Got a strut replacement done. Great customer service, fair price, and most importantly, honest work. Nothing I hate more than getting a car back and finding something else wrong that wasn't there before, or feeling like they're telling me something is wrong that needs fixing when it's not true. Not here, though. Definitely going to be my go-to place from now on.Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is a review which should have been done a year ago, but I ve been busy. Life happens. However, I promised the young lady behind the counter (who had a sports injury, but still was at work) that I d give them a review and here it is.My daughter s parked car was literally hit by a school bus. My first decision was to use a well-known regional collision repair shop. The shop manager told me that due to part supply problems, it would be a while before parts would come in. I was also told that they would keep me updated on how things are going. Three weeks goes by and I hear nothing from them. I called the shop at least three times to find out what was going on. I was told they ll call me when the ordered parts come in. On the last call that "I" made to them, they told me that they couldn t get the parts after all. I was livid because they NEVER contacted me!I then found Lawson s Garage on Google. After the initial inspection, a young lady confidently told me that they would have parts in a matter of days and they did! A Lawson's rep called me twice to update me on how things were going. The car was ready in about a week. My only big mistake I made was not calling Lawson's initially. The job was done and there have been no issues after a year. If I am ever in a wreck, I m using Lawson s, and you should too!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We have been using Lawson s for several years after having poor experiences at other local mechanics. The guys at the shop are relaxed and don t pressure customers to do unnecessary things. The atmosphere is very relaxed yet professional; everyone treats you the way family would. When having your vehicle repaired it will be done right, you won t be treated poorly, or ever have to worry about the quality of the work.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Brakes, Oil change

I love this shop! I was referred by family because my beloved (RIP) uncle Rick used to hang here and I have been so happy with their honesty, service, and prices. They are always sure to explain every repair made. Good people!

I ahbe Been going here a long TIme , sadly I wont ever again . The place is not what it once was . my car was hit and I took it in for repairs Instead of totaling my car they deciced they could fix it after 2x trying to readjust bumper cover truck etc nothing lined up the body was so badly tweeked and now a year down the road I got mold in my trunk cause the trunk lid has rubeed through the seals and leaks cause nothing fit right. I am very diapointed with having to live with the horrible job and this car that clearly should have went to the scrap heap .Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Did a great job on my sway arm control rods and was reasonably priced. Brought another vehicle in for brakes and asked them to check my trans problem. Had three different people drive it to confirm the transmission problem, something they do not do, and did not charge me for it. Will definitely bring that vehiclr back for the brakes after the trans is done.

Ive Known the owner since I was a kid. Always happy to help and provides great service.They're a busy garage, so please understand If it may take longer than expected.They always provide great service regardless.

Only place I will take my car for service, my father's also been going here for years , never had any problems. Outstanding customer service and support. Mike is honest his crew members are very respectful and very helpful... great place , realistic prices. Highly recommended.

I used Lawson's Garage for the first time today. They were all very professional. They keep me informed about what was going on with my car. They quoted me a price and stuck to it. Thanks guys for fixing my issue. I will use them again next time my car needs a repair. So happy I found this shop.

Jimmy and his family run a great business! Yesterday I thought I needed an alternator for my van but it turned out I needed a new battery. I drive from Bolingbrook to have them service my cars. They are honest/reasonably priced.

very good work, they take their time and make sure its done right. been there many times for all kinds of things from my breaks being done to my accident i had and always find the low costing rent a car thanks guys and keep up the good work.

Whe I was broken down on Rt. 355 No hesitation on sending a tow truck And fixing the fuel pump all within 2 days,Now that's what I'm talking about, They on they're busy schedule made the time.Ricky Rod!

Mike and his family/crew are one of those far and few reputable and honest businesses left in town...nay, in Will County, nay in all of Chicagoland...nay, ...as a matter of fact in all of Illinois!Thanks again guys for not only Not being a RipOff, but also Explaining things ! and of course, helping us pass emmisions !!!
