thrilled at the service, experience and price. Wish they were closer to where we live. Still happy customers now.

Melissa and Mark were amazing. My tire light went on when I was in Joliet so I pulled into Ruby Strret tires. Mark looked at it right away. Melissa was so thorough and knowledgable. I did not realize that with an all wheel drive car, the tires have to be the same kind. I had a nail in 2 tires and they ordered me 2 tires that matched the ones that were only a year old. They put air in and so I was able to come the next day to have them install the new tires. They did not try to sell me 4 tires or something that I didn t need.

I called multiple local dealers, as well as the major places; discount tire, NTB Walmart. All the qoutes I got were pretty reasonable but Im cheap, so I was looking for used tires. Most of them were 45 a piece installed and out the door used of course which wasnt bad. then I called Ruby street tire, Askd him how much for a set. he said he didnt have one used but he had a new set for 260 out the door. Most sets for my car were 400 new out the door, His prices were immensly cheaper. I loved the service I got, most importantly its a local business, and Id rather give my money to a local business then a big box company anyday....and his price was cheaper than ALL big box stores!

I went in for a tire change the price was real cheap for good and fast service. Highly recommend. Nice people too.
