Rick and Ethan were amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I get both of our family vehicles serviced at the Joliet location. Always honest and never try to sell me things I don t need. I highly recommend!

Mark and the other gentleman up front were very friendly and verified they had the correct parts to get my tire installed with my TPMS sensor. Both Walmart and Belle Tire took my rim and tire prior to checking what was needed and both of them wasted my time. Good job Pep Boys for getting my issue resolved.

I have had an exceptional experience getting my vehicles serviced at this auto service center! The service was top notch, Rick is an experienced and professional manager, was attentive to me and patiently answered all my questionsThanks to their teamwork everything went smoothly and the process was very easy, I am happy to become a regular customer and come back for regular maintenance of my car, I recommend this service for its wide range of car services, professionalism and pleasant atmosphere.

Went in for an oil change and specified. I wanted a tire rotation. Also talked with the gentleman at the counter told him my truck holds 6 quarts of oil. Wanted to make sure he knew that .then he informed me they did not stock the oil filter he had to get it from a parts store, I left for lunch leaving my truck there had a bad feeling when I dropped it off so I marked my tire to see if they rotate the tires. I come back to pick up my truck was charge 80 something dollars for my service asked him if he put 6 quarts of oil in and he responded by telling me only put 5 quarts . He asked google on his phone on speaker and asked what my truck took on oil and it responded 6 quarts. I looked at him and I told him you re short a quart of oil in my truck .so immediately I lost trust in them at this point, I just wanted to leave .I payed my bill I walk outside and looked at my tires, and they never even rotated my tires. I went back in, brought it to their attention And the guy says no he didn t rotate them .but it said on my receipt they did so .I have little faith in the shop. I will never return. I have called corporate to report them. He also told me he can give me a quart of oil to take home with me if I needed more oil, I could add it myself After an $85 oil change I will never take another vehicle there and have no faith in them. I question that they even ordered an oil filter from a parts store local because I never saw a delivery come to the door when I was in front of their building eating lunch. So I am taking my truck to another location and get an oil change done just because I don t trust him what they done I don t think they did what they were supposed to do.

It's really rare these days to find people who will go the extra mile for you. I left work and I saw something dangling from my car. I almost panicked because I live so far. But David the mechanic at pepboys Joliet was willing to stay to help me get on the road again safe. Rick the Manager was patient and ran to get the part for me. Mind you this was nearly closing time and they serviced my car. Oh and they showed me the damage. It was not a good look.

Got some new shoes on my car and everyone here was fantastic and helpful. They were upfront about the cost and process, and very friendly! They got the job done right and I highly recommend the team here!

Had a confirmed appointment for sunday the 18th of february to replace power steering line drove to the store for it to be closed with a sign on the door closed sorry for the inconvience! My car is leaking alot and cant find anywhere to get it in the area now having to drive it back home 20 miles away not fixed and leaking like crazy because this place claims its open on sundays and allowing to book appoints when they are closed!

It took 3 hrs to put my tires on! Paid online and then after car was finished they told me that I had to pay for tires in store! These tires were a gift and then I got stuck paying for them! Why offer online pay if you don t honor it! Then tech put in my new tps sensor wrong and take my tires off and redo the sensor! It should never take over 3 hours for service!

Geremy and Rick at the Joliet location you guys are awesome. Everything was fixed under warranty and it rides like it should have when we first got it. Love the service and responsiveness you guys gave id recommend if you're having vehicle issues and if you need warranty repairs this is the place to take your car thanks again guys at our Joliet location off Jefferson and happy new year we will come back for every oil change or any work.

Zero respect for customers time. Had an appointment scheduled, and arrived on time. People who got there after me were taken care of and gone 2 1/2 hours later, my car hadn t even been pulled into the bay.

Service was good, but the tire look up on line was wrong. I was looking for truck tires and it recommended a passenger vehicle tire. The shop was able to get correct tires from another location, but caused an inconvenience in my schedule for the day.

What a company, went on line made appointment, received email confirming the appointment, drove to the store in 2 vehicles to drop the one off, SURPRISE gates on the door, with sign they are closed on Sunday. Might want to update their hours and monitor the email, not a place we would normally go.

Luis Sanchez went above and beyond to get me back on the road last weekend. I had an incident in a BMW with hard to find tires. No help at Walmart. Luis had a Lyft driver pick up a tire an hour away, put it on the car and got me home. A job well done. Thank you.

Service at this location was terrible! Took 2.5 hrs for them to complete the managers special of an oil change and tire rotation. Took 10 mins before the service advisor even greeted me and even then she was on her phone while I was explaining what service I needed.

I called yesterday and explained what I wanted also told them we have multiple vans that needed tires.I was told the tires I wanted were hard to order and did I want something else?No, my company wants what they want not a suggestion from an employee.What happened to customer service?I was able to find a company to give me EXACTLY what we wanted.

Booked an appointment online and they said they re booked up so it would take a couple hours even though I came on time for the appointment that they accepted that original appointment. The guy was rude when asked if it would still take a couple hours even with the appointment booked and accepted.

Rick has been very helpful in what has been a minor repeat issue. Thankfully Rick got to the bottom of the matter. Now hopefully, I can go thru the car wash w/o my brake lights burning out! Replacing the Harness is more than what I was expecting to pay But this was not an issue from Pepp Boys!Thanks Rick!

Came in for brake pad replacement since it's been some years since I last did them. Upon inspection they discovered my old pads still had quite a bit of padding and didn't try and suggest replacement. Very honest shop here and very professional.

I ran into some car trouble during a road trip this past weekend. I had stopped in a town without any mechanics open, and the Pep Boys in Joliet was the closest shop open. Rick and Efren were able to look at my car, offer a quick and easy fix, and I was back on the road within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful for the quick & easy service, and they were so nice through the whole process. Thank you for your help!
