Had a diagnostic done. Quick and very affordable. I was offered a more than fair price for the work if I chose to have it done there. And you can bring your own parts! Will definitely be going back!

I went in a week ago to get a small exhaust leak fixed. The mechanic said he had trouble locating a leak. Long story short, it's as loud as it was before I brought it in. If they were to fix this again, without charging me another $200, I would go back. But I don't think I would take my car back to this spot. Thumbs down.

I've been going to Meineke fors years. I do trust them, the prices are in line with other competitors. They do good and stand behind their word. That is my experiences with Meineke!

I made appointment for an oil change at 2pm showed up at 1:50 to be told "were to busy" I said but I have an appointment the man said nothing I can do come back Monday.Why make an appointment then take on other work. I will not be back ever again. I van see why the ratings for this location are so low

This business was wonderful to work with. They showed us the problem and had a repair solution that wouldn t cost us a fortune. I felt they were transparent and reasonably priced which I appreciated very much! They got us in and out in under an hour. Six months ago they installed bran new front pads and rotors, at the beginning of this month (January) my car started shaking every time I break. I waited thinking that it would go back to normal but unfortunately it got worse. I took it back to the shop. The owner did honored the warranty however I had to pay $110.00 for the labor again. I don t think it s fair that I have to pay for something that it wasn t my fault. I tried to explain that to the owner but he didn t care. Unfortunately he will loose couple customers as my daughter takes her car to that shop as well. I was very disappointed!Service: Auto brake repair

Went here and had a simple oil change. They didn't put my filter on all the way. Leaked all my oil out a week later. Brought it to ford and they fixed it for me. But notified me that the issue was the oil filter wasn't completely on. Missed a day of work because this issue too. The manager was horrible on the phone about this issue. And corporate will not get back to me about this either.Service: Oil change

Not the type to bash on companies but I had a appointment for a oil change at 4:30pm. Was there with my wife at 4:10pm. Go in to confirm the appointment to let him know its synthetic oil. After I went outside to get the key and move my kids to my vehicle, I go in and he says "he can't do it because he's busy". He could of easily called or told me as soon as I walked in.

This place or the dealership Ehhh this place cause the dealership will charge a diagnostic fee before they will even look for it. And what s the point of having a warranty. Most times it s not even covered. Failed to secure the skid plate after oil change. Skid plate was dragging when come to a stop. Had to squeeze under the car on the side of the road to fix it. This is the second time a Meineke store has done this. I will not be back.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
