Such great people and product. I had to have a broken window repaired and they made it so easy. They were so very helpful and reasonably priced. It is great to use a locally owned business and would highly recommend them to all.

After some initial hiccups for a windshield replacement in my 2015 Audi Q5 (they delivered the car with the plastic molding bordering either side of my windshield loose and not properly seated; air bubble trapped under the rain sensor assembly; sloppily left a few tiny bits of glass and rubber debris on the dash, and some pieces of glass stuck in the tire treads), I bought it back the next day to complain. They took the time to listen and redid the job (took several attempts to remove the air bubble; apparently it's not that easy). Technician took me in back inside the shop to inspect the work to ensure I was satisfied. In the end, I was pleased with how it turned out. Even though it took a couple of visits, they performed good work overall. I just hope the thin film on the glass surface and smudges left behind come off easy enough, as regular wiping with damp paper towel doesn't seem to do the job.

Great customer service. Very nice people. I walked in with a piece of glass from my entertainment center, my son broke last night. It took less than 10 minutes. And...it was only $10. Very happy with this company. We moved to Joliet back in 2003 and in 2019 moved to Shorewood, I will continue to use this company

Moore Glass was recommended to me by my handyman a year ago. I had a basement window that was broken. Within about 2 hours or so, the owner at Moore Glass, a great guy, had my window ready for me. Last week, one of my picture frames had broken glass. The first place that I thought of was where I got great customer service...Moore. The frame was replaced in less than 30 minutes! Both jobs were very reasonably priced. They don't make companies like this anymore. Try 'em...You'll be happy.

Family owned (forever) and equipped for any job. Highly recommend! We had old concert ticket stubs we wanted displayed on a table so Jeff cut a piece of 1/4" for me with polished edges. Looks great.

I needed a piece of glass a certain length and size. I also needed it ASAP! Couple of other places couldn't fill the request. I went to Moore Glass and they cut the piece at a fair price. I needed it next day. They finished it the same day! That's service! I will definitely take my business there again.

These guys are amazing. I renovate homes in the area so I am constantly needing them to replace glass in old windows for me. We also have them cut glass for picture frames for us a lot. They are super friendly and always fair with pricing. I highly recommend them for all your glass needs.

Friendly, great service, time on picking up your order is fantastic. Got a glass up for our dining room table which allows us to see the wood grain, no more table cloth is a plus. Anytime I need something pertaining to glass they WILL definitely be getting my business. I'm happy I called them.

Sue knew exactly what i needed, very fast service if you only want the best call Moore Glass they sure made my life easier and no run around best old fashion care for customers which is very rare now days.

Outstanding service and hands down the friendliest people you ll ever have the pleasure of working with. I had my front windshield replaced- I called Monday afternoon and the repair was done on Tuesday by 9 am. I could not be happier!!!

I needed my back patio door's two panes replaced after one of the panes shattered. I had called one other company before calling here. The other company quoted me nearly $1,000 after labor and materials. Moore Glass was almost HALF that! The gentleman that came to do the work were extremely professional in manner and execution. I don't think it took them more than 30 minutes to do the job, which was greatly appreciated so I could still get on with the day's tasks. As a skeptic of all things, I HIGHLY recommend Moore Glass.

I was closing on a house and the buyer wanted the glass in the sliding glass door replaced as a condition of the sale. This was problematic because I would be out of town for all but a few days in the weeks before the closing and the closing was 17 days away at that point. Moore glass came out and measured the door when I was out of town and quoted me within a day. They ordered the glass and installed it two hours after it arrived in their shop, just in time for the finial walk-through. Moore's exceptional service is the reason I was able to close on time. Highly recommend them for this type of work.

I have done quite a bit of business with Moore. I do not know another business that has such nice people. I am always treated like a VIP. Glass and advice have been spot on every time. Very professional and efficient.
