I don't like to leave bad reviews but I called to get my van towed to the shop about 15 mins away and they wanted to charge me $509, when I told him there's no way, he brought it down to $417, still no way. That kind of price should have been shown before they even started. Because then I had to pay the hook fee of $150 to get it off the truck. I got it towed for $125 after they left. Sorry, too expensive and not upfront with their pricing!

Called for towing assistance. We agreed on price and they scheduled to come pick up the truck. Kept waiting and they never showed up. I called many times to see if they were running late or not coming. They never answered the phone. Very unprofessional. Do not trust this guy's.

My semi broke down and I called these guys. Had used them before and had really good customer service. This time around was no different. The guy was respectful and courteous. Got to us and found exactly what part broke. Ran to get the part and was fixed quickly. I don t know about others but I m happy with them. Will use them again and recommend them as well.

Used them through U-Haul but they were quick and efficient. Diagnosed and fixed the truck right in the parking lot within an hour nor so. Super professional and kind would recommend to anyone!

These people don't answer the phone unless they think theyre getting a job. They will show up and waste your time and not even have the right equipment and then damage your property with little consideration on fixing it and avoiding you. Definition of crud here.

I didn t feel very confident or safe after he completed my tire change. He took almost two hours to do it. He wasn t prepared. Afterwards I sent a text stating my tire lights were on and was the car safe to drive. He never responded. Also it was extremely expensive. I thought he would have given me money off because he had to leave bc he didn t bring the correct equipment. Overall just wasn t real happy and didn t feel safe with the quality of work. I m very supportive of young entrepreneurs but In my opinion he needs a mentor on business and quality of work. He is just to young and inexperienced.Service: Tire change

They are bunch of liars and they only care about money, if someone pays them a one dollar more, they will jump there without realizing about your situation. Made me wait for hours just to cancel on me when they were already there, when I asked them why they did that they said someone is paying more than you. Please do not contact this company for anything; anytime. There are better and HONEST towing companies. We called for a jump in a semi. We were told $125 an hour for labor. The gentleman spent less than an hour and we were charged $655 because we were told we had to pay for an hour drive each way. The location here says we are 7 minutes away. This is pathetic considering I support small businesses whenever I can. I could have AND should have just called Loves truck service.

This place is a complete scam!!!! They quoted me one price and charged me 3 time that amount!!!! They never provided an invoice and lied about the charges. I have been calling and texting to get an invoice of these fraudulent charges and they won t answer or respond!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!

James never showed up:) he said 1hr, just to pick up computer from shop and he's coming at the end i am glad he never did! I figured out by myself and fixed the problem! Hey James if you wanna know, whose between inter cooler and turbo came off, that was the problem, i just put it back and runaway like crazy! Cheers mate and thanks for saving me $$$$$$$$$$$$$ from you

I ll give a star for friendliness and service but otherwise I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. Got charged 5hrs for a 20 minute fix after another shop owner text me and told me what to tell this shop what to. Paid about $1300 for a $4 T fitting and twiddling thumbs

My husband and I were broke down late friday evening in Chicago. We were on our way to PA. Heavy Duty Towing got to us in a timely manner and stayed with us until our Uber arrived. They worked on our bucket truck all weekend and when they finally found the rare part we needed it would take a few days to get it. We couldn't wait so they towed our bucket truck and us to PA. They went over and above, they were absolutely amazing. Thanks guys we appreciate you!!Service: Long distance hauling

Truck wouldn't start. Came out & tried to start via solenoid, but Starter solenoid was shot so he pull started. Very knowledgeable, courteous, as most of all prompt. Broke down at 125p was told they would have a truck to me within an hour called back an hour later just to be told their driver was waiting to be paid at another customer and it would be 1 more hour called back an hour later just to be put on hold with nobody ever returning to the phone when I tried to call back that totally stopped picking up the phone after I checked reviews I saw they did the same thing to others DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS U WANT TO HAVE A WORSE DAY THAN U ARE ALREADY HAVINGService: Special vehicle towing

5 STAR/ Chick-fil-A type to service, response time, and eta updates. They stick to they word.. I was visiting Family from out of town but if I ever get in another predicament where I need a tow. I m calling them and refer them to my family so they will be calling as well

These people will rip you off he spent 3 hours charged for 6 I called and priced a part told him where it was so I knew it was $78.00 they charged 185 chaged over 125 dollars for fuel lord these are not good people they are con artists

Agreed on a 150$ per hour over the phone, when the job was done after 1.5 hours I was told by the owner there is 3 hour minimum which wasn t communicated prior. Will not use again and won t recommend to others.
