Wow This place is awesome. They help out immediately. So convenient they have lots of truck parts inside. And other things like chains, truck seats and beds. Restrooms are clean. Lounge area is nice big and comfortable. Jackie the receptionist was helpful and nice.

I pulled in two days ago with a coolant leak. They were extremely busy, but managed to squeeze me in. I had to have my radiator replaced. The 1st radiator was broken when it arrived. They went and got another radiator. They got it installed and had me back on the road the same day. A big shout out to all the nice ladies in the office: Anna, Lisa and Jackie. All the staff were very nice. I highly recommend the Joliet location if you're needing repairs, and in the area. Fantastic drivers lounge!

Another horrible experience from this unprofessional service place. I went there to get oil changed for Freightliner Cummins engine, and they didn t tighten the engine oil refill cap and it went off, splashing oil all over the engine compartment. It happened while I was on the road and didn t find out about it immediately. What a horrible service, simple as oil change and they mess it up.Just horrible job, inexcusable . They should never serve trucks

Good people. Service receptionists ladies are really nice and the mechanics are all nice guys. A little high on the price but they do a good job on trucks. Only 4 starts because the cashier lady has attitude problem. She s seem miserable like she s in abusive relationship smile for once lady it might help.

Exemplary service and empathy and sympathy with great amenities such as a trucker lounge snack location in next-door is a coffee shop with delicious foods and drinks. Very good customer service and prompt fast truck repair..courteous and kind employees . Really nice shop inside with everything A trucker can need to use as well as customize and upgrade parts of his/her truck. Very nice atmosphere coffee provided with great hospitality.

Best truck repair shop in this area, but limited repairs for truck and trailer so call them before you get here(if possible).The employees are friendly. I m really satisfied with my experiences.

I liked this place.I think they have got fair price for service, knowledgeable mechanicsI bought XG-150 and guys from store installed it for free according to PROMO.So, Guard + brackets + tax of course and altogether became $1689 witch is good price.At dealer you will pay $2000 easy.

The price they received for the service they provided was very high. They charged me 800 usd for the replacement of an oil that was not even synthetic. The staff was very rude. I definitely do not recommend.

Very friendly cashier, premium coffe in the lobby. Make sure you tell the supervisor at the truck wash to clean between the deer guard and the bumper otherwise the brushes won't reach see pictures

I like this place for oil change and it's take me 2 hours and the in side store they have a lot of stuff so it's cheap so you can see the pictures or you go website it's good

Thank you Wojtek. You are real person for that position, Menager at Trailer department !!!! You fix my trailer today 10/31/23 without even charge me. You deserve 100 The lady s up front for service & part s department are respectful and professional + funny. This shoppe is the real deal for the truckers!!! From now on I will be your costumer and I will send you more costumers.

changed the tire 2 weeks ago and I think there is no need to explain you u can see it and they charged me 595.30$ for that I recommend you don't waste your money...

They said for oil change 650 and they charge 800 even though love s cheaper than this placeI dont wanna come back and i am not gonna suggest this place to my friend

Had a fairly easy problem you'd think ANY truck stop would have this part. Well, T/A truck stop didn't. PIT STOP DID. They were very helpful & the part was much cheaper than aforementioned truck stop repair facility. Pit Stop Truck & Trailer Repair, Thank you for your helpful parts desk & friendly staff. Great stuff. Easily explains all your questions. But their timing should be better. I left trailer for taking out decals. Been said next day morning 8am should be ready. Got it back at 10:30am. From the other side job been done really good. Btw their truck wash is also good. Payed 45$+ for trailer wash but bobtail been taken care as well, cuz they have machine which washing your equipment.

Best place for dear-guards. They have great quality for fair price and cheap quality for cheaper price. Your choice. Installation is $100 takes about 1-2 hours.

I am a repeat customer. I have been coming here ever since my friend recommended me a reefer mechanic at Pitstop 3 months ago. Nice new shop with plenty of space, fuel and friendly service. I had a bunch of problems with my compressor and seals on my Carrier reefer unit and Mark Golinski got it all fixed up. He s an honest mechanic with years of experience working on Carriers. Never had anything that he fixed brake again. I 100% recommend him if you have an issue with your unit.Also, Pitstop has good selection of deerguards for sale and I got a nice one to complement my truck.

I really try not to eat gas station food and it's hard to find a place to pull my truck over and get something hot & real. I've stopped here a whole 3 times. The food is delicious and hot. Their business model of having 1 hour where you only have sandwiches available is pretty annoying. I wanted soup, hot & light for now & a sandwich to have for later. Soup doesn't start till "dinner" at noon, which is dumb. I walked in at 1055, but took the guy in front of me 5 minutes to complete whatever he was doing. I figure its right at 11, fine no soup, give me breakfast, at first they said no, but they could sense my annoyance with being too early for soup, too late for breakfast, even tho i was yhere before 11, so the cashier went head n got me breakfast, i was going to go peacefully, but feeling like it was super dumb... she was nice tho, so thank you so much. It's not the light lunch i was hoping because ithe breakfast wrap is huge, but man its super good. I ordered the Norwegian sandwich, which is for dinner later, but i had to take a bite and make sure i was gonna like it and well.... its awesome!Hey i get breakfast cut off times, and only sandwhich menu during breakfast, i worked in restaurants for 20+ years... but damn, go straight to being able to order from the dinner menu and be less complicated and more pleasing to customers cuz thats lame. Great food, good staff, not drive through fast, but its real & hearty food.I've gotten the teriyaki salmon 2x before this. Good stuff.

I brought my truck to fix some issues with engine losing power frequently. I explained everything that it was probably fuel system or fuel pressure sensor but they told me that it may have because of fan clutch. I said ok then let s fix . I told them that this is not from fan clutch. Completely different issue than that . At the end of the day they came and told I needed to go dealer because the truck has high soot level . I needed to software update of truck they said. Next day I went to a dealer and they showed me completely different issues . Their mechanic literally not professional and don t have some knowledge of truck. I wasted 13 hours and a lot of money and next day I had to look for another mechanic. I would not recommend this repair shop guys . If you leave this shop after they fix you would definitely look for another mechanic next day.
