Magdalena Kowel was absolutely wonderful! She took care of us and was personable, funny, informative, and patient throughout this confusing process of buying a car she was more than happy to explain concepts and wait on us through all of our indecisiveness if you are going to be helped by anyone it should be her such a beautiful girl with charm!!!

Best Honda dealer service experience I've had. I've financed and serviced 3 brand new Hondas in the past 10 years from Chicago and other suburb Honda dealers. By far bringing my latest Honda for service to this location was the best thanks to Deonte! Service Advisor Denote went above and beyond in helping me understand what was wrong with my Honda and price wise. I understand dealer prices will always be high for repairs, but the fact that Deonte went out of his way to try to save me a couple of dollars speaks volume! Made me feel appreciated as a Honda customer. I will return to this place for service and possibly finance my 4th Honda here. Thank You Deonte!! You rock! We need more people like him in the dealer industry that show this type of care. Also a shot out to the technician Mr. Ben Greyson who fixed all the necessary issues on my Honda! Honda is running great thanks to you all!

Recently, I had my 2023 Honda Accord Hybrid in for service. I had gotten a flat tire and was able to use my fix a flat kit in the trunk. Dionte in service was super helpful in making sure I was taken care of properly. He worked with my insurance and made it possible to replace my damaged tire with a brand new one. Dionte also helped me by getting these annoying software updates all updated by their certified technicians. He informed me there was 8 updates altogether that were taken care of. It takes a computer whiz to work on cars nowadays. If you have any issues with your Honda you ll be in good hands here. They really do take the time to make sure it s right. Thank you Honda of Joliet!!!! Keep doing good things!

On August 24, 2023 I took my CRV in for a safety inspection. The service was excellent! Steve Saint Fort did a great job of processing my visit. He was courteous and very helpful. All safety matters were satisfactory. In addition, I received a thorough and helpful report regarding my vehicle's operating condition. Shoutout to Tim Whitefleet in the service department. Immediately greeted me and helped me get in and out with an oil change in 30 minutes. Best advisor I have had here. Joe Parra was very thoughtful and helpful. We bought several cars for our family. Joe was very patient with us. Our house had burned down at beginning of December and we needed to replace our cars. Joe and Shawn were very thoughtful and helpful! Thank you!

Staff is friendly and pretty attentive. But services are on the expensive side. Also, they tend to take longer than initially scheduled/estimated. I've had no issues though.

Took a little longer than expected to reprogram a key fob. Other than that, service was great. Wish I could have done this myself. Very fair prices.

Mala experiencia , se me quer�an robar 5.000 d�lares con unos seguros que no hab�a pedido , se les dijo que era de enganche y med� cuenta cuando fui a pagar la primera cuota , fuera de eso un carro en malas condiciones para ser de 27.000 mil d�lares , nunca mas volver� a comprar un carro en ese Consepcionario , me hicieron firmar documentos que no entend�a en ingl�s y el resultado es que mi dinero de enganche lo hab�an utilizado para seguros que no hab�a adquiridos , no son honestos con los latinos , con los que venimos a salir a delante a este pa�s , yo me enferme de tuve muchos problemas con mi esposa a raid de ese problema .
