I bought my first Harley about 2 years ago. I went to the only place I know. Harley in Countryside. They never could get anything right. Last year I heard about Kalbo and figured I d give him a try. My advice to anyone with a Harley, go to Kalbo s they do it right when they say they will. I would give 10 stars if I could!

Went in for 10 mile maintenance and wanted a few things more done when done their work is greate and dependable took on a 2000 mile ride week later no problems thanks again for your advice and work

Do you sometimes find your local Harley Davidson service has you going back for the same problem or for a new problem or that they don't understand or even believe the problem you say you are experiencing? I have, and it really hurts during riding season, spending money and time with no bike and making appointments to just bring the bike in. If you had this happen or is happening to you, try Kalbo's for service. (or to buy), I've had Kalbo's work on my motorcycles since 2005 for easy things like new tires to those real "strange" problems motorcycles sometimes have that are even difficult to explain, let alone fix. But at Kalbos they seemed to instantly understand what I was saying and when they fixed it, it NEVER had to be taken back for them to fix it some more or because of one of those unexplained "sudden new problems" since they touched it last. Kalbo's always keeps me in the riding seat and the ride is what it is all about.

I have nothing bad to say. Price is fair n work is great! They will make sure your bike is in great running shape! Had my bike there for about a week and now rides smooth n sounds amazing!!

I ve been going to Kalbo s for over 15 years for my 2001 Harley Fatboy. They do a tremendous job and actually care about your bike! They listen to your concerns and address what needs to get fixed! A great place!

I recently had these guys do a prep for the riding season and couldn t be happier. Very good information, great customer service and highly recommend using these guys. Definitely glad I used them instead of the dealership. Great pricing and can t say enough.

Brought in a small engine brit bike with a bad piston bearing. Big man up front has Harley Davidson coming out of every orifice. Makes sure to tell me I m at a Harley store paying for Harley mechanic hours etc Harley this Harley that. I had to bring in my newbie service manual for their mechanic (like he didn t know how to work on a Brit bike). I then told them to call me with a price estimate before they touch anything. Mind you I brought it in without the frame crankcase etc. just a small engine Easy job ready to go. Next call come get your engine it s ready . Over 1500$ on a bike worth that much in total. I would have never agreed if they called me before like I requested. I m sure they knew that too because I expressed my price limits. Times must have been hard for the big Harley Davidson shop I guess...

Will never do Buisness with them again! Gouged me on a head job for just under $1000.00 when I was quoted 450 plus parts. Was told a week turnaround and it took 5 weeks. No update on how much more it was going to cost extra. Never called me to tell me he outsourced the sandblasting because his equipment couldn t do the job. Extremely angry!! The guy is a crook

I recently moved to Joliet and was searching for a Harley parts store. Came across Kalbos and man am I glad I did they had every part I needed in stock for my 91 Fatboy, also the stuff I could not do myself they took care of at a reasonable price I'm very happy with them so will you be. Thanks Kalbo and Red for taking good care of my Bike. Highly recommended. Thanks guys Jason Graham....

I was informed to take my H-D to this shop from a coworker and I was not disappointed! Great service and no BS. Stop by and I guarantee you won t be wasting your time and feel comfortable Kalbo s will get you running right and honest recommendations.

Fantastic service. I messed up and caused some potentially major problems with my engine. Took her in and had my bike back the next day. For a QUARTER of the price i was quoted at at the stealership. Dont rightly think ill be goin back to anyone else. Thanks guys.

Great place always has the parts I need in stock even for my 92 FXRS love to keep my money local and help the small shops not the dealers. Can't beet the service. will always go back for all my bike parts and service.

sold me tires last year early 2016. dated from 2013. came apart on me while riding with 7000 miles on them. wouldn't go back if they where working for free
