Hilary was wonderful she went out of her way to help with my recall and extended warranty company. Mike the car tech is great I love how they send you a video as they go over everything on your car!!! I 100% trust them with my car!! I kinda baby my car

My father in law recommended hawk as he s been with them for years. Definitely an amazing decision to go through them.A HUGE thank you to Alex! Such a pleasure to deal with! Alex and manager Matt both made sure terms were agreeable for me.They made this process so easy and smooth. I may not have been easy on my wants and needs but they managed to make it happen.Thank you guys- and thank you Alex!!!I recommend Hawk VW to anyone and everyone.

Hawk VW really gave me that dealer experience. I have been looking at getting a GTI for a week, walking into some dealers just weren t as friendly or as polite as you d expect. Alex was really cool and down to earth. Alex worked with me on everything, and even got me a price we can work with! Thank you Alex.

Aaron Keller should be your go-to salesperson. I spent well over a year slowly figuring out what car I wanted and all along the way he was the guy for any questions or concerns. This is my first car through Hawk Auto and they made my experience well-worth it. Looking forward to working with their team more! Shout out to their finance and management teams as well for finding a deal that worked for me! Love my new Tig.

We had a car totaled in an accident. I was suggesting a bunch of different options to my wife, most of which got ignored or rejected. Until I recommended a Certified Used Jetta.....to which she quickly replied "I like Jettas" (we already had one). Once that was settled, there was only one place to go, Hawk. Didn't even consider another dealership. So now we have 2 Jetta ( I got the old one). Argenis Reyes helped make the sales process as painless as possible and was even willing to help me with dropping off my rental. My next-door neighbor is on at least his 3rd Hawk VW vehicle.

We all know the buying process can be stressful. Ricky Sahota was a breath of fresh air in our buying process. He was absolutely FANTASTIC. Great place to buy your next volkswagen. Make sure you ask for salesperson Ricky. Ricky was very knowledgeable took his time with us and even ask if our kids needed anything while we were there. Ricky is the best and overall the dealership and all the staff were polite and easy going.

My wife and I went to VW Hawk in Joliet to check out the 2024 Tiguan SEL R-Line, Nathan greeted us and showed us all features and accessories that was offered with it, he was courteous, helpful and professional all the time, never felt pressured or pushed to buy the car, a relaxed and pleasant transaction, very happy wife!!!

I have been in the market for a new car for a few weeks now shopping around and doing my homework but not in a hurry to buy. My husband and I went to Hawk VW on Saturday to simply look around and maybe test drive an Atlas with no intention to buy. Nate greeted us as we were looking around the lot and he was nothing but helpful and courteous the entire experience. He listened to what I wanted and didn t try to push us into something above my budget. He offered solutions to my requests that couldn t be matched 100% (due to inventory) and was so patient with me as I figured out which features were most important etc. At the end of the visit I walked away with a 2024 Atlas that had better features than I hoped for at a price that was in my budget. Even though I had no intention to buy walking in, walking out I was happy my search was over and it s all because Nate was so incredibly helpful.The entire Hawk VW team was amazing to deal with! Highly recommend!I m so happy to be done car shopping and I m in love with my new car! Nate is the best!! Thanks Nate!!

I purchased a VW Atlas elsewhere and received my first oil change this week at Hawk in Joliet. They were excellent and walked me patiently through the process, answering all my questions! Tony, the service manager was so pleasant, professional and attentive to work with and went above and beyond my expectations in his communication! I would highly recommend this service department, I am so glad it is close to home to help take care of my vehicle! Thank you and see you guys next time!

My husband and I are very happy with our experience at Hawk VW. I had been wanting an Atlas for a while and I happily left with one the same day we went. We worked with Mario Guevara. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and had the vehicles ready for us to look at before we got there. He did not pressure us, even when we left to look at other SUVs. When we went back the same day they were very willing to work with us on a deal. It went quick, they did not low ball my trade in and Mario made everything clear and easy to understand which we needed as I have not bought a new vehicle in 11 years. Thank you Mario!

I had an amazingly quick and easy experience with both Alex and Jose.Alex was there as soon as we pulled up and was quick to show me what I popped in for. Took the time to take me out for a test drive and show me a few more options based on what I was looking for. Between Alex and Jose truly appreciate their time. Although I came in close to closing time, they did not make my experience feel rushed and really took the time to assist me throughout the entire purchasing process.Thanks again dudes

The entire quote, test drive, purchasing process was very transparent and fast. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Email communications to verify availability, details, and estimated out the door price was responded to very timely and provided the information requested. Dealer visit was scheduled and car was prepared and ready for test drive when I got there. This dealership and staff are probably the best that I have seen.

I had a good experience buying a new car on a Saturday. I made an appointment the day before, but when they confirmed via text, I asked if I could come in an hour earlier and they were accommodating. I worked with Argenis, who was nice and not pushy. I didn't feel like I was being pressured into anything. My only complaint was that the trade in value of my previous car was low, but I think that's the same at any dealership. When financing, they hooked me up with a good discount on the extended warranty. The financing they have right now for a new Taos was great!After I was done with paperwork, Argenis even took the time to walk me through all the fancy features of the car, which I appreciated. The whole buying process was straightforward and simple.

I have been at this dealer a couple of times. both times they were very friendly, informative and patient. I am not an easy customer to deal with just like anybody else I wants the best for my moneys worth . First time I did not purchase, however, the second time I did and I have to say the patience and great customer service of sales rep Crystal was out of this world! Sales manager Brittany and Courtney @financing were also spectacular and I mean really good because like I mentioned before I m a little dificulte to deal with. anyway, I end up getting the car that I wanted at a very good price and everything worked out just fine. Thank you so much guys for the great job you do. I will definitely recommend The dealer hopefully their service department is as good as the sales team.

Wonderful experience at Hawk VW in Joliet! Argenis Reyes made buying a new car so easy. I almost made the mistake of settling for another car at a different dealership. THe other car didn't have everything I wanted but I was going to settle for it since I thought it would be good deal. However, after running the numbers by Argenis Reyes, I definitely was not going to be making a very good deal. After being at another dealership for about 3 hours, he persuaded me to go to Joliet to check out a 2023 VW Taos. There was no pressure at all to buy but just simply check out the car and see if I liked it. After he sent me a few pictures of the car and talked about the features, it was hard not to go check it out. I knew I would regret it if I didn't check it out. Therefore, I drove almost an hour to get to Joliet from Highland, IN to see the car. It was definitely worth the drive! I immediate fell in love with the car. I loved the color, the sunroof, and all of the amazing features. It drives so smooth. The best part was that it was within my price range I was looking for. The entire team at Hawk VW in Joliet was amazing with helping me with my new car. Management and down to the finances went above and beyond my expectations. I was thrilled to walk out of the dealership with a brand new car with such ease. Never thought car buying would be so easy until that experience. Argenis Reyes is wonderful salesman and will definitely help you find the dream car you're looking for!

Great experience from start to finish! Started with Katie K. on line answering all my initial questions. Jose Guzman was our sales rep. Patient, professional, took time to listen and explain. Felt was truly here to help with our needs and worked to get us the best price which was lower than other dealerships. Had all our paperwork ready to read through and sign. Was at dealership less than our drive to it. I can honestly say with Jose, buying our 2024 SE Tiguan was stress free, yes, stress free. Two words Thank You Jose Guzman! We will be back! Was worth our hour drive to your dealership!

Went in to have the first maintenance done on my car. I m a new Volkswagon owner so didn t know what to expect. Hilary was very courteous and told me what was going to be done and told me when further maintenance would be needed. I decided to wait for my car and was told about an hour and a half. Didn t take that long when Hilary came out told me what was done and pointed out where my car was parked.
