Buyer beware!After being a loyal customer for 26 years I am making a change. Took me multiple visits to get my tires fixed and ended up getting them fixed at Mavis. The first visit I get home the tire was already flat. After putting air in the tire, it lasted a couple days then went flat again. When I called the location they said they thought the rim was bent. so we brought the vehicle back and purchased a rim. When the rim arrived we brought the vehicle back in for service they put a new tire on the new rim, because of course the tire was damaged from driving on the rim and losing air for 2-3 weeks. On the way home from replacing the rim and tire; the tire completely blew out. Upon getting roadside assistance, one of the lug nuts was cross-threaded and broke off. Once the vehicle went back to discount tires they sent us onto a repair shop, the repair shop identified not only were two lugs broken on that tire but also two other lugs had been broken on the back tire and another lug nut had been modified with a different type of nut.Discount tire never mentioned this issue, documented issue anywhere, or even gave us an opportunity to fix it.Then the manager at the store was refusing responsibility and it took me reaching out to the regional manager to end up getting a claim opened up to get this reimbursed, which still has not happened.They not only were damaging the vehicle and putting my family at risk but they were taking measures to cover up their mistakes. Is this what I get for being complacent and trusting them with the vehicles?Highly recommend finding any other facility.Pictures of the damage are attached.

I recently visited in need of new tires. Upon arrival I saw the entire parking lot was snaking on itself with awaiting service customers. Luckily I made an appointment online, and had no issues with the response time of my service. I arrived around 1:55 pm, and preparing myself due to the high traffic of customers to wait at least 2 to 3 hours for my vehicle. By 3:15 pm I was on my way home in shock that I was taken care of so expeditiously. I'm not rushing my tires to have issues, but I do know where I'll be going when in need again.

BEWARE!!!!!! If this was the last place on earth to buy tires, I would walk to work!!!! They quoted me around $650 to buy tires and then I paid over $1,100! They replaced tire pressure sensors without telling me the full price and added insurance without asking if I wanted it. They broke my hubcaps and LIED about it!!! They tried telling me they were already broken when they absolutely were not. I didn t qualify for a mail in rebate until AFTER I called asking why my hubcaps were missing. A manager didn t contact me until I wrote a bad review on Facebook. He told me they would refund 2 of the 4 sensors and replace the hubcaps. They replaced them with junk from Amazon instead of genuine Honda parts like I had when I came in. Those hubcaps fell off too. They will take advantage of a young woman who walks in alone. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

Always went to DT since they match all places even online from reputable sites. Auction sites don t count - FYI.- Good staff- Good communication- Now you can check the status on your phone for when your vehicle will be complete- Now they have digital tire tread readers!- Even if you go in for a free air check, you still get an email since your vehicle is on file for maintenance updates- They have come a long way since the past 20Y!

Stopped in on Halloween without an appointment to fix a slow leaking rear driver side tire. It was very very busy! None the less,they got me in ASAP! They couldn't patch or fixthe tire, so I ended up buying a new one.Four new ones to be exact!Come to find out that I needed tires all the way around. They had mine in stock, hooked me up, and sent me on my way! Thanks again to Discount Tire staff and shop crew for a job well done!!!

Went this past Monday to get air pressure checked after work. Waited in line for almost 3 hours. Kid took my tire covers off finally after arguing with him that they are clip ons and not bolt ons... not only did he not put the front passager side back on, but I am also missing the screw caps for the mozzles.. Will not be going to this location again.

Brought our 21 Sienna in because we had a fairly big bolt in the tire. Wasn t sure if I d be able to plug it. They advertised free repair which I thought for sure was going to be them trying to get a tire sale but I was wrong they fixed it at the time they said it would and it was free! They for sure will have my business next time our vehicles need tires. Thank you!

The place patiently gave me some free air on my tires. Palighty and it was at an hour thar u didn't know it'll happen. Just the other pass week, I seen a line of people filling up there vechile, on the there side of the city coast. They were packed, someone I asked told me what the place does. I was wondering why all those vechiles was there.

I will never use this company again. I wasted an hour and a half today. They said they would have my car done by 9:30. I went next door to have breakfast while I waited. I come back and my car has not even been brought in yet. All I needed was my low tire indicator reset and two tires that had been low checked for leaks.I've given my business to this company for years. I'm on my third car. I've always bought their packages. I've made the first appointment of the day appointments for my tire rotations so I can get on with my day only to have to wait hours while they take walk ins ahead of me. Why? They are going to make more money off the walk in. Today I was the walk in. I will never use this store again. Juan, the kid who checked me in, didn't even know how to reset my indicator. I went to Belle tire and Christine, had my button reset and taught me how to do it myself in 5 minutes. She told me to drive my car and if I had more problems to come back or she could get me in now and I would be taken care of now! Well guess who has my business now!

Sent my girl to get her tires rotated and they conned her into two new tires. They told her they would spin off she put the "bald" ones in the back. The car is front wheel drive! I do DOT inspections the tires were above DOT limit. I'll never return

So I have 3 vehicles with discount tire tires on them. 2 of them were due for a rotation and balance. Both of those vehicles also happen to have a small leak in one of the tires. I made an appointment for one of the vehicles but afterwards that tire wouldn't hold air long enough so I took the tire off and put it into the other vehicle and brought the other vehicle there for my appointment. SMFH.... they couldn't honor my appointment cause I didn't have that particular vehicle that the appointment was made for. All they did was fix the tire that I took off. At this point I'm pretty livid already. Meanwhile I asked them if they can put a little air into the tire on the vehicle that I brought there. Of course they will but now I'm considered a walk in and there will be a 45 minute to hour wait..... just to get a spit of air, LOL . I wish I hadn't bought my tires from there now.... their service was never like this before. Hopefully the one on RT 30 treats me better.

Been to this location twice and mostly will be my last.Both times went in for new tires. First time I left I had shaking in my steering wheel, come to find out my tires weren t balanced correctly. Second time I left with one of my tires way above the recommended PSI. Over 75psi in my front left tire.

Took my car to get a quote today for all 4 tires. Waited about 30min for them to give me an overpriced quote for the Michellin Defenders 2. I took it to Belle Tire, within 10minutes they went out looked at my tires and printed out a quote with different Brand options. The Michellin defender 2 they quoted me was almost $200 less than this place.

I have been going to this location for years. My family has been going to this location for years. Now, I will NEVER go back.I was stranded in OHIO due to the incompetency of the Mechanics and Staff at this location. I told them my tire was bad, and they figured since I am a "woman" that I don't know how to check my tire gauge. And then I get stuck in Ohio with a flat because I knew and pointed it out to the Staff MULTIPLE TIMES that something was wrong and no one would help me. Now I just had to pay out of pocket to another Company to have them FIX what this facility neglected to do.I am not getting any answers, so I am going to Corporate. This location is a DISGRACE.

If I could give this place more stars, I would. Robert was prompt and professional. Explained options to me about my tire. Gave me information about my car that I never knew before. Car was ready before allotted time.Eased my tension of my flat tire. Took care of the issue same day. Took me in a prompt manner even though it was extremely busy. Very efficient and professional tire shop. I will return again!

Be sure to make an appointment! If you just walk in you may have hours to wait. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free tire rotation and flat repair even if you bought the tires elsewhere. Drive by almost any time and they will air up your tires for free too.

All I have to say is Josh is absolutely amazing. I was in town for a day from Kentucky, and had a gash in a tire. That I tried to repair myself to at least get here.On the phone I explained to him everything going on, and again when I got here, he walked me through the whole thing, went above and beyond to assist me, and my broken wheel lock, after bringing it to multiple places. He succeeded. Thank you so much.Hands down, absolute best service I ve ever experienced at discount tire.

These guys at this location were absolutely amazing! Josh, Eric and Fabian were there after the store close because they were dedicated to fixing my tire!! They did everything they could to help me get back on the road! Definitely the best experience since I've been coming here! Thank you guys so much!

Very professional staff and personnel. Overall a very good buying experience. Competitive pricing, excellent products. The only draw back is even when making an appointment, one can show up and wait over an hour to actually get the vehicle in because of the spot show ups. Seems sort of redundant to make an appointment when spot show ups get bumped in . Perhaps a staffing issue contributing to the delays ?

No matter when you schedule for some reason they will still manage to take more than an hour. Appointment is at 4 but they won't start working on it until 4:45 for something that only takes about 15 minutes?Had a perfectly good tire that only needed to be patched. Told me I needed a whole new tire xD. They will try and tell you it's no good and up sale you on everything even wipers you don't need. Very annoying pushy sales.Also, they obviously treat some people better here than others. Sales culture? Idk

It was so cold on this day and no surprise my TPMS light came on and the sign said closed for Air Checks outside. I went in to ask if someone could check because the forecast ahead was snow. One of the mechanics came out to get the car and took it inside to check it. I was very pleased with the service and he got us back on the road quickly. If it's ever closed outside double check and see if they'll check inside to be on the safe side. THANKS AGAIN TO THEIR AWESOME TEAM!!

The employees at this location are the most polite and considerate members of the automotive industry that I have ever met. They had me in and out in 15 minutes, updated me frequently and continued to explain all aspects of the process in detail. I highly recommend! Also, thank you to Darien and Juan for being so great today!
