Long overdue review. I have been to Eco twice so far for my vans parts. Much cheaper than getting a new part from the dealer, but not cheap in quality. The very idea that the parts are being pulled from a similar vehicle, the level of confidence was high & right on the budget. Shipping was quick & they were in constant touch with me to provide updates regarding the order.Highly recommended.

Quality customer care, spoke with gentleman on the phone. I expressed what exact part I was looking for from their very detailed oriented online inventory. Representative told me of all options available. Once confirmed part was in stock, eco prepared the item for immediate availability and pickup.Very competitive prices, quality parts and accessories. Would highly recommend based out of the greater will county Chicagoland area. Eco will handle any job big or small.

it was terrible. I was looking for one rim for Volkswagen Passat. I wrote them a chat, they answered me that the wheels are in stock. They asked for an address to send it to me. A little later they wrote to me that the price does not include delivery costs. I said ok and asked how much I should pay extra for delivery. Then they told me that they only accept cash and I have to pick up the wheel myself from the warehouse. I asked when I could come pick up the rim. They told me that on Monday. and so I left work to go get the rim. the distance from me to their warehouse is 70 miles +70 miles back. when I arrived to them they told me that the wheel was not ready yet. I was waiting. Later they said that they could not unscrew it because of the lock. even later they said that there was only one wheel and it was broken. I spent money on fuel, wasted time and nerves. I do not recommend working with these scammers

Excellent experience with this business today. Vic was extremely professional on the phone and in person, he gave me a fair and reasonable price on the wheels that I was looking for. I ended up buying the tires with the wheels as well, The staff was very professional and friendly, they let me inspect the wheels and after purchase helped load them in the car as well. Vic also threw in the lug bolts with the tires which I really appreciated. I look forward to working with them in the future and highly recommend this business.

Dont waist your time here....I work at an automotive shop and they told me several times they would call me back to make sure the part is good that we need.... 5 hours later I finally just drive there and wait by the front desk.... Apparently everyone's at lunch, Comes back 10 minutes later and tells me he doesn't have that part even though he confirmed that he had it and he just want to double check to see if it was good. We use an online database searching the junkyards and it said this location had two. F them for waiting my time and my customers time. Why is everyone s customer service so crudy.

Eco Auto Recycler,I can't believe how incredibly awesome this Company is.I did a online order,shipping fast,I mean Super Man fast.I order a 2016 kia Soul engine,my mechanic said,the motor is a very good used motor.If you need top shelf parts,use Eco Auto Recycler!Vic is the Man!!

A part Listed for 25$. After i called them they said no its 50$ ,, ok no problem how long it takes to be ready ,,30 minutes I showed up they said another 30 i came back after an hour they said sorry it's not worth to take it out, too much work it might cost 200-250 .... Thank super professional. Keep in mind the part from the dealership is 165...

Very professional and friendly employees. All of my questions were answered and I was happy with the quality of the parts that I ordered for my 2013 Audi A4. Really appreciate the help from them and would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome place and service. Called for a taillight today and it was instock, great price and great condition. In the repair world this condition would be called insurance quality! Please check them out and give them a call for all your auto needs!

I was very well taken care of, couldn t find my part they pulled 3 different fans for me and still after it not fitting my car they order it for me. This is my first time and I will defly be coming back to get more parts!!

Very bad customer service sold a fender that has very bad bond work and won t accept and give a discount to repair or do anything about it I wouldn t recommend this placeYou never sent picture you said it has light damage on the inside of the fender you charged me to ship the first time then called back said the shipping was guna cost more i was planning on a refund because of the shipping increase when you ship all the time you should know what it cost to ship it. The refund was not because of the damage if you would send picture like you said you would or mentioned the part have bad bond work then yes I would have never bought it. I paid for the extra shipping when I got the part I contacted you and you just make excuses you said you d send pictures you never did I called 3 more time and still same I ll send you picture right away never got them since then I have not bother contact you all I had asked for was some discount to have it repaired correctly

I order a subframe for a 21 Nissan Versa. Told me date of arrival and showed up late. I was assured the part would be check that its good. It showed up bent after it was paid for. I returned it. I still have no received a refund for it. I called multiple times and they keep saying it will be sent out. over 2 months later still no refund. Send us the $400

Ordered a hood. Had some problems with color. But Chris stayed with it until he got the correct color Hood. Packed and wrapped in bubble wrap no damage in shipping. Part arrived undamaged and correct color. Thank you Chris, Caesar and Rick!

It books the order first then charges the money and shows the attitude still doesn't ship and keeps telling lies, action should be taken from the owner, there is a big cheater here is a guy named Vic who is very rude and scammer, And then it cancels the order after spamming and then you keep asking it for money and it doesn't give.. Be carefully

I had a great experience there!! My parts were ready and tagged properly. I also appreciate the extra time the staff took to clean my part so i can put the parts in my car without my car getting filthy. And most importantly the staff was helpful and friendly. Thanks again Eco for making my parts hunting efficient and enjoyable!

I called them to see if they had a headlight I needed. They said they had it and that they would call me back once it s ready for me to pick up. Hours go by and I don t get a call so I call them back and they proceed to tell me that the guy that s suppose to take the headlight off went on lunch and again tell me once they take it off they ll call me back when it s ready. Never got a call back. Very disappointed cause I wanted to go back here for more parts for my Chevy.

Prompt and relying customer service that delivers. Large site with all parts needed that spares you time and money with your vehicle repairs. We have used this yard for many parts needed while dealers struggle to provide.

I had purchased a low mileage Volvo motor that they claim has been checked and in good condition. The mechanic calls and said there is antifreeze in the oil and the motor is not usable. This is beyond ridiculous!

Took them 2 days to return my phone call in regards to an inquiry for a headliner and a bumper. After I was given a price for a headliner I asked if that was the price for the complete headliner and was told I would still need to buy the other miscellaneous trim pieces.... After two days I thought you would give me the complete price for the headliner as I had asked...This is after I emailed them exactly what I wanted as they requested.

Do not trust bad reviews. I recently bought 2014 vw passat from auction, back seats were water damaged so i look around to replace. I called around 6-7 place everyone said they have it when i showed up nothing was there. I called Eco owner answered phone i explained what i need he checked hes inventory and told me he has it just need couple hours to pull out. I came in 3 hours parts was ready to pick up. They carry mostly late model cars. Great place to go for parts you need.

I have recently bought an Navigation system from Eco Auto in Joliet,IL and am very happy with the purchase. The item was in pristine condition, tagged with make/model and mileage of the vehicle sourced from. Price was reasonable and more importantly their service was courteous and professional, which is often hard to come by in this segment. Folks at the shop are quite friendly; took steps to ensure item was compatible with my vehicle and helped with delivery too.

They had the part I needed for an amazing price. However, customer service was terrible. Left me waiting without acknowledging me way too long. I called ahead and was told the part would be pulled for me before I got there. It wasn't. I'm giving them 2 stars because I left with what I came for.

Stay away from this crook. I bought a transmission online paid for it in full and he sent me a total different transmission and when I complain he didn t even want to respond to me so I had to eat the bad transmission and my money is gone and I had to buy another transmission somewhere else. (His name is Vic with an Indian accent)
