We ordered a front window on a Saturday, we had an appt on Tuesday at 8am. These guys are awesome. They were fair, honest, and did phenomenal work. You can go to the corporate businesses, but you are not going to get the quality of work that I did from these guys. This is a family owned business, and I would recommend them over anyone. If I m ever in need of glass repair again- I won t think twice about where to go, cause Illinois Auto Glass is the BEST!!Service: Auto windshield repair

Everyone was super chill and know what the hell they're doing, I have a 2005 split window freightliner semi truck took me in fast, came to get the windows reguled cause of leaking they tried there best to carefully remove the windows but the windows broke from age (not blaming anyone at the shop), they had what I needed on hand and still got me done at a good pace and a good rate and cleaned the mess out of my truck after words, I highly recommend these guys 10/10

A long over do review for this TRUST WORTHY business that will NOT RIP YOU OFF.The SUNROOF on my Jeep shattered, it had caved in and was pretty much destroyed.I shopped around quite a few repair shops in the area and in the city. Many wanting to charge me about $4,000 for the repair. Until I came across this HIDDEN GEM, Illinois Auto Glass on Cass st.The gentlemen in the shop were for one honest about the work that needed to be done. I had originally bought my own(Junk Yard) sunroof replacement and they attempted to put in on ONLY to call and say I was sold the wrong sunroof.The gentlemen called around for me to locate the correct one and within a day he did. I PAID LESS for he sunroof the gentlemen located for me than the one I originally bought.I was given a review of the work that was going to be done which included; Straightening out as much as they could the caved in part, and getting the sunroof to work properly.However I was warned once the sunroof was installed I may have a LEAK, but fast forward months of driving my jeep again there has NOT been any leaks and my sunroof works LIKE NEW! Over all I paid close to $470unfortunately I don't have the damaged picture anymore but here is the restored sunroof.

The absolute BEST pricing in town for auto glass repair! In my case, charging 1/3 the price of others.Their customer service couldn't be better, and they had me back in the road within an hour--FAST, FAST FAST!Two-Thumbs way up for Illinois Auto Glass!

I called at least 10 places in my area for estimates and dates. They either were way too expensive, the person on phone said they wd call back but didn't, kept putting me on hold, weren't at all personable. From the minute I called, I knew this was where I wanted to go. I did find 1 other place with a similar quote about 5 miles from me....however it was the sweet girl that gave me her time on the phone that inspired me to drive over an hour to this place. She was helpful and so kind. I've been having bad days due to illness which will result in a surgery soon. I was having a horrible day when I called. It was this person that got me out of my mood with her customer service. It is rare nowadays to have businesses treat folks like family...but she did. Just talking to her made my day better. That's worth millions! Today I was late due to nausea that was bad. They accommodated me and did a fantastic job. These are the reasons a business succeeds. It's that little bit of kindness that goes a long way. My truck looks new. At the shop everyone was great. Much as gracias!!!Highly recommend.Service: Auto windshield repair

Absolutely horrible! Yesterday made an appointment for 8 am to repair my back windshield. I dropped my car off and Was told it d be ready by 11am. I called at 10:45 am and was told whoever they ordered the glass from sent the wrong one and the right one should be there by 1pm. I call at 2pm after receiving no call and His exact words I don t know man. They left it somewhere . Bring it in tomorrow. Zero communication. Absolutely horrible . Would not recommend even I m emergency. If you can t drive with a broken window. Just walk if this place is a last resort !Service: Auto rear window replacement

Excellent costumer service. Fabulous service they take good care of all their costumers. They took care of my problem and even offered me a nice cold refreshing water. The guys at Illinois Auto Glass inc. are the best by far in the suburban area and i would say Chicago too. Because i live in Chicago and i make that one special trip to Joliet just so they could take care of my car. So in behalf of Chicago i thank you guys at Illinois Auto Glass inc. Thank you

This is my number one go to place, they always have what you need or they will the next day by ordering. I had a few people ahead of me but was still in and out in about 40 minutes for a new windshield. The guys here do great work and get you in and out in no time.

Great Experience... definitely recommend to other business owners with multiple vehicles in their fleet.Ever heard the saying " you get what you pay for"? Well I am here to say that with this family owned business that is not the case. Great craftsmanship at reasonable prices. The price you are given includes the Taxes, and most importantly no hidden fees creeping up on your bill. Illinois Auto Glass has been servicing our fleet of 20 plus Tractor Trailers for over a year. These Gents have kept our trucks on the road, even at last minute fixes on a Friday afternoon, They get it done...Guys, thank you for your partnership in 2017 and for keeping our trucks on the road...

Had my 2018 Mazda tint and windshield replaced after a had a rock chip that spread from one side to the other. Very happy with the wok and the price was great. Will definitely recommend my family and friend to bring their car here. lifetime warranty can t ask for more.

They were able to get the windshield I needed in stock next day, very quick service & by far more affordable than any one else in the area. Will absolutely recommend to anyone in need. Great work guys, keep it up, we appreciate it!

Great price and got right on me as soon as I pulled up. Got done fast and on my way. Did my windshield on my Freightliner semi truck. Close to the pilot nearby

Very affordable, had to replace my windshield on my 2012 Corolla. Their prices were about $50- $100 cheaper than other businesses I called in the area. Quality work!

Replaced my shattered window at a low cost, and even cleaned up the shards in my car. Fast service. Came in a half hour before close, and they served me without any sign of inconvenience or frustration. 5*

The first place I called to replace my windshield was almost $200 more than Illinois Auto Glass. Price is great, and it s quick. Only took about 30 minutes.

Nothing but good things to say about Illinois Auto Glass in Joliet Illinois. I scheduled an appointment for 10am a week in advance. I brought my vehicle in at 10am and they were done replacing my windshield by 12 pm. To price was very affordable and comparable to other Auto Glass places around Joliet The technicians there were very professional and a real overall good experience

People were friendly enough .Place was clean.I needed a switch for my window.guy said he would call .Told me to come in ...I waited an hour...he told me to call tomarrow..I did .He kept saying ..tomarrow,looking but after couple of weeks I gave up!could of handled better.....
