It was a very pleasant and professional experience with this Jiffy Lube. Honestly the best Jiffy Lube I have ever been to. The service was very smooth. fast, and courteous. The young man even was humble enough to me how to locate my mileage on my Jaguar when he couldn't find it. He also gave me complimentary Jiffy Lube air fresheners that smell awesome! The cost of service was very reasonable, and the attendant was very helpful.

Just recently had an oil change completed on my truck. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the techs were able to get me in and out in about 20 minutes. The customer service was excellent. I would recommend this location for your auto maintenance needs.

Professional, kind, efficient, communicative, and job well done!! after moving here to Joliet from Chicago.. it s hard to start finding life necessities new businesses after so many years.. but I am very pleased with this Jiffy Lube.

They explains everything and doesn't try to get you to buy the store, I've been getting Oil Changes from Jiffy Lube for over 25 years, and this service is the best.

I stopped in to get my yearly Lyft inspection done, they were quick to greet me as I pulled up, friendly and got me in and out and back on the road very fast! Thank you for the attention to detail in ensuring my vehicle had no issues and was ready to go!

This is my go to Jiffy Lube, I have always received excellent service at this location. The team here is great, they even went so far as to send someone out to my house when my car died to jump start it so I could drive it to the shop and get the battery replaced! (Thanks again, Ethan!) I will definitely continue taking my car here.

I experienced issues with my transmission as the gears were kicking when my car's speed increased. I thought the clutch or crankshaft was about to burst. I took my car in for a diagnostic, and to my satisfaction, the problem was resolved within 2 hours!!! The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I recommend this place for all auto needs. I must say their effective service left me impressed.

Been going to same Jiffy Line over 10yrs. Always pleasant,, fast and great customer service. 4 stars is for needing my cabin filter ordered and having to return the next day for them to replace it. 2nd time they haven t had any in stock.

Great service! Friendly, fun employees. I have several oil change places near my house, but I choose to drive 20 minutes to the Jiffy Lube on Larkin in Crest Hill to get my oil changed because I love the employees and the great service they provide!!

Very disappointed. They tried to upsell a repeat customer because she is a senior. Manager needs to learn to provide service requested. Employees are coached to upsell and attempted to do so. When I asked why, the employee clearly did not have an answer.Went in for an oil change, employee tried to switch 13 year old car to full synthetic.Employee blamed manager for coaching him.Employee tried to explain in Spanish which is insulting.All you had to do was change the oil. Manager is desperate for increasing margins.Pathetic.

There were two different prices listed for wiper blades: regular for $16.99, and premium for $26.99, but was charged $39.99 for the wiper for the rear window. When I asked about it, the manager just said the rear wipers cost more and the woman that helped me should have told me. How about you post all the prices instead of sneaking higher charges into the bill. It s always something shady with Jiffy Lube. Also, I thought standard service included checking tire pressure. My tire pressure was unchanged and still off on one side. Thanks for doing such a thorough job, Jiffy Lube.

I have an old car. 21 years old in fact. It s an Infiniti. I take great care of it. A key to its longevity is getting my oil professionally serviced. They check everything for me. Let me know when I need breaks, windshield wipers. Major things that I don t want to find out on my own. I live in the Chicago, however I have family in Joliet. Some visits before I return home, I stop by this Jiffy on Larkin. Great crew. Always courteous and no complaints on how my car is running. It s the only Jiffy Lube I go to. Only complaint. Being a female, the bathroom can be a tad cleaner. I understand most men don t care about messy toilets. Believe you me most women do care!!! Other than that I love this location!!

Very good at what they do. I asked for an oil change and that's what I got. Didn't try to upsell or pressure me into getting anything I didn't want. I havea 16yr old vehicle and they take great care of it!

Brought my dodge charger pursuit in for oil change, the work was exceptional and they brought to my attention that my cabin filter was really bad and needed replacing. Car runs smother after they serviced it. Will definitely return for future work.

I usually go here for oil changes. Service is good and friendly. I was, this time disappointed that they hadn t checked my tires or aired them up as part of the service if requested. Other than that, service is great and quick . I will continue to use moving forward.

Went in for an oil change, which went fine. They told me upon testing my battery, which was done in the back out of my view, it was measuring extremely low and tried to sell me a new one. I declined and went to Advance Auto Parts where they ran the same test in front of me and it showed my battery was nearly full. This was my first experience at Jiffy Lube and I will not be going back.

First off be prepared for them to pluck both your air filters without your consent. Air intake and inside filter. Also if you have a check engine light on they won't service you at all. This place the arm pit of vehicle service. Avoid all all cost!!!!!!!

The team that took care of my vehicle really did a great job. I had concerns of service that I had done at Walmart and you guys confirmed what they have not done to my vehicle and that you guys were able to fix and/or correct the things that was not done, I have the upmost respect and appreciation for the work that was done. Luckily they were not too busy so I got in right away. I needed a new battery and my tires checked. I asked to see if they had seniors discount and they do, hey. Everything went well.

I brought the Car in for a Break Job and the Technician pulled the Car in for Inspection of the Brakes. In minutes they told me what needs to be done and how much it's going to be to replace the Brakes and found out I also needed a Caliper on the Driver's side so they replaced it and it was done in about an hour or so. Later on that day there was a couple of issues one with the Brakes. On the Driver's side of the Car the Brake fluid was leaking out so I brought it back in for Inspection. Found out that the Caliper was defective so they replaced it and the turn signal was not working but they fixed it. Everything is good . No more problems with it and I will go back for service again when I need to.

went in for an oil change, was told the my back license plate lights were out and that it would cost me $34 dollars (16.99 each) to replace them and keep me from getting a ticket.I told them to turn on the car while I went to look. sure enough, both lights were on.then the blame game started with the employees each saying they didn't mark it until they found a scapegoat.
