This site doesn t know how to change the transmission fluid on my car which is false advertisement. They didn t vacuum floors or wipe down my windshield. And my coolant was low they said I had to pay $7.99 for a top off when Jiffy lube always does my oil change on n all my cars. I refused to pay for top off went and bought my own coolant and still have a 1/2 bottle left.Service: Oil change

It was my 1st time at the Jokiet, Illinois Jiffy Lube and Alex provided a warm welcome. He explained the process/type of oil for my vehicle and that my filter needed to be replaced. They quickly serviced my vehicle and I was on my way within a few minutes. I will gladly return to this location and recommend anyone who requires an oil change to swing by and pay these young gentlemen a visit. You will not be disappointed. Great job. My vehicle and I thank you.

I get my oil changed at Jiffy Lube and have always been satisfied with the courteous and professional service! I love that a technician drives my car into the stall; it s so much less nerve-wracking! I also really like the new style windshield stickers to remind me of my next oil change. They are MUCH easier to read!!! I also appreciate the chairs in the waiting area, even though I usually don t have a long waiting time since Jiffy Lube is so efficient!

I was in and out promptly for a synthetic oil change. I have been going to this location for oil changes for the past 3 years. Though there seems to be a regular turnover with employees and managers, I have received professional service and solid recommendations for any additional services that might benefit me - without any hard-pressure sales.

Needed a quick longest due, Oil/Lube, Tire rotation job before a long trip. Was in and out within 20 mins. The premium synthetic oil is a bit expensive though!

Since you asked for a review, I guess I will share one. You stripped a screw so badly somehow while doing an oil change that other Jiffy Lubes told us that we had to bring it back to your shop. I think we got 20% off on the change because my wife had to wait so long and a lot of grief about the problem that you caused? I guess the second star is because you did a decent job previously?

I genuinely appreciate excellent customer service. The young man who waited on me was very courteous & well-mannered. The services I received didn't take long at all. Like all businesses, they wanted to sell you more services, but they respected your wishes and didn't force them on you. I will return. Thank you.

The guys were amazing. I went to get an oil change and a washer fluid. They took around 10 minutes and everything was done. Also, the guys are so nice and kind. I highly recommend them!!!!

I took my car to get the sparks plugs changed, the shop manager got me a cheaper price than I was originally quoted at a different location, and out the door in less than 30mins! A completely satisfying customer experience all around, bring your car here if you're in the area and need honest work, and excellent customer service.

Best location! Been to others but none like this one. Came for oil change 10/31/23 and they filled my low tires, cleaned my windows, and vacuumed my vehicle. Team members very friendly and nice. I needed an oil change and went to Jiffy on Jefferson. I got in right away. They assessed my needs and I also needed wape blades. Everyone was professional, nice and friendly. The pleasure was all mine.

Very quick service and got me in within 2 min for an oil changeThen I asked them if they could help me get my back license plate off because the bolts had rusted and I could not get my new plate onThey were so kind and helped meIt is truly appreciatedTheir service they have their is so expeditious and professional and their technicians are greatThat service is hard to come by nowadaysThank you so very much

I took my company car for oil change and the associate mentioned that they will replace the rear brakes as brake liners have only 3mm left. I questioned and measured the pads with the associate before the brake service. The pads measured 8mm. The brake liner gage that the tech use was showing green. I asked not to performed the brake job. They agreed and installed the wheels back. After the oil change service, I asked for the receipt and the associate stated that they would not be able to provided as the bill was sent to directly to the fleet administrator. I insisted until the associated provided the receipt. I found that bill included $350 charge for the brakes. I asked the manager to removed. I believe that this is not ethical to try to sell and still charge for a brake job that the vehicle did not need. I hope this review help to be aware of bad shop practices.

Great customer service from the time I drove up to the time I left. They cleaned my windows and vacuumed my car. Reasonable pricing. Not pushy in trying to get you to get other work done. They've just became my go to for the services they provide.

Adrian goes above & beyond, he s really professional, helpful and thorough. He took my filters out and showed me they needed replacing. He informed me that my tires were fine and added wiper fluid. Make sure to check your filter after leaving if you choose to go here! The manager told me, "They do not snug up the filter with an oil filter wrench or use any tools, hand tightened only" That explains my $100 synthetic oil spill in my driveway!

The jiffy lube on Jefferson in Joliet..the employee are Rude Disrespectful Inconsiderate...its no wonder why this place is losing business everyday. My car will never be going back there again..if this was the only place to get a Oil change with in 2,000 miles I would rather let my engine blow up!!!

I've been dealing with this store for many years I have had issues with them in the past which really upset me and through conversation with them and their hard work they've overproven themselves to me multiple timesThey constantly go out of their way to provide me with the best service possible and I can honestly say I'm very happy I stuck with them

Had an employee bring my truck in for an oil change. They pulled the cabin air filter and jammed it back in when he said he didn't want one. They pushed it in despite there being an obvious mouse nest. Nest isn't their fault but jamming the filter so that the debris gets sucked into the air box is their fault. My truck now sounds like it has no exhaust when the blower kicks on. Wish I could give a worse review then 1 star. The incompetence of their employees is going to cost me untold hours cleaning the blower assembly out if I can even get it out.
