This was my first experience with MICKEY'S TIRE AND SERVICE. I was recommended by a friend who has been using them for years, I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. They were friendly, followed by knowledge and experience. I will be back for future car maintenance.

This place is amazing! They aligned my tires very quickly. They are so kind and helpful to the customer. Mike at the front desk is really nice. I would so highly recommend.

Honest shop- thats hard to find. coming to them for second opinions kept me from wasting money a few times on repairs i didnt need, and they give me good insight on what I do need, like helping to choose my tires on a Sprinter Dually. They took care of all 6 of my tires even though my vehicle didnt fit in the bay and they had to leave the bay door open in the cold. These guys are top notch, reasonably priced and they dont waste your time, thats important. In Joliet, you cant beat Mickeys. They are full service btw, not just tires.

Picked up a nail in my tire which was losing air pretty fast. Stop in to Mickeys to see if they could fix it for me as I was in the middle of a busy work day.The owner Mike got me in and out of there in 15 minutes even though they had repairs going on for cars in every bay.More then a fair price, didn t try and sell me new tires or say it couldn t be fixed. In fact told me the repair had a warranty as long as I had the tire.Super impressed, will be using them again.

They helped me right away and gave me exactly what I needed. Didn t try to sell me what I didn t want . The tire shop 1 min away from here didn t want to help me with my flat . They tried to sell me 4 new tires and when I refused they turned me away. But not Mickeys . They listened and they were happy to help me with a used tire for a big difference in price . I ended up buying 2 and I ll most likely come next month for 2 more .

Mickey s Tire & Service Center has to be one of the most honest, reasonable priced and best qualified bunch of guys to work on your vehicle not to mention most of them have worked their over 20+years what does that tell you. Just take a look around in the waiting room at all the certificates I ve had the brakes done on my wife s Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimate AWD. She be told me they perform better than the factory brakes,well done. Yesterday I took my GMC sierra, SLT, for shocks, struts and tuneup. It runs and rides just like it came off the factory showroom floor again I m very pleased . Also if you re a Costco member you get a 15% discount if you download the certificate online it could be a big savings. I really feel comfortable taking my vehicle to Mickey service center. Trust me, you will too. I only wish I discovered him years ago.

A week before I called Mickey's I was practically getting scammed by another tire shop that was taking forever to order the tires that I had already prepaid for. I ordered from Mickey's and they had the tire installed within a couple days, and if anything happens to the tire they'll take care of you free of charge. Very friendly guys providing great service, highly recommend, and I plan on coming to Mickey's for all my future cars.

Mickeys is the best car repair in Joliet! Mike is amazing. He is caring and makes sure they do the best for you and your vehicle. He is so honest as well. They do incredible work at a great price!

I hit some giant potholes on the interstate nearby in the middle of the night. Even though I was a walk in, my car was brought in & the issue diagnosed quickly. Mike was friendly & very knowledgeable. He was able to get my rim fixed & new tires on my car by the next afternoon. These guys were amazing and friendly, also went out of their way to help me out with my tire change. After 2 other places were out of stock Mickeys had my tire and installed it and still charged me less than anyone else. Highly recommend!

I was traveling from Illinois to Michigan when I blew a tire near this shop. Service was excellent, they were accommodating of my dog and overall very professional and polite. I ended up going with four new tires since it was recommended and I personally knew they were all bad anyway. They gave me a great price and took care of the rebate for me. I highly recommend and thank you so much.

Holy smokes, what a lucky find for me! Honest mechanics, outstanding customer service and as the frosting on the cake, an absolutely pristine ladies' room! It's a rare experience to find any one of these on the road - but all three in the same place, at the same time? Incredible. Big thanks to the guys at Mickey's who put me back on the highway in record time. I can't say enough about these fantastic folks.

Mickeys tires came through when other places couldn't accommodate me at the last minute. I was told by another place they couldn't fix my tire that needed repair because the issue was on the side of the tire. So I was expecting to have to buy another tire. Mickeys saved the day and was able to fix my tire and that fix has lasted for 6 months so far. Thanks Mickeys Tires!

Mickey's always does a great job for a great price. My mom referred me to them and I've been going ever since. Tires, oil changes, and other issues. Always great service and quick turnaround. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I had made an appointment to repair a tire on my husband's car. They were able to get me in quickly and were very professional, courteous and mindful of Covid safety protocols. I felt comfortable and that I was in good hands. My car was completed in a timely manner and the manager took the time to explain to me that they don't "plug" tires, they patch them and that is the proper way to repair them. I would recommend Mickey's to anyone. If they take this much care in fixing a hole in a tire, I would feel very comfortable taking my cars to them for any future service.

I just wanted to take some time to acknowledge Mike and his team @Mickeys. I recently moved to Chicago in which I have had to find a new auto care center. Just this week I was back in the Joliet area when my car received a flat tire. I took it to mickeys and was immediately reminded why I went there in the first place and never hesitated to return. Mike and his team deliver first class service and consistent communications. I highly recommend them for all auto care needs.

Me and boyfriend aren t from around here and take trips back and forth from Missouri to Michigan to visit family. We got a flat tire on the way back in Illinois. Discount tires told us that it wouldn t be until 6pm for them fix out tire. We ended finding Mickey s Goodyear who was able to fix it within the following hour. Fast and consistent over amazing service. Thank you guys!

I've been a loyal customer at Mickey's for near 30 years. Their work is impeccable. They observe and review your auto s condition while taking care of the problem at hand. At times I thought Mickey s was a bit pricey, but after testing the water at other facilities, I always came back. The reassurance, quality, workmanship, and peace of mind make Mickey s my choice for auto service!!

I called and made an appointment to get my daughter's car in to have the brakes looked at. They were very nice at the shop and didn't even charge me for an inspection even though I informed them I would not be having the brakes replaced that day. I highly recommend them!

I have been dealing with Micky''s for over eight years and the staff there is fantastic . Mike and all his employees are very friendly friendly and knowledgeable to your needs They are honest when it comes to what your vehicle needs and offer you different recommendations for what is good for your vehicle. .at the time . I would recommend anyone to go to Micky's and get the proper service and experience for you vehicle(s)

My wife and I had an emergency when one of our tires blew out on the interstate nearby. The employee behind the desk was very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately they did not have the tires to help us out but gave us the info we needed for the appropriate tires as well as other local establishments that could in fact help us. This is the ultimate in customer care, as they could have simply given us the bad news and sent us on our way.

My Toyota Venza AC was not blowing cold air and it had full freon so I wasn't sure what was wrong since AC was fully recharged. Took it to Mikey's and paid the diagnostic fee but they ran diagnostic and gave me a long list of things to change: Basically telling me to replace the whole AC system from compressor to condenser to temperature sensor, flush the system, etc. Ridiculous. You pay for a diagnostic to pin down the problem to one or two things only. No one pays for a diagnostic to be told there's a million issues and heck no one needs a diagnostic for that as I can hazard such a wild guess myself. Good thing I took it elsewhere, paid another diagnostic fee and it was fixed by simply replacing the AC temperature sensor ONLY.Update: There was nothing wrong with the compressor. You made me change the compressor(part and labor) which I did elsewhere. The compressor was in good working condition. The only problem with the AC system in my car was the temperature sensor.

The best car service I have ever received. They were super quick in getting my 4 tires changed and they did it for a great price.. A+ service.Mr. Mike is very nice and super friendly! I will always come here for my tire service and I recommend the neighborhood to come here for great friendly service.
