Their service department was wonderful, especially Shelley! My daughter s car just stopped working and we had to have it towed, it ended up being the transmission, which was covered by Nissan, thankfully and everything was free and ready for pick up quickly. Shelley kept me informed about inspection, estimates and status throughout.

This place is crazy expensive, but you can trust they will do a thorough job. They are friendly and the waiting area is clean. They usually let you change the channel on the tv but when we were there an employee changed it to FOX News and didn't even ask us if that was OK. Usually they have game shows on and I prefer that.

Brought my car in for service. Place was pretty clean, they had complementary coffee and snacks in the waiting area. Staff is pretty friendly and they have live updates on your vehicle while being serviced. I will be bringing my car back for future services.

Had service replace front bearing, pulled out of dealership lot and 1st time I hit brakes it popped/failed and had to go back to dealership. Truck was never road tested. Rear shocks were bad and replaced for over $400, never seemed like they were even replaced, rough ride on bumps still. By the time I was able to schedule service to get them looked at, 12000 mile warranty was expired. Original shocks lasted 200,000 miles, new ones "installed" didn't last at all, terrible quality. Tech that worked on over $3000 in insurance work for these issues was already terminated so they cant verify that he ACTUALLY changed out shocks. Pulled into service for alternator repair with radio working, picked up truck with no radio. Spent 2 days on PTO, 16 hrs. in waiting room with nothing but a $3000 estimate to troubleshoot and making me pay. Took it to a friend who who fixed it minutes. Probably not buying Nissan again at that dealership just because of the failed repairs and excuses.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Battery

Nissan transmissions are very bad and maintenance is very expensive. It is best to look for another option. The engine is very good. But Nissan CVT transmission is very bad. 83,000 Miles and transmission is useless. Nissan says it needs a new transmission. Cost of 8,000 two is crazy.Muy malas las transmisiones Nissan y el mantenimiento muy caro lo mejor es buscar otra opci�n el motor muy bueno Pero transmisi�n CVT Nissan muy malas 83000 Mill�s y transmisi�n no sirve dice Nissan necesita nueva costo de transmisi�n 8000 dos es una locura
