Came in 7:30 . But they have done 9:30am but my appointment was 11am. They did load my trailer in 2hr. But load going to canadaAll Nice people.

This place deserves 0 stars. Checked in at 9:30am for pickup at 11:00am. I got a door right away, they said it'll take a few hours to get me loaded, which I accepted because it's floor loaded tires so I already knew it might take a few hours. Then they kept telling me that they were picking the product till 2pm and I will start to be loaded then. In the meantime they kept loading trucks that came in after me when they finished loading the last truck which also came there after me it was 4pm. Then they told me they don't have time to load my trailer and they have to cancel the load. They wasted my whole day for nothing.

They are very good place big space but the very slow and very bad pebbles they don t do very much job. This is too slow they just like was

Decent place. 1hr & 1/2 to live load 53ft,& I was 45min behind on appt. Dropped trailer went to grab lunch , came back shortly after i was ready to roll.

4 hours pick up tires and driver assistance at delivery for half trailer full with big truck tires Don t this to your self instead you got good money for the load Just not worth it

Truck driver picking up a load going to Canton Ohio to drops employees front dispatch everybody did awesome my kind of place come back to good job guys keep up the good work preciate it

Not a bad place considering I parked in the wrong door lol I got loaded pretty quick didn't take long at all

3 hrs for live load. I guess not bad for floor loaded full trailer of tires.

Nice people, but loading is slow. I'm sure it's due to hand loading.

This place is Not based on FIFO (First in first out) ;Even you have the same pick up appointment with other drivers.
