Great place, had a good chatting with Ian while bringing my car in for a repair today, my uncle and my whole family always go to this place. They Tell us what s wrong with the car right the way. MORE IMPORTANTLY, The price is super super super super duper reasonable. If you guys see my message but still decided to go somewhere else instead of coming to these guys. Too bad so sad, it s your loss.

Best mechanic in the area. Gives it to you straight. Waiting area is dirty and the lot is a junk yard. That's what a mechanic is. . .no frills. Patrick is a trustworthy mechanic that is very knowledgeable and doesn't cut any corners to get the work done. He does it right the first time. Have been going to KJI for several years because he's local, affordable and professional. Also he knows my car the most because hea worked on it so much over the 5 years I've had it.

Alternator died and left us stranded on I-55. We got towed to a nearby hotel. Our tow driver,Dusti, suggested we go to KJI Auto Repair. I called this morning and was told to bring the car in, they could get to it today. Got there around noon and was back at the hotel with a new alternator and recharged battery. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I use a family owned business back home and was happy to find a similar location.Very upfront on cost and within pennies of the estimate. If you ever find yourself stranded near Joliet, or even if you are in the area, this is a great little shop. Thank you all very much!

I've known Pat for many years. If you want an honest mechanic that does good work this is your guy. The only other employees are his son and his sons wife. So you always know what your getting. No random wrencher is going to do poor work. My go to mechanics.

They are thieves will mess up your car never go there. They will still the parts from your car. Just remember god don't like ugly. I wish other people knew about them. I wish new about cars I would have never went to them. If you are a woman never go by yourself unless you know about cars. They will take advantage of you.

Kji is the best repair shop in Joliet honest and reliable have always used them for years would recommend to any friend or family or people I don't even know they have repaired and fixed a lot of vehicles for me in the past Patrick is the best owner ever and his wife Jen is the best with price agreement

Do not go here because they will Break stuff and over charge you. they put dye in the ac and we said not to and there most likely not asi certified mechanics do not go here they charged me $160 for nothing

KJI is the worst place to bring in your vehicle. we had a very horrible experience at kjidishonesty,. apprentice people, i repeat do not bring you vehicle to this place.these people are totally thieves.
